We took a tour of Palo Alto Commons during our search for a facility for a loved one. The staff at this facility were extremely helpful. They also offered many activities for the residents to participate in. Great place!

It's very expensive but Pasadena Highlands is so nice especially with the private outside patio on the room. It was less if a challenge finding a suitable place for mom than I thought it would be. It's taken 2 months but I think all the kinks are ironed out.

The tour at Villa Capri was a wonderful and helpfull .experience. We covered all of the public areas on both the first and second floors. The lunch on the patio was outstanding and delicious. The apartments that we saw were spacious and had excellent views of the surrounding area. The staff could not have been more accommodating and informative. We came away with a very positive feeling but not yet ready for the transition at this point in time.

It's very pricey but if you can afford it then I would recommend it, unless your loved one is a foodie. Complaints about the food from day one. Best suited mom, more like a resort. Loved the staff. Friendly and caring. Beautiful environment.

My father currently lives at Sunrise of Fresno and everything at this facility has been great. The facility is clean. The staff is reliable and caring. Communication with the family is constant. The nurses are on board to assist my father. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

We have had a good experience with WellQuest in dealing with a very stressful situation. The staff has kept me informed of daily issues and provided recommendations in medication and procedures to make this process successful.

Most everyone is very friendly and treats my mom with love and respect. She has a homey apartment with slider out to a garden. Says she feels at home there.

I am currently a resident at Carmel Village and everything at this facility has been very good to great for me here. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and care services are very good, also. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We toured Park View Place during our search for Assisted Living for our loved one and this was a great facility! Our tour was very informative. The staff were all friendly and answered all of our questions. The cleanliness was great, also.

I would recommend this luxurious community, It is very high-end. They provide everything you can imagine including a state-of-the-art movie that showtimes twice per day. There are no wheelchairs or walkers lined up anywhere and i like how independent the people are that live there. I am still active and didn't want to say that I live in an old folk's home, this is not that which I really like. They actually have 10 activities every day, the residents choose what they want to do not the activities director. My favorite area is the Bar and Lounge with Happy Hour, at 4 pm. CLASSY! The rooms are the largest I have seen, and the one bedroom has a full kitchen if I want to cook something, otherwise I will be sitting on my balcony enjoying a glass of wine. Best decision I have made, been here 4 weeks and I love it..

What we really like about Oakmont of Villa Capri is the friendliness of the staff members - that is number 1 on our list. It was always really nice to see the caregivers smile and always staying busy and helping out with the residents. There are a lot of different activities for the residents to participate in which is great. Based on our experience we would definitely recommend Oakmont of Villa Capri to other families.

Facility and staff are excellent. They are always there when we need help with my mom's issues. Sometimes food is cold when it is served. With my mom in memory care she does remember to look at the daily menu so she can order something different. For example they serve pizza a lot which my mom can't eat. But she doesn't remember that she could order something else. When we eat with her the food is quite tasty.

I thought WellQuest of Elk Grove was very nice. Everything was clean. It was a nice, new facility and looked great. The only thing my parents didn’t like about it was the location.

Holiday Sterling Place community has worked out good for our loved one. We have found the staff members there to be excellent and based on our experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Carmel Village is a beautiful facility and we absolutely love the outdoor space - that was very important to us because we wanted our loved one to really enjoy nature. We had some challenging circumstances and the staff members were more then accommodating and flexible to work with us to really make things work. We would definitely recommend this community to other families.

We think the staff members at Carmel Village are incredibly friendly and overall it has really been a good experience for our family. There are a lot of activities for the residents to do and our loved one has met so many new people. When we were touring communities, Carmel Village seemed to have a lot more residents interacting and engaging with one another. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

This was a beautiful community. It was more than we wanted to spend.

My disabled and wheelchair-bound husband lives his "best life" at Pasadena Highlands. It is a vibrant, caring, and beautifully appointed assisted living community. His apt is perfect: large living room, bedroom, kitchenette, and fully accommodating ADA bathroom. He can easily maneuver his wheelchair between rooms. He enjoys the gym where he and his PT or OT can work w/the equipment. PH also offers an extensive list of activities and outings. Food is delicious and varied in the gracious dining room where he sits w/different residents at each meal. I am grateful to Pasadena Highlands for offering such a high level of care in a beautiful environment. It is a blessing to us both.

The value for the money is great. We picked this community because, it was half the price, was close to home, looked clean, was a nice area, and everyone was friendly. My advice to other families is to, explore the community and see what they think for their loved one.

They were a bit slow getting back to me regarding information but that than that it has been a fine experience
