What we really like about Oakmont of Villa Capri is the friendliness of the staff members - that is number 1 on our list. It was always really nice to see the caregivers smile and always staying busy and helping out with the residents. There are a lot of different activities for the residents to participate in which is great. Based on our experience we would definitely recommend Oakmont of Villa Capri to other families.

I'm currently a resident at Remington Club. Everything has been good-great for me at this facility. The activities are great. We went on a trip to a Casino earlier this week. We also have exercise classes, live music, and Blackjack tournaments.

Most of the Rio Las Palmas staff have been great. Super friendly and professional. Especially [name removed]. She deals with all of the new residents and their families, walking them through the process and getting everyone comfortable with the new environment. There are some members of the staff that are less responsive to emails and voicemails. I'm still working with them to remedy the late, and or no replies, to my concerns and questions. The facility and its amenities are great. The housekeeping staff are awesome and really keep all of the rooms, as well as the common areas, clean and well kept. I cannot speak for the food because I haven’t actually had a meal there. That being said, my Dad seems to enjoy it and there is always a variety of options and daily planned meals.

Everything that we were told was exactly as it has been. That the staff knows people by their names is excellent. My sister's room is clean, bright and lovely. Every service that Rio Las Palmas offers is excellent. Value for cost is excellent. One stand out, that was important for us is overall safety and protection for my sister we appreciate the effort. I would highly recommend Rio Las Palmas to any person who is looking for a place for their loved one.

Facility and staff are excellent. They are always there when we need help with my mom's issues. Sometimes food is cold when it is served. With my mom in memory care she does remember to look at the daily menu so she can order something different. For example they serve pizza a lot which my mom can't eat. But she doesn't remember that she could order something else. When we eat with her the food is quite tasty.

I thought WellQuest of Elk Grove was very nice. Everything was clean. It was a nice, new facility and looked great. The only thing my parents didn’t like about it was the location.

Holiday Sterling Place community has worked out good for our loved one. We have found the staff members there to be excellent and based on our experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Carmel Village is a beautiful facility and we absolutely love the outdoor space - that was very important to us because we wanted our loved one to really enjoy nature. We had some challenging circumstances and the staff members were more then accommodating and flexible to work with us to really make things work. We would definitely recommend this community to other families.

We think the staff members at Carmel Village are incredibly friendly and overall it has really been a good experience for our family. There are a lot of activities for the residents to do and our loved one has met so many new people. When we were touring communities, Carmel Village seemed to have a lot more residents interacting and engaging with one another. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

This was a beautiful community. It was more than we wanted to spend.

My disabled and wheelchair-bound husband lives his "best life" at Pasadena Highlands. It is a vibrant, caring, and beautifully appointed assisted living community. His apt is perfect: large living room, bedroom, kitchenette, and fully accommodating ADA bathroom. He can easily maneuver his wheelchair between rooms. He enjoys the gym where he and his PT or OT can work w/the equipment. PH also offers an extensive list of activities and outings. Food is delicious and varied in the gracious dining room where he sits w/different residents at each meal. I am grateful to Pasadena Highlands for offering such a high level of care in a beautiful environment. It is a blessing to us both.

The value for the money is great. We picked this community because, it was half the price, was close to home, looked clean, was a nice area, and everyone was friendly. My advice to other families is to, explore the community and see what they think for their loved one.

They were a bit slow getting back to me regarding information but that than that it has been a fine experience

Both of my parents recently moved into Oakmont of San Rafael from out of state. We spent more than a year looking at places, and I have learned that it is alllll about the people. Many places are beautiful and clean and have all the activities and great food, but what I think matters most is who is taking care of your parents. It's just like preschool...who do you trust to look after your children? From the director to the restaurant staff to the custodial staff and the technicians, the people here make it bright and fun and warm. The residents are also great! I often visit at lunchtime, and my parents are always eating with someone interesting. Everyone we have met is kind and articulate and warm. So while Oakmont San Rafael is clean and beautiful and new, and has all the the luxurious features we like, it is actually the people here that make it outstanding.

I could write pages about the positive qualities of Oakmont Cardinal Point. The competent, caring, thoughtful - and friendly fun - staff have been well documented, as has the location on the estuary, architecture, and decor of our building. Having varying levels of exercise classes is a much appreciated positive for me. I also like the other many and varied activities available. The best part is that I can maintain my own autonomy: either join a group or enjoy my own space. Of course, transitioning into a senior facility means letting go of some of our lifestyle; to my surprise, I realize that I have gained so much more than I lost. The acclimation process can be a challenge, but OK if managed with humor, interest in others - and patience. An example would be learning the protocols of our dining process. Very good food, by the way. Here at Cardinal Point, I am happy, safe, content, and have a strong sense of being well cared for.

We chose Wellquest of Menifee Lakes because they are close to home, the facility was very clean and new, and everyone was very friendly. It just seemed like the best fit for my loved one and it has been. The staff are very helpful -anytime I have had any question or concern they take care of it. They are great with communication if anything is going on as well too - they are just overall great people.

The staff is very compassionate, and is willing to help you with anything you need.

My wife and i moved into a great apartment at Cardinal Point 12 years ago. Regrettably my wife passed away a year ago and I live alone so I depend upon all of the services of this facility. The food is very high quality and varied and well prepared and the care is friendly and professional to keep residents safe, secure, and well entertained.

My father states the food was good at first when he moved in. Lunch is best. Dinner is hit and miss. He stated the quality of food has gone down
