Watermark Retirement Communities

Based on the experience we have had so far, I would give a 5 to all the categories. We have had all good experiences with Rose Tree and Mom is very happy there. We would recommend this community to other families. Mom tells us all the time who safe she feels there and she's so grateful to have such a nice place with great staff and good food and they take such great care to make sure she has everything she needs.

My mother has been there for 3 months now and is very much enjoying it. Not everything is perfect of course since they are still not at capacity and in the middle of signing on new clients for the first time and hiring more staff as more clients sign on, but overall they are doing a wonderful job of taking care of my mom in the assisted living division. The facility is brand new and has a beautiful elegant aesthetic with tasteful whimsical décor on the walls and a pleasant scent in the air. She especially enjoys the high quality food served 3 times a day and the fact she can exercise safely by just using her rollator to walk around the hallway on her floor. She also enjoys having some of her medical care come to her in her apartment. The Director of Residence Life is excellent. He is very warm and friendly and always knocking on doors trying to get each resident involved in the community events and activities. My mom has stopped driving so she appreciates that they help her arrange for some of her rides that she needs to get to her appointments and activities outside of the building. Her main activity before moving into Watermark was hosting a weekly Bible study group in her home and now Watermark has helped her continue this in a common room at Watermark. They have provided snacks of fresh fruit and water pitchers for most of the weeks and even put her Bible study as a group activity on their monthly activities calendar and she has had some new people join in already!

Honestly I would rate them a 5 on everything. The staff was wonderful and attentive. My father thought the meals were delicious. It was like a restaurant. He had a really nice room. Sure it seemed too expensive to me, but it was totally competitive with all the other places. You never got the impression that they were too busy or didn't care about my dad. Although he didn't participate in the activities much, they had a lot of options and fun sounding things to do. Then when he had to go into hospice, they coordinated and worked with the agency so everything was seamless and he could just stay there until he passed. So I would highly recommend Blue Bell

A beautiful facility with a caring and supportive staff. The staff is always welcoming and the residents are very friendly. Many amenities along with plenty of activities to keep the residents engaged.

What we like the most about The Watermark at Oro Valley is the staff and just how friendly and helpful there are. Base don that experience we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

My folks just moved in to the Assisted Living here and it’s FANTASTIC! Everyone is so helpful and kind! The building is beautifully decorated and feels like a high end hotel/resort. The food is beautiful, well balanced and super tasty! Chef is the best! I can’t say enough great things about Sonrisa! If you’re considering moving there or relocating your parents or loved ones there, absolutely go for a visit, you’ll love it!!

I would recommend to others. They have caring staff.

It was 100% a 5 in all categories. As an example, a menu is given to the residents for all meals. The food is very good. As the staff gets to know each resident's likes and dislikes, they automatically will ask if they want certain things. They have meetings to see if the residents would like something in the menu they haven't been getting, and then actually serve it. My brother-in-law had some mental disabilities and they were great with him. Truly the first time in his life, he'd ever had friends. Unfortunately he was there only 6 months. He passed away 6 months to the day that he moved in. I have nothing but good to say about the place. He was so happy there.

I love this place.Check out the fact that they are adding many new people here. The capacity is 240 residents And looks like too many for the space here . Not big enough dining rooms!! Be aware!'

Overall, i have seen my Mother-in-law flourish in the past year. She's a different person from day 1. I give the facility a lot of credit for this. My Wife and I have already referred two other new tenants. As far as what I'd say? Probably the same thing i said about my Mother-in-laws transformation. She has friends and does activities of which she hadn't been doing before. The facility is very organized, clean, and friendly.

My mother has lived at Legacy at Clover Blossom for 14 months and we've both been very pleased with this senior independent living community. The staff is wonderful and truly cares about the residents. The monthly calendar of events and activities is interesting and varied, and includes live music, discussion groups, exercise classes, holiday celebrations, and fun places to visit "off campus.” Mom is also pleased with the quality of food and the dinner delivery service that is available. The residents themselves are absolutely delightful. We are happy!

It is a really great place! My parents are very pleased! I would recommend this place! The staff are amazing! Very knoweldgeable and up to date on issues reguarding health care. [name removed] the Nursing Director is very helpful, and helped me get my parents insurance back when there was a lapse due to mail delivery! She is Incredible person and does wonderful work! She should get a raise!!!

I had a wonderful delicious meal and the Executive Director was so kind and helpful. Community is brand new, clean and so much natural light. Really an impressive place to live. I would recommend Watermark Laguna Niguel to anyone needing assisted living services

Everyone is super helpful and the staff know the patient's name very quickly and that makes them and the family feel very confident about the care. Also, they are extremely patient with Alzheimer's patients!!

We have been very pleased overall!! Every single staff member has been friendly and they seem to genuinely care about the residents. A very good variety of activities. Many long time residents have good things to say about the facility.

Food is good but my parent wants more choices/variety. Staff is great and takes their time when needed. Needs better mode of communication besides email for requests, response is slow. (Requests from outside Sonrisa)
