My Dad stays at the Pasadena Highlands in Pasadena, California and in a one bedroom unit. The place is five stars all the way. I like the personal services thats available there. They go the extra miles to make good of any situation. They are very personal all the way up the ladder. We are very happy with everything. Really happy

What was really important to us was that it had a good feel of friendliness, but also, the setup was really the best of the five properties we looked at. This place has a walk in shower in the hallway, wide hallways, one can maneuver in the kitchen and bathroom in a wheelchair. They are on the same floor as the dining room, which makes it easy and convenient to turn around. The place is very comfortable for them. So far the experience has been very good, and we're very glad that we found The Lodge.

The Remington Club has been great. We're very satisfied with the services. Very satisfied with the staff, care they provide, the food, accommodations, just everything. Everything is to our satisfaction.

Everything is pretty good. I like the personal service that they have there. If there is ever a situation they are very personal with my dad in taking care of his needs.

I've visited this community a few times when visiting a friend, and from what I have seen they are one of the best! The staff is absolutely great, the facility itself is very clean and well kept, and it looks like they've got a lot to offer their residents. They even do a great job with the food, I like that the dining room feels more like a restaurant than a cafeteria.

Carmel Village went above and beyond in caring for our Mom. We can't express how pleased we were with the quality of care and compassion that is present in this lovely community. We highly recommend Carmel Village to everyone who wants to find a safe and happy home for the ones they love.

The staff is very friendly and attentive to the residents. They offer many activities and encourage the residents to participate. The meals are wonderful, especially the large breakfast. The rent is very affordable for those with a low income. The best value around! My grandmother is very happy there.

Loved this place but my Mother has decided to stay in Monterey County.

My mother has only been there a month and nothing's come up yet as far as problems. The food is very good. She likes it a lot. She's taking some time adjusting to being away from her home in Utah but other than that she likes it. They have movies and they do card games - they do several things during the day. I guess if there was one thing, I wish they did a little bit more off the premises. They do go on a lunch trip on Wednesdays and a drive on Sundays but that's all that I've seen off the premises. I was under the impression that they went on more bus trips.

Catholic services (Fr Al) Transportation to Doc and church In house doc people like him

Meet w/director & found the facility well organized, clean, friendly, open plan units, outings for wheel bound residents & assistg lvg services meeting my mthr-in-law needs. The facility is offering a special on the pricing of the units. I find this to be helpful. A beautiful facility. This is a 5 stars rating for sure!

I had a extremely nice tour and all my questions were answered. I was very impessed with the place. The residents seem happy and full of life and all of the staff was very friendly. I will take my mother back so she can choose. The Heatherwood is on my short list.

We chose Pasadena Highlands because it looked like it would be a good fit for my brother and it has turned out to be just that, he is very happy here. The staff are very friendly and were helpful with the whole move in experience. That was especially helpful for me since I live so far away. I would recommend the facility to other families looking.

The newness of the facility really stood out to us along with the variety of unit sizes they had available and the meal service.

This is a great community. This community is clean and the staff are very professional. I just love it it is a great place for you mom or dad. They have many activities and take them somewhere every Friday, and always having games and activities for the residents.
