I had a extremely nice tour and all my questions were answered. I was very impessed with the place. The residents seem happy and full of life and all of the staff was very friendly. I will take my mother back so she can choose. The Heatherwood is on my short list.

We chose Pasadena Highlands because it looked like it would be a good fit for my brother and it has turned out to be just that, he is very happy here. The staff are very friendly and were helpful with the whole move in experience. That was especially helpful for me since I live so far away. I would recommend the facility to other families looking.

The newness of the facility really stood out to us along with the variety of unit sizes they had available and the meal service.

This is a great community. This community is clean and the staff are very professional. I just love it it is a great place for you mom or dad. They have many activities and take them somewhere every Friday, and always having games and activities for the residents.

This community was very good it was just too expensive for us and cost was just one of the biggest things for us due to being self pay.

The Palo Alto Commons Assisted Living section has proved to be an excellent place for my sister with early dementia to reside. It provides all of the services she needs in a very friendly as well as professional atmosphere.

My Dad was in assisted living in Russellville Park and I thought it was great. His room was lovely, the grounds and ameneties are very pleasant. He had great support and was well cared for. Though he was a very picky eater, he liked the food there, and I personally loved it. The service in the dining room was excellent and all the staff and caregivers there are great. The activities were many and various, and looked fun and engaging! Unfortunately my Dad was not able to attend activities and therefore found it hard to make friends. I hope to live at Russellville Park someday when I am ready.

My mother loves it here. When she is happy so am I. She still drives but needed something smaller then her 2 story home with a basement. The activities are GREAT, so many options. Is it heaven on earth - no but overall this is the next best thing!

June 2018 change in management companies has resulted in a lot of turnover in the staff and some service issues. However, over the last 30 days the issues seem to be getting resolved.

Wow! What a beautiful place! I’ve visited a few communities and this one really shines! It is very well kept and the staff is very caring and compassionate towards the residents. It has great care staff, delicious food and resort style activities/classes. Always seem to have entertainment and nice parties just about every week!

Loved my stay at the Remington. [name removed] was a wonderful advisor, very knowledgeable !

We are very pleased with the care my mom has received at Sunrise. She loves the food and the staff very much. They are so patient and kind to her. The administrative staff are wonderful to work with as well. Although this is only respite care of one month, we will certainly consider it at the top of the list if long term care is needed.

My mother has been in the community for a short time but, from what we have experienced so far the Rusellville Park is a great place. The staff are friendly and communicate very well. The cleanliness and up-kept is outstanding. The meals and the activities have been positive as well. At the moment we have no complaints about this place.

We recently moved my Mother n Law to Oregon from California to Russellville. It has been about a month and she is loving it!. The staff is great, Food is Great and she is meeting a lot of nice people. We highly recommend it here. Her apartment is terrific.!

They do offer transportation to appointments but they need to be in a few miles radius.

The facility is nice and always clean. We like the fact that there is a menu for the residents to choose from that varies from day to day. This is a very nice community with a very pleasant and helpful staff.

My loved one is happy there.

I have to give Sterling Place two thumbs up! My mom passed away recently, but when she was there, they were very much on top of things and took great care of her. She had a fall at one point and they were right there to take the best care of the situation they could and let me know. The staff there is really very nice. It was a very good positive experience. I would highly recommend the place! I would go there myself.

So far it's been very good. I don't have any complaints. I can call them, they are very receptive to phone calls. The staff is very receptive. They give you choices at meals so you always have options. Others have even told me that we found a good place. I am very happy with them so far.
