I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan they had as well as other amenities available for the residents.It was just not the right fit in the end decision for my mother.

We really liked this community. The property is lovely beautiful landscaping with a circular sitting area right in front of the entrance way surround by trees and plants. The inside is decorated with style. It is very well maintained and clean with comfortable fashionings. The staff was informative and made us feel welcome on the day of the tour. The pricing was just out of our budget range.

When I toured this community, I felt that it was very large and commercialized. The rooms were tiny as well, it was not what we were looking for.

Nothing was wrong with this community when I was touring. They are so excellent with all the extra amenities. In the dining room, you can eat whenever and they serve it restaurant style. However my parent would not be able to use that. I did really liked the community but the extra was not going to be used.

My loved one has recently made the move into this community and so far we are pleased with how things are going for her. The staff are very friendly and I am comfortable with the care they are providing. She has the option to prepare he own meals in her room or make her way downstairs to the dinning room to eat with the other residents. Overall we are happy and would recommend it to anyone.

I am considering this place, based on being near our home and quality. A minus is that it had no kitchenette.

The person that took us on tour was friendly. This community looked clean. They offer transportation and the residents are able to have pets. We just did not get the same comfortable feeling as we did at the community we chose.

During our search, we also toured Russellville Park. We had a good tour, the people there were friendly and informative. The facility itself was very clean and in good shape, but we found another place that for my loved one's needs a little better.

The staff was friendly and helpful during my tour. I didn't like Sterling Place because it was too small.

Sterling Place is an affordable option. I was spoiled by other communities I toured but I think for the price it was okay and should be considered if looking for something affordable.

Sterling Place was very bright and inviting. [Removed] provided us with a informative tour. The atmosphere was friendly and pleasant. The apartment was a cozy size and sufficient to meet our needs. The price was reasonable and the services and amenities were good.

This community is brand new so they have had some staffing issues since they opened.Things are progressively getting better though. There are few residents but my loved one is getting involved in activities they offer. He likes the food and has no complaints.The building is very clean but it was recently built.

After our first visit, this one is definately on the list for mom to visit. We liked the integration of the facility with the neighborhood, for example the salon is open to the public and the head start program has kids playing in an enclosed area. Also liked the integration between the two buildings, so there is movement between those in independent living and assisted living with activities in both spaces.

My mom is doing okay and she is in the independent living side. The services that are provided are all fine. They could use more art activities in general they have exercise and game stuff but that is not what she likes. She likes the guest speakers and they could use more. The place is great we are giving it a trial. I liked that it was light and airy on the tour.

My tour of this community was a good one. The staff was very kind and helpful. They answered all my questions, and also was very informative. The community looked nice. Everything was nice and clean. It was a nice experience, and they treated us well.

My loved one has really made progress since moving into this community, the staff is very motivating at helping her get more involved with the different activities and techniques that help with her memory care plan. All of the residents have been very welcoming to her and have helped her adjust into her new living environment.
