The meals and dining service right now seem to be their biggest struggle, but WellQuest is a beautiful community. When we went to tour it was brand new at the time which is always nice, the location is very convenient for our family. It is a well established community

Our family had an in person tour and the people we met with were very friendly. It is an older facility, but we were able to go up and see the area where the residents would be. However, we were just not really impressed, we know accidents happen within facility but it did not smell as good, but we cannot judge because once again we know it happens. We also did not like the size of the rooms, but the gentlemen who showed us around was great. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, it was prettier to us then any other place in the community we saw it was just so lovely.

Nice location, older facility but very clean and helpful, informative staff.

It has been a good experience so far at Russellville Park. I chose this facility because the person I talked to at first was very personable. I am in a 2 bedroom apartment and it is great for what I needed. Everybody is very friendly here and I would recommend them.

It was a good community while I was there. The room size was fair. the food was excellent and they had a variety. The staff was very friendly and efficient and communicated well. They were quick to respond if there were any issues I would recommend the community.

This community staff is super friendly, the only issue we had is when she passed away a family heirloom was missing. The food was not the greatest but they did try to accommodate but my mom she just didn't like it. Room sizes were good, and she had her own porch. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

There are some staff that are great, and some that are not as friendly. The community is a good value. The food is good and my loved one is enjoying the food. The community allows visits in the courtyard with your loved one.

Carmel Village is perfect for my dad! It is close to our home so we can visit frequently (besides covid). The staff has been very helpful with our requests and my dad likes where he is. Although my dad doesn’t get involved in activities they are there if he wants. The cost is very reasonable for what our family can afford (memory care unit). We are very happy he was able to get into Carmel Village!

The thing I like most about the community is that all the staff work together toward assisting their residents. The staff are caring and the facility is very current and modern. They provide lots of activities that cover many interests, they offer lots a of clubs, and social interaction for people. The food is fine but due to COVID that have had to make adaptations with the menu. During this pandemic, the staff have done everything within their power to keep the resident safe. The are always putting their residents first.

Most of the tenants need assistance which can make some difficulties for those like myself who are independent living tenants due to need for special care workers and special equipment . It is also difficult to get some problems such as plumbing r fixed in a timely manner

A very beautiful, new location. It will meet a certain clientele. I did not like the hard surface floors; especially since my mom uses a walker and is a fall risk. Also, they want to charge extra to have a refrigerator in the room. Beautiful, but not for us!

CV has a very pleasant environment with sunny, wide hallways. [Name removed] was great to show us the variety of rooms and explain the different packages. The rooms had lots of natural lighting and were clean. They seemed more like rooms in a nice hotel rather than a sanatorium.

[Name removed] and I were impressed with PH. The hallways are clean and bright, not too long. The dining room was cheerful. I especially liked that each 1 bedroom place has a long, private balcony and a great view of the garden, the foothills, or downtown Pasadena.

Silvia was amazing and informative! I like bed the facility, but thought my mom might be overwhelmed by the size.

No dogs in mild to moderate memory section!??

This facility wasn’t as large as some of the other places that I had toured, but it was one of the cheapest. They only take 18 to 20 residents at one time on the memory care unit. Upon arriving, I notice that the unit is much smaller than other facilities and they don’t really have room for my wife to walk around. If I brought my wife here, I would be able to walk her around the facility as long as she was with me. While I’m not there she would, unfortunately, have to be locked in the memory care unit. One thing I really noticed is there had been a lot of management changes. When I went in I spoke with one manager and when I called they had told me they were let go and someone else was in charge. Besides that, all of the other staff members seemed to be fine and the caregivers were nice. I would have loved to pick this facility because my wife would have been closer to our home. I would recommend this facility to other families.

Very nice facility. Rooms were clean and spacious. Tour was great. [Removed] was very professional and answered all of my questions. I liked the one price includes everything options.This has promise

They took very good care of my mom at Palo Alto Commons. She recently passed away but I was very happy with the care they provided for her. They did a good job of making sure she was comfortable. They were very attentive and responsive to her needs. I liked that they had plenty of staff and did not seem overworked like they were at the previous community. There was a nice big beautiful courtyard. And they have a little aviary inside one of the common areas. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

My parents have both recently made the move into this community and so far things are going well for them. They have adjusted well and the staff where very easy to work with in this transition. I am comfortable with the care they are receiving and think this place is very organized. They have had no complaints about the meals and are starting to get involved in a few of the activities they have to offer.

Placing my in laws here was the best choice for both of them. Since moving here my mother in laws health has seemed to improve now. The community is made up of 3 separate buildings with a lovely courtyard in the middle where you can be outside and enjoy the weather. The staff is extremely nice and very accommodating. The location is set back off the main street it is very quiet. My in laws seem to like the food. The family is very pleased with this community and we would recommend the community.
