Their dining option that is all inclusive leaves a little to be desired. They have a lot of the same thing day in and day out. There is not enough variety. They are very quick to respond to anything he needs. They call me and my other family member immediately. They need more updated decor and furniture, it makes it look like a state run nursing home. If I'd had more time to find something the decor may have turned me away and chose for me to go elsewhere.

My loved one was here for a short time, and for the most part this is a really great place. It was one of the nicest places we looked at, and there are some really great people there. Unfortunately there were a few issues that were handled very poorly by specific employees that prevented me from giving this place 5 stars. But the management really stepped up and let those concerned know that how they handled it was not acceptable, and that it wouldn't happen again.

I think it's better than the other ones we checked out because the main thing I didn't like about the other places was that they had assigned seating at meals. He sleeps at odd times and he's very gregarious so I didn't think he'd like to be with the same people for every meal, he'd get bored. The food is fine, the people are very friendly, everyone's friendly and they had a meet your neighbor evening so he could play the fiddle. He's memory's not that great and he's easily distracted so it's hard for him to get anywhere fast so that was good. It's also nice that he has to go downstairs and walk to food, so that's much better for him. Most of the time the care is good, you have to keep after them to make sure things get done. i find I'm spending a lot of time there to make sure he gets up for meals.

I took my MOm and sister here 8/26/13 and found the rooms very nice and to my Mom's liking. We neglected to observe the music activity that most residents were involved in as it was in a different area than the tour. We will have to return for lunch and to see the activities provided in action. A nice staff!

Beautiful grounds, nice range of services. I think it's too far away.

After having my father is a large retirement community and then in a private board and care, it appears after 20 days that I have made a good decision. The facilty is clean and has enough activites to engage my father in his late Alzheimers phase and keep him active. It is a slow process tieing up all the loose ends and they were quite helpful.

Fantastic. Almost too fantastic. Friendly and courteous staff. the gym and pool were closed for maintenance. Good food, but expensive. I want to go back and see activities and fitness classes. Bad neighborhood.

While this is a clean facility and one of the less expensive large retirement communities in the area, it exceeds my mothers budget. A studio apartment is $1295.00 and the Third party personal care company charges $1000.0 to $1800.00 for intermediate to comprehensive care.

met with the Director. A little more upscale than we envision Mom in. Assisted living can't have microwave or coffee maker. Rooms ok.

I was impressed; active people everywhere, coming & going, upbeat, wide litted hallways, more like a resort than a nursing home. Marvelous kitchens in the apts for this 'cook'. I think I could move there. Their meal ticket plan makes good sense.

Russellville Park was delightful. The amenities and the activities were numerous. The studio apartment that is available was spacious and well kept. We received a tour of all areas of interest and were pleased with the help we received. The price was in keeping with our budget. The assisted living service packages are what we are looking for with medication assistance and custom service packages all available. We will be further looking into this facility.

My mom is adjusting really well to Sterling Place. She is in her 3rd month of residency. The meals and house keeping they provide is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great promotions; friendly staff; and good food. It is a quiet place that has activities to help with socializing. It is a great place to live, but only need to improve food serving process with numbering system to ensure everyone gets their food in order of received.

This is a very nice community and the staff did an excellent job with my tour, they showed me all around and they were able to answer my questions with no problems but I just thought the atmosphere here was not a good fit for my Uncle and that the community was just too big for what I was looking for him.

This community was nice but after all the add ons the price was going to be out of my friends budget range. The sales person was very nice and professional very informative. The community appeared clean and well maintained.

I thought the staff where very organized throughout our tour of this facility and had a lot of great information to provide us with . They answered any questions we had for them and where very patient with my mother. The property was clean and I liked how spacious the dinning room as well other common areas where. It was just not the right location for us in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.
