Staff is friendly. Seems very clean. Meals are good. Could provide more activities. The balloon volleyball is great, and bingo is great. A few more things like that would be good. Things that are easy to do and don't require a lot of learning. The Tuesday outings are also great. Lovely community with considerate staff in an environment which continually adapts and improves to meet the needs of its resident

[name removed] and [name removed] and [name removed] are wonderful. [name removed] is kind. [name removed] is by the book. No compassion whatsoever. The only downside is no dishwasher. The 2 bedroom seems small, but I had a big 2 bedroom before moved here.

The facility is immaculate. Staff know who I am and call my mom by name. There are activities daily in the lobby. Most times when I go to visit, there are snack and entertainment happening. Rio makes announcements regularly, so everyone is aware of what is happening. My mom is [age removed]and has memory issues. They give her all the help needed and check on her regularly.

This place has been a godsend for my mother. I would highly recommend Sterling Place to anyone looking for living arrangements for their parents seniors. The staff is extremely caring for all of the residents there and the residence have activities. They afford them camaraderie and friendship so I highly recommend Sterling place.

Food - my Mom would like a little more variety, but the taste is great. We are extremely pleased with the decision to move Mom to Renaissance Village. I highly recommend it. The facility is laid out very well. It's easy for the residents to get around. My Mom lives in a two bedroom apartment and there is plenty of room for everything.

This facility is amazing! My mom has only had one concern and that was… “everyone seems so nice.” She often tells me that she loves the food and while she is a very independent spirit, she tries to tell me that when she gets better l, she wants to move out, by is concerned that she likes The Grove too much… when my mom shares that she feels that way, I know she really does love it. When I tell her to think of it as a cruise ship but without the port calls and sea sickness, she tells me that is spot on! She love it there, and I take comfort in the fact that she is in safe hands if she were to fall. The facility is extremely well kept and all you smell is, well, clean and new despite the fact that it is not new. I am more than happy with the decision to have her live there.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. That was a welcoming thing during such a hard time for my family.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, the food is decent, maybe not great, the price is reasonable, occasionally things break (microwave, light fixture, door lock, elevator) but these things happen and they were quick to fix. Overall my stepmom is quite comfortable and content here

There are a few major points in favor of Russellville. 1. They have a nurse in the memory unit during business hours. He keeps track of each resident. Similar to [community removed], the memory unit is small - I think they have 20 or so residents. 2. Unlike [community removed], they don't send [name removed]to the ER every time he has a problem. Instead they carefully assess what his condition is and have him transported only when really needed. In the 6 or so months he has been there, he has been to the ER once, or twice at most. This compares with on average two trips per month while he was at [community removed]. 3. The cost of Russellville, for us, is significantly less than [community removed]. This surprised me. He does have a shared room, but I think their cost structure is better overall. 4. The staff is friendly and professional. The same can be said for [community removed]. I worry less about [name removed] at Russellville.

I don't know how to talk to people about how things are but it's a pretty good place. I enjoy my living here thank you.

I would rank all categories at 5. We had an absolutely spectacular experience with Pasadena Highlands. Incredibly warm, kind staff interactions from caregivers to back office. It was an incredibly difficult time and the team was gentle and caring with my father and our family. We were so very grateful.

I would say the most outstanding aspect of The Grove is the staff. They love their jobs and you can tell from the moment you walk in. I appreciate all the activities available for residents along with options for daily exercise and a weekly Bible study. [name removed] the chef was very accommodating to our dietary needs when we had a family dinner. My father lived at the Grove until he passed in [date removed]. Seeing many the same staff there 8 years later is a testament to the devotion of the staff and their love for their work.

What we like the most about The Grove is the very friendly staff and residents My Mom made friends very quickly. Staff is amazing and attentive. Yes, we would absolutely recommend The Grove community to other families!

While we were on our tour of the facility, so many residents stopped by to say how much they loved living here and they suspected that we would, too. They were right! The friendliness of the residents was the tipping point for us. But since then we've found all the employees to be friendly and helpful, too! And we have been very happy with the food, as well. Like gourmet meals at every seating. We couldn't be happier and are very glad we chose Russellville! On the scale below i indicated N/A, only because we've been so busy settling in to our apartment that we haven't had time to enjoy the activities. That's in our future.

The staff is very kind. The place is very clean. We need to be there a bit longer to tell you about the activities. The food is pretty good. They just changed cook so we'll have to see they're getting a new director and we actually need to be there a little longer. [name removed] actually just moved in. They gave her two months free rent before she moved in and it's taking her a while to actually move there Will know more in about a month. We are hoping there isn't a lot of turnover of staff.

My grandma lived there for a year before she passed away. She had the best time and I feel it helped her quality of life. She was always busy with the other residents doing crafts and doing the exercise classes. It was great to have her there knowing she was well taken care of and busy doing things with her friends and having the best time.

Facility is clean and new, well furnished, bright with nice outdoor patios/gardens. Management has been so helpful, always positive, responds asap. Staff is friendly and competent. Very nice to our residents. The care, service and facilities are great for the price. Pricing is favorable+ to other similar homes.

Staff is awesome caring go above and beyond expectations. The facility is very clean, tons of activities available, beautiful dining room ,great food, and wonderful helpful staff.
