5 for everything...I was very impressed. The actives and day trips , always something to do. Church services offered also is really nice. The in house medical care was very important because my mom doesn't get around well. The alcove unit was a perfect size. they went out of their way for the move in...coming from new York, we had to move in on a Sunday.

The staff are outstanding and love working here with all of the residents. That makes a difference in how they approach their job and do their best to please the customer. Their heart is in their job. The food is delicious and I would say a selling point. There's lots of activities and they are made known by various means. They go on several outings, they have several in-house activities, such as karaoke, bingo, informational, and educational films and presentations, movie night, bible study, just all sorts of activities. Everybody considers each other, family here. That's not only with each other, but it's especially with the staff. If you have any questions or concerns, there's always staff or even other residents who are eager to help you. The only downside, if you would call it a downside, is if you are on the third floor, the rooms are very small. The living room and the bedroom are each 10' x 10'. The kitchen is only a half kitchen, which means you have two burners and a 36 inch mini refrigerator. However, if you adjust accordingly, you could make it quite comfortable and simply homey. I've seen several rooms where the people have organized themselves wisely, and it really is quite comfortable and has plenty of space. I've been here nearly 3 weeks and I would say that I love it so far. I have not met one unhappy person or anyone with a complaint at all. Everyone has nothing but nice things to say about this place and its staff

Congenial staff with great understanding of elderly people’s needs and activities to bolster one’s improvement in both physical and emotional growth. They offer thorough floor plans on line and thorough tours. Both great resources.

Primarily small size is why we chose them. I would recommend. They do a really good job of managing expectations. Since nobody really ever "wants" to move into assisted living, they strive to offer options, redirect or focus on positivity for all of the residents. Many residents are at different stages and the Rockland staff seems to have a handle on making everyone happy. Teamwork at Rockland is exceptional.

Skybridge is great the nursing staff is very caring and attentive. The facility is well kept and there are plenty of activities for the residents.

I want to sincerely thank Sonrisa Assisted Living for the exceptional care that was provided to my father during his recovery after his accident. From the moment he arrived, we felt reassured by the warmth, professionalism, and compassion of their team. The attention and support he received played a key role in helping him feel comfortable and cared for. Although his recovery progressed more quickly than expected and he was able to move out sooner than we anticipated, we are truly grateful for the time he spent at Sonrisa. We were very impressed with your beautiful facility and, more importantly, with the kindness and dedication shown by every member of your staff. Please know how much we appreciate the difference you made during a challenging time for our family.

My sister and I feel so blessed to have be able to move our mom into Blue Bell Place in September. From our very first contacts with [name removed] and then [name removed], we have been treated like family. They made the transition for our mom seamless and our move into her apartment convenient. Every single nurse and caregiver treats our mom with kindness and respect. She is well groomed, well fed and genuinely cared for, comfortable and happy. We are welcomed in with open arms at every visit and we receive frequent updates both through phone calls and text messages. Special shout outs to Nurses [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed], as well as to [name removed] from Gentiva Hospice, who works directly with Blue Bell Place. If you are looking into care for your loved one, Blue Bell Place should be top on your list.

[name removed] was a wonderful tour guide. My father & I enjoyed our visit. Your facility is beautiful & very clean!

My wife and I attended presentation on Dementia/Alzheimer's by an outside healthcare professional . The information was very helpful. We were given a book: "Creating Moments of Joy" about caring for someone with Alzheimer's. This book by a longtime professional caregiver was both eye-opening and useful. The presentation was followed by a lovely lunch.

Friendly happy staff, Clean, elegant, great food, attentive to needs. My uncle is in independent care and my aunt is at their Assisted side. Apartment sizes are big!!! Huge windows, quiet.

Blue Bell Place is exceptional. They are very compassionate and really on the ball. We moved my MIL from another facility who nearly killed her twice. We were thrilled to find a place that really cared about the residents. They called me anytime there was a problem, and we're always incredibly communicative. We were thrilled to find such a wonderful place that gave us peace of mind.

It is a very nice facility with friendly residents and staff and good food. Absolutely stuffed with activities to do. They allow cats and small dogs which was a big factor in our choice for respite care.

We wish there were more stars than 5. We can’t say enough about how wonderful this facility and all the staff are. Our mom has only been there 2 weeks and it’s already her home. Thanks to everyone that helped make this transition ??

The core caregivers are excellent. The respect and kindness are top notch. The maintenance is good and the creative program of activities is also.

All the staff are very professional and responsive. The facility is very well maintained and my mom likes it quite a bit.

As many others, I was most reluctant to leave the home that my husband and I had built and I have been in for 48 years, but I knew it was time for me to move on . Because of its location and it’s newest I chose the Watermark and I am so happy I did with its many amenities, including four excellent restaurants activities for morning tonight if desired Transportation to and from professional up appointments and special events outside the building and finally a very friendly and caring staff, but most important are the people this is a community that includes everyone I have easily made many friends in the year and a half I have lived here. I feel secured and cared for in a wonderful place.
