Dad really likes it there. i would highly recommend to others.

I really like the people I see here daily -staff, residents, neighbors in the park and restaurants. The activities - exercise classes, interest clubs for art, music, books, travel, etc., entertainment, and learning opportunities of all kinds mean endless options to be as busy as you desire. The physical plant is lovely, with elegant lobby and dining rooms, many common areas and well-designed apts. Beautiful sunny patios adjoin two dining rooms and provide popular outdoor dining areas much of the year.

I have lived at the Watermark at the Pearl since May 2024. Since that time, I have met many wonderful, thoughtful and creative residents. I have gotten involved in many club activities, which is a Watermark trademark. And I very much appreciate the availability of the four restaurants in the building. The food has been very good. And finally, I'm impressed with the concern and dedication of the staff here at the Watermark. They have helped make this a good experience for me.

The overall experience has been wonderful for my parents. The cleanliness of the facility when I visited was all-way a 5. Wonderful staff! The quality of care, great in assisting my parents. The food there has been an issue. Other than the food, good value. Yes, I would recommend Skybridge. I spoke to a few of my colleagues about this facility.

I have lived at Watermark in the Pearl for over a year. The staff and residents are wonderful. I feel truly spoiled living here. The Watermark is conveniently located with very little need to own a car. I can exercise in our gym or walk a few blocks to swim in a pool. There are many activities to participate in and I truly feel everyone is my friend. The food is excellent or you can walk a short distance to many great restaurants.

We found the Watermark in the Pearl just in time for my Cousin. His health was heading downward for a couple months and we ended up moving him into assisted living right before back surgery. He returned from the hospital a few days later with all the help he needed at the Watermark. The staff always seem happy to see and help my Cousin and he is very happy to live where he lives.

I was searching for a place for a cousin and toured various locations. I was impressed with the beauty and ambience. Its been a year and he loves everything about living here. This is a very special place and the staff and programs have never disappointed.

Take a tour of the community, it's impressive. I have already recommended this company to others.

Worth the wait. Looking forward to this move. Enjoyed meeting new people. Nice large apartments in nature area. Not sure why I waited so long. I enjoyed my tour.

They would all be rated 5. It's a great place. I have zero complaints. I would say make sure they have a backup doctor, if they choose to use [dr name removed], the facility doctor. The facility has no odors 99% of the time. There are a plethora of activities. Anyone can find something they'd like to do. My mom does Bingo all the time. There is a Wii Bowling league the guys are very serious about, too. It's hilarious watching them play. I wish they had more diabetic friendly options for breakfast, but it is what it is. The meals are very balanced and delicious. The apartments are very cozy and the bathrooms are big enough for a wheelchair to spin around in. Lol The staff are super friendly and real. There's one lady who is a real stickler for the rules, but rules are rules. Love her anyway.

My husband is a new resident at Blue Bell Place.. his care had been excellent.. they are kind and caring to him and very appreciative of my input... no task is ever too difficult and they treat my husband with respect... I thank them every day for all that they do and the care they give him

5 across the board. Thus place is great! The staff is super friendly and caring. There is not much turnover among the care staff, so real relationships develop between staff and residents. The food is great. The chef is very responsive to residents' needs and requests. He holds monthly meetings with the residents to hear their feedback. Activities are varied and the activity director tries new things all the time to engage the residents. The facility is beautiful and the maintenance staff is just as friendly as the care givers.

When my husband and I decided to stop going to Florida for the winter we checked out this Legacy and loved what we saw! The tour was great. We couldn't wait to move in for those cold 4 winter months. Sadly my husband passed away before we had that chance. After living alone for several months, moving permanently to The Legacy became very attractive. They take pets, a must; lots of people to talk with rather than just myself; the 2-bedroom is perfect for me, the cats and my quilting. I was told several times that anything I can do at home, I can do here and I like that. I will be another "home" in the rotation for my MajJong group; their public living room areas are lovely. I can have guests for dinner and not lift a finger! House keeping comes once a week, more time to quilt! I will be 20 minutes from everything I do rather than the 50 minutes it takes me now to get anywhere in Rocheste. I also attended a [name removed] Rightsizing presentation there and it was very informative.

I think it's working out very well for my brother. Great experience overall. It's up-to-date and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dining experience is exceptional. Activities are good and ongoing.

Staff is super friendly and you can tell they care. Dining has a diverse menu and the quality is excellent. Facility is high quality and always spotless.

The facility staff always presents a professional attitude, and demonstrates great knowledge, and skills in operating the facility.

This is an Independent Senior Living complex NOT Assisted Living and the pricing, activities, and amenities reflect that. However, If you need simple assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)there is an independent company that is located in the building that does a great job. They have a menu of services that you can pick and choose whatever assistance you might need. You will be billed twice a month for those services, all as self-pay, insurance is not accepted. As always, some of those staff members are better than others.

On a scale of 1-5, they're a solid 10. It's been great for my dad, and I appreciate everyone there from [name removed] that worked hard to get him in quickly to all the staff. He wasn't in a safe environment, and now he's very safe, and words don't cover that. Everything is kept clean, and ALL the staff I've met treat all the residents with respect and kindness. That's not always the case with people.
