We loved the place and think it would be good for her, but still not ready to commit yet.

Villa Capri was the best experience with a facility I could ever have. The staff was just so supportive in every way, and the quality of care offered was impeccable. The personnel consistently took extra steps to get to know my loved one and we felt very supported and very well cared for during our time there. The overall look of the community was so welcoming. I don't think anything will ever compare to Villa Capri.

The staff is really nice all they way from the original sales staff to the cooking staff to the dining staff they all were great and nice. It is kept up and tidy. They enjoy lots of daily activities. The food is perfectly fine. They treat my parents with respect and with courtesy. I would recommend this community.

My mother stayed in the elite care needing a lot of assistance. We were happy with her care.

The Sterling Place was modern updated and the staff was warm and friendly,have a caring attitude for the seniors living in the facility. Sterling place offers a lot of activities for the seniors as well as I love the private rooms allowing my Mom to feel independent also she will receive services she need such as cooking bathing cleaning medication assistance,transportation and exercise and weekly Church services. As the staff pointed out this is a one stop facility.This is well worth the cost. I gave it a 5 star.

This was a beautiful place. Very caring and peaceful. Lots of activities and secure. Activities abound, health checks and lovely "apartments". Residents appear to be happy and peaceful.

The community I saw was ok. They were going to put my parent on the third floor and I didn't like that. There was not an availability on the first floor. They were also expensive and in a location that was not the best.

After having to move my mother out of her independent lifestyle that she got use to I was referred to this facility by another Assisted living place that was in Riverside. My mother is little by little adjusting to this type of lifestyle. I feel it's a safe environment for her. They also try to keep her busy with the many activities they have to offer on a daily basis. The friendly staff members are a big part of why I love for my mom to be living here. They constantly visit her in her room to make sure she is doing okay. There are several choices to make for Assisted living but I feel that in Murrieta none of them come close to this facility

After many years, of careful consideration, our family was fortunate to have Renaissance Village of Murrieta, CA to be built a short distance away from the majority of our family, so this is where we chose to entrust the care of our mother. She has now been there approximately 4 months, and we really can't say enough good about this wonderful facility. The staff can either make or break a facility, and we feel they have chosen a wonderful and caring staff. Our mother loves it there. There are many activities, including a movie theatre, with leather reclining seating, and popcorn! We are very happy with our choice.

I really liked Sterling Place and it was one of my top choices. I ended up with the group home because I think it will suit my mom better. Very warm and friendly and lovely setting.

This facility was great-very clean and beautiful. You feel like you are in a high end hotel. Very friendly staff who takes the time to get to know their residents. Dining room and food was fantastic-very flexible with food requests. [Removed] was our tour guide and is the point of contact and she is very friendly and knowledge about the facility, the area and the needs of the residents. This is worth a visit!

I am so pleased that I found Carmel Village for my mom. I looked at eight assisted living properties before choosing Carmel Village. As soon as I toured the facility and met with the directors I knew I found the right home. I liked the quality and well managed surroundings. The comfortable main rooms and dining room. The caregivers are happy and enjoy what they do. Everyone is so friendly and will contact me with any concerns for mom's well being. I found Carmel Village offers everything I was looking for at the most affordable price. My mother recently moved into the memory care at this community and I am happy with the care they provide. Everything is good. It is cleaned good, the meals are good, the staff are good and the activities are good. They are a great community.

The ladies we had worked with including Christina and Katrina could have not been more helpful to my family and I with helping us get our uncle transitioned into this community. They where beyond helpful and very knowledgeable with answers to every questions I had. The chef at this location has done an excellent job at the menu and prepares excellent meals for all of the residents. Everything has gone beautifully and I am overly thrilled with this establishment.

Moved my father in law in 2 weeks ago, he likes the accommodations and food. They were very helpful and feel you get your money's worth. Checked 6 different facilities and this one stood out with the staff and his care.

I'd give Pasadena Highlands top marks across the board, they really do everything well! It's a nice looking place, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

This community is very nice and beautifully cared for. The staff seem to have everything under control and organized. It also seem to have activities available. My tour guide was very informative and answered any questions I had. I really liked the apartment layout, it was spacious. I would have chosen this community if my mom was more better.

My mother in law has been treated very well by Carmel Village staff, even as it has been a rocky transition for her. The nursing staff are excellent, intelligent and easy to communicate with. The facility is lovely and the food is good. They are very kind and patient!

I recently moved my Mom into Carmel Village. It was a difficult decision for all of us but we realized she could no longer live by herself. EVERYONE at this retirement community, all executives, staff, and caregivers were compassionate, helpful and enthusiastic when the move-in date came. I was told the adjustment might be difficult for the first weeks but Mom was happy and took to the Village right away. I was amazed but very pleased. Everyone at Carmel Village (even the residents) have made her life whole again. She has a new chapter of life to look forward to. They welcomed her and her little dog, Abbie, too.
