My tour was good & informative. The staff upon my arrival was professional pleasant as well as the tour.

Staff and residents were very friendly. Facility was clean and welcoming. Nice amenities. One down side is transportation to Dr appts is not included in the monthly fee

Very impressed. Property and common areas were very well kept. The individual rooms are quite spacious and seem to be large, it’s hard to tell with a lot of furniture and some of them. They reported that they have staff members that have been there for a really long time such as 20+ years for some of them.

Watermark is. a very impressive facility.It is THE place for anyone interested in cultural activities. If I could I would be moving my brother there, but he doesn't want to move.

I recently moved my mother to Blue Bell Place. We tried a couple of facilities in the area. None of them provided the care that they promised. At Blue Bell Place, the caregivers and staff create an environment where my mom’s needs are met. They truly care about each and every resident.

They have kept me well informed about how my mom is doing, which gives me peace of mind since I’m in Texas and she is in Delaware. The staff is always helpful and responsive whenever I call with questions. My mom says that everyone treats her well, and she enjoys the food. Overall, I appreciate the care and communication they provide.

The tour showed the apartments and campus are full of wonderful amenities where community members appear happy and connected. The very warm welcome by [name removed] and her team was refreshing to experience!

The Watermark has excellent food. Great location near parks which is nice when I visit[Name Removed]. We can go on walks and it's interesting. Walk to restaurants. The place always smells good. The people are nice with a diverse and fun staff. Good activities. [Name removed] went to the zoo and had a great time. Overall good place.

Sky Bridge is an absolutely stunning facility. They currently had no openings in the Assisted Living dwellings.

The tour was wonderful and the staff was so courteous and very well knowledgeable and answered all questions to my satisfaction. The grounds and buildings are keep in immaculate shape. At the end of the tour, I was quite excited about the whole experience and ready to put in my application.

Overall great, plus the food is good, the room is clean - including the bathroom. The staff is great very understanding.

The facility is wonderful. They keep the place very clean and operational. They have 3 restaurants. One is for regular meals and snacks which are included in the monthly price. The other 2 are open restaurants where you order food at costs. The food is high quality and tastes good. They have regular movie nights in their theater, they hold varied types of regular exercise sessions for all types of residents, they also have scheduled outings to restaurants, museums, shopping, etc. They have painting and art classes. They also have regular Sunday services and weekly bible studies for residents. Another feature is celebrating major holidays with skits, music, and food. The rooms are also very nice with sinks, full size refrigerators, and microwaves. I love the nursing, laundry, and housekeeping services as well. I'm very thankful to have found Sky Bridge!

[name removed] is amazing! She's very passionate about her job & the facility. The rest of the staff are great too. The apartment sizes are great! I only saw two, one with a small kitchen and one without. Honestly could not ask for a better apartment.

The staff has been great. My dad just fought it at first because he didn't want to be in assisted living. He's adjusting better now. The facility is very clean, and the common areas are bright and cheery. The dining room staff is friendly, and the nursing staff are efficient and timely. Overall, we've had a positive experience.

My mom lived at the fountains for 2 1/2 years until she recently passed away at 100 years old. Her time at the Fountains was an absolute delight for her as the accommodations were beautiful, the staff was professional, attentive and loving, and the community that she built, despite her trepidations about engaging with new people at this point in her life was wonderful and embracing. During this period, my mom had a health issue which required hospitalization and a short time in a rehabilitation facility. The Fountains staff helped us through this process, engaging with both hospital and rehabilitation facility staff, and never let my mom for a moment feel that she was on her own. When we were searching for a community for our mom, neighbors told us about the fountains and said that it was the best facility in the area. I was a bit skeptical about such assertions but now, after 2 1/2 years, I affirm that indeed the Fountains is the best!

Beautiful. We are interested and will follow up. Sales person was warm and welcoming. We look forward to learning more.

I would rate the whole list as a 5. I viewed 5 different facilities and WaterMark was easily the standout. It is also the most convenient to my home. The staff is exceptional, the price is very comparable to other facilities, the activities and food are varied and plentiful. I am very pleased with the experience.

The culinary program is excellent. It has won awards. The staff are very friendly. The facility is modern and well kept.
