From the minute I walked in the door, Carmel Village was fantastic. My Mother says she never felt happier in her life. The ground and the inside of the building are beautiful. From the director on down to the lanscapers, everyone is friendly. The other residents also seem happy and friendly. There are so many activities. The food is like cruise ship food, all of the family has eaten there. They're very accommodating as well. I would recommend others get in there and if no vacancy to get on the waiting list.

This is a five star resort for seniors. It's full of activities, a salon, a store and great food too. They have a great nursing staff. I'd recommend this place to anyone in need of a place for their loved ones.

The staff is very patient with the residents. They bring the residents their food (small fee) when they do not want to come downstairs. The food is the best I have experienced for elderly residents. The staff will offer to assist the family members anyway they can. Utilize the service. Adult children who care for elderly parents and are active with their grandchildren can be worn down soon. My mother is having a difficult time with the change in her life style, but hopefully she will accept this new phase in her life. She had to adjust to not driving which was her number one joy, to moving to an environment condusive for seniors, and learning to trust strangers in this stage of her life. I am hoping when spring/ summer weather comes and she can go outside to walk, her spirits will rise. It takes time, patience, faith and then some.

We are so pleased with Russelville park. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our grandfather is living in assisted living and doing very well. Living far from him, we're so thankful for all the helping hands to ensure both his safety and quality of life. I'd highly recommend Russelville!

The facility is great. It is a good facility. There is nothing I feel they could improve here. The staff is good and the level of care they provide is good also.

Things have gone very well with Rio Las Palmas, we're very pleased with the service! I was nervous that my loved one might have trouble settling in due to her memory issues, but she absolutely loves it here! The assisted care they provide is a great fit, they've been very reliable about providing her with the reminders she needs throughout the day. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they've got a lot of services and amenities to offer the residents. The food is very good, and they have a restaurant style dining setup where the residents can go in any time they like and order whatever is on the menu that day.

They are just really friendly. They take really good care of the residents and they kind of weed out people who are not caring. They have a great reputation, I have never heard anything bad about them, so I feel good about the Carmel Village. The food is excellent and my mom likes it there.

Two things. The west building dining room after service it is slow to get the tickets that the residents wait for. The second thing I did contact the manager about that and has not received a follow up from her.

The experience with Russellville Park was very good. My mother in law moved in there from a small apartment, and everyone there from the maintenance person to the social coordinator and everyone else really welcomed her and made her feel right at home. She was a little nervous making the move, but they helped make it a smooth transition and she is doing really good.

My Father has been there for a year and a half now and has received excellent care. The facility is clean and the staff is excellent. They have the residents best interests at heart. My Father is happy there. Five Plus Stars

They were excellent! I had not one issue with Russellville Park. They were less expensive than some of the others. Their food there was excellent. I was so impressed, they did activities everyday and they did outings. It's clean and it didn't smell. The people there were so wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are doing a pretty good job. It's clean and the staff is friendly. Some meals haven't been as tasty as others, but in general the food is pretty good. We don't have any complaints about activities, or anything really. We are pretty happy with them.

The staff was really good there, every since the first day. I sat and searched for places and we got recommendations for this place. The chef is really good. The room is always clean and picked up. They aren't doing anything wrong.

It took two years of negotiations but our 92 year old mother finally moved into Russellville last Nov. During our long negotiation period, we visited a number of facilities and evaluated their services and amenities. And, now that I have first hand knowledge of Russellville's operation and staff, I feel confident in my review. As expected, the transition from the family home of 55 yrs has not been easy but the Russellville staff have gone beyond the call to introduce our shy mother to fellow residents, invited her to participate in activities, and have taken time out of their busy schedule for a short conversation and brighten her day. We added "wellness" services soon after moving in. The service includes an escort to and from the dining hall. This ensures our shy mom has someone to sit with without having to invite herself. We recently added nursing services to manage recent back pain. It seems to be working. She has more energy and alertness, which can only enhance her quality of life. Selecting the right living environment for your loved one takes time, dedication and perseverance. I hope this review gives you a short cut. Give Russellville a call. Tour the facilities and talk with the staff and residences. You will find a clean, welcoming and secure facility with a team trained and dedicated to your loved one's care. For us children, we sleep better at night.

The Remington Club is an extroverted environment for seniors to live independently and have an active life. The food is good there. The communication with the staff has been good. The location and parking has been good as well. I would recommend The Remington Club to anyone. I can't rate the care services because we haven't used it. It is not applicable. My overall rating of this facility is five stars.

They have been very helpful getting Mom settled. There are a variety of activities offered. The food is great and varied. Mom has settled in here and really likes it.

It's great. My mom is happy there. It was a good choice. The cleanliness is excellent. It's always clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The value is excellent. They do a pretty good job at taking care of my loved one. It has been a great experience. I would recommend the Pasadena Highlands to anyone. It's just a great place. I'm glad my mom is happy there. It's a nice community with nice people.

Good facility. Lots of activities. The only available rooms were not to our liking.

The people at Sunrise of Fresno are very hands on and extremely friendly and helpful. The place mother was at before was more of a cookie cutter type facility, whereas there is a lot more caring and individual care offered at Sunrise. They are a lot more flexible. You always see a friendly face when you go in there. I just really think it is a great place. I am really happy to have my mother there. I also like that it is a facility that will take you all the way from the beginning through to hospice. They just really go out of their way for you to make it a wonderful experience.

The staff is very friendly and caring. The wide choice of food is great. It has a positive atmosphere. The Russellville Park is a great community. Everyone is very nice and friendly. I would recommend this place.
