We chose Wellquest of Menifee Lakes because they are close to home, the facility was very clean and new, and everyone was very friendly. It just seemed like the best fit for my loved one and it has been. The staff are very helpful -anytime I have had any question or concern they take care of it. They are great with communication if anything is going on as well too - they are just overall great people.

The staff is very compassionate, and is willing to help you with anything you need.

My father states the food was good at first when he moved in. Lunch is best. Dinner is hit and miss. He stated the quality of food has gone down

I really liked Carmel Village. If it were me, I would have chosen it. But my mom liked another facility better. I liked the grounds and the apartments. They also had plans to make a 24-hour deli kind of thing where you could grab a snack if you were hungry.

Everything is going well and we have had no complaints. It has been a good experience and so far they are taking very good care of my loved one.

We moved my parents to Pasadena Highlands seven years ago when a health crisis made it necessary for them to leave their house. As my mom said, "If you can't live in your own home, Highlands is a great place to be." Highlands personnel cared for them in assisted living until my mom passed in 2019, then helped us know when it was time, more recently for my dad to move to Memory Care. He did great there and when it was time for him to go, they brought in hospice and made sure his passing was a peaceful one and that we were kept informed throughout. The caregivers are kind and caring and I highly recommend.

Mom moved in to the Oakmont in San Rafael less than a few months ago. The Traditions memory care team at Oakmont and other team members already feel like family members for Mom and me. This has been a tough transition for both of us and the team has really been so compassionate and supportive. I live close by and I'm able to drop by every day to visit and join in activities like daily morning stretches, brain games, garden picnics, and Thursday live music (so great!) Everyone from the receptionists, the management team, the med techs, the care givers, and the activities team truly care about what they are doing and give 150%. My family is so grateful for the loving care that the the Oakmont team provides for my Mom. And, I appreciate the emotional support and responsiveness whenever I have any questions or concerns. When faced with challenges, they are quick to find solutions. We feel lucky we found Oakmont.

I'm the first one in my group of friends to go to senior living, and I tell them all I really like it, although I wasn't sure how I would react at first. We have a lot of entertainment in the afternoons. The shuttle service is great - they take us shopping, to get our nails done, out to lunch - of course only if you want to go. I really like the exercise classes. Everybody here is very very nice - the kitchen staff, the caretakers, and management. The food is really good. I feel like I'm getting a really good deal here.

From the moment I drove up to take a tour of Carmel Village it stood out as just a beautiful setting for a active community. I wish all assisted-living communities could look this good. And the staff above and beyond helpful with answering my questions.

Russellville Park has a wonderful environment. My mom was scared when she decided to move, but in about 3 days she felt so comfortable there. She's involved in many things and is always so excited when I speak to her and tells me about the things she's done that day. Just to name a few, she's participating in - Bing Bag basketball, daily exercise, hibachi ball, she's hand & foot in card games with other women, and she's attended outings to casinos, grocery stores, movie theaters etc.. They actually just had a play there last night that she attended. It's been a great relief for our family and she is just having a blast! She has a stove and a kitchen in her apartment, so she's able to do some cooking of her own. She's cooked a few meals, but since she has friends she spends a lot of time in the dining room as well. Everyone has been very welcoming there and towards her. It's really the best place! I would absolutely recommend this community to others.

Oakmont of San Rafael is a brand new facility. That was one of the attractions we had because we actually got to walk around and pick out the room we wanted. The caregivers really get to know the residents on the memory care side. They know the flow of what each of the residents like and do not like to do. They keep in great contact with the family, if I do not get an update in person then they email once a week to give progress reports and have been very responsive. The food is excellent, it is like eating at a restaurant and the meals are chef prepared. Residents get to choose off of a menu as well. The activities are wonderful, every time I go to visit mom she kicks me out because she has plans to go do something. I would absolutely recommend Oakmont to other families.

We toured Russellville Park and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We chose another community because it was a better fit for our loved ones needs.

The community is very clean and the staff members are super friendly. They greet all the visitors when they come and they always say hi to us when we are out and about. The dining service is really good but sometimes the meals are a little hit or miss.

We've had a very good experience. I've already recommended them to another family member of mine. They're very friendly and very open. They're wonderful at meeting my loved one's needs. The facility is huge, and very clean. I've been very impressed.

We chose WellQuest because they were recommended to us. It was a new facility when we toured and we were impressed with it. They just got a new activities director and the activities are really starting to ramp up. My mom was in memory care and the food was not great, now she is in assisted living and the food is much better quality. The only thing that sucks is getting here, traffic can be bad during certain times of the day. Visiting hours right now are 7-7 and you have to take a covid test that is $10 before you can go in. Overall I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

This is a very welcoming and friendly community. The staff's friendliness stand out to me along with their flexibility. Some of the activities include exercise classes, movies, games, happy hours, puzzles, and more for the residents to choose from.

We chose Carmel Village because I like the ambiance of the grounds, they are very pretty and well kept. I also really liked [name removed] the sales director, he did a great job at showing us around and giving us all the information we needed. Out of all the facilities that we looked at, this was the best by far. It is also a pet friendly facility which is perfect for us since we have a little dog. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

Pasadena Highlands is a wonderful senior community! Staff is friendly, professional, clean & great with seniors. Highly recommended. Definitely tour this community!
