Watermark Retirement Communities

I am Not in assisted care. I have purchased carry out, sit down menu seems to have variety and special event meals. There are more activities for assisted care, however independent residents are included with a number of activities. I am still evaluating, quality is better than some of the prior facilities I visited. Concerned about annual rent increases. Overall, I have been very pleased with all aspects of the community

The entire team is caring, patient, responsive and always available with any concerns, questions, etc

I honestly will give them all 5's. They were just wonderful from the beginning to the end. My mom has passed away and as I had to move her things out and close with them they were so caring and supportive.

My mother had visited Legacy at Clover Blossom earlier this year and was given a tour by the director. We decided that it was the place for her so this past week, we visited again to see the unit that I reserved for her in February. We met with the associate director who provided us with excellent information, including procedures for moving in, meal options, regular services, and special events. She talked us through these items and gave us a printed packet of information as well. My mother, who has been unsure about moving, felt much happier after that discussion and after seeing her unit. There are many activities that appeal to her--book clubs, puzzle tables, and lectures as well as visits to local museums, shows, parks, etc.

The staff at Legacy at Clover Blossom are very professional and very accommodating. I have already suggested that another friend move there and he will when there is an opening. I have checked out several places and this is the only one I would recommend. I have been in a few other facilities and this one far exceeds the others, even other legacy.

Our group entertains the residents periodically. We have observed how kind and considerate the staff is to the residents. In addition, they go the extra mile for entertainers to assure we have help with any requests, so we, in turn, can provide an experience that is fun and interactive for the residents. I would give a 5 for all, we have been very pleased. As far as friendliness and activities, would say 5+. Very caring staff and many activities. They offer free transportation to medical appointments and shopping. Residents wear a monitor that can summon help 24/7 in case of falls. Other assistance, like medication prep, is available but costs extra. Not assisted living, but much more than just living alone in an apartment.

We placed my mom (89) in this lovely Assisted Living facility in [date removed] I chose Watermark because of the friendliness of the staff, residents, and the volume of activities offered. The overall feel is modern and efficient. The apartments are very nice and large enough to feel like a true apartment. Mom feels very independent while also safe and attended. [name removed] was invaluable in helping me place mom in this facility. Just about everything promised has been delivered. No place is perfect and all senior care facilities have staffing issues. That is just the nature of the beast, so to speak. [name removed]and [name removed]keep the residents occupied and [name removed] at the front desk knows all and sees all. Nurse [name removed]keeps everyone healthy and [name removed] makes sure things run smoothly. They and the office staff are the backbone of the facility.

It is quite expensive but a beautiful place and I have no worries of the quality of care she is getting! We are grateful. I would absolutely recommend Rockland Place to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

They've been terrific to my sister. Everyone is very kind and invested in her happiness. It was the 3rd and last place I looked at. I picked them because they were bright, clean and very welcoming.

We find there is a lot of value here. My mom is treated very well. They have an onsite doctor and 24 hour care for hire. We couldn't be more happy with the Fountains! They have shopping trips and transportation to appointments. What's not to love?!

My mom is thriving at Sonrisa! The facility is beautiful with high ceilings and tons of natural light. The care staff are friendly and make warm connections with the residents. Turn-over among the staff is low, so those relationships can be maintained and strengthened over time. It feels very much like the staff genuinely cares about my mom's well-being and are actively promoting her social, emotional, and physical health.

I think so far I am totally satisfied with the community and the people who work here. I am in a villa so do my own cooking.

Starting with the front desk, you will get your questions answered. Staff and residents are friendly, welcoming .

My brother has been very satisfied since moving in the Fountains. Food is good, they offer lots of activities for the residents as well as trips for shopping, out to lunch and other day trips. Maintenance has been good. Facility is always very clean and well staffed. Everyone is very warm and welcoming.

I originally chose A Place Fir Mom because they had the size room that I was looking for at a reasonable price. However, since my husband became a resident there, I found that the care is excellent. The staff is caring and treats all the residence with respect and empathy for their situation . Bluebell Place is clean has a variety of actives to keep the residents entertained. I give it my highest recommendation.

Everyone is so nice….i love it here!!!! Maintenance team is great they are always on top of everything they respond very quickly sales is great too housekeeping keeps the place so tidy!

Thank you for recommending this beautiful retirement community to us. The staff here works to ensure that we’re treated like royalty. Their amenities (ie, concierge services, housekeeping services, food selection, concerts, excursions, etc) are endless. We are very satisfied. We were very fortunate at a time of need for your help in finding us bluebell place. Bluebell place was a home for both my father and my mother, the assistant living and the memory care unit. We can only say great things about bluebell place as well as their staff that it was the best experience we could've ever imagined. How they care for each individual patient is amazing and well beyond our wildest dreams of how our parents could be taken care of. The community is caring and involved with each patient. They seem to offer activities for everyone to join [name removed] to their needs. They're very friendly approachable and it is visible that they care for the people in their community. They take the time to see what each person needs and try to accommodate that to the best of their ability. We were fortunate to have both our parents residing at Blue Bell Place at the same time. We would highly recommend the community, whose friendly and attentive staff truly cared for our parents like family.
