This community is in a great location, it is convenient to everything. Cleaning and food are optional charges. The meals need improvement. It is always covered in gravy and not many options. The change was not a good one. The facility is clean and my mom gets her roomed cleaned every other week. If you ask you can get a yearly deep cleaning. My mom likes the exercise activities the most, she likes the variety of activities, the change was good for that.

Mom is enjoying her stay at The Fountains. She is going to be moving due to her medical condition so she can be closer to her doctor. The food is pretty good and when she had a small issue with it the chef was very responsive to her requests. The community looks good and is kept clean.

It's a very nice place I would recommend it to others and it's price is not too expensive.

My parents are here at this community and are doing very well. The community is very clean and well-maintained, no complaints. I feel comfortable with the staff caring for my parents needs. My parents also enjoy the food very much. They do offer activities but my parents have chosen to keep each other company. I soon hope they will try a few activities for enjoyment. I would recommend this community because my loved ones are happy.

I'm doing very well at this community. I really enjoy the staff they are really nice to me. The community looks great and everything is nice and clean. The food is nice and they have nice activities. Overall I am happy and would recommend it.

Really liked this community it is new and very clean and well kept. The only downside was they don t have a skilled care facility so if mom needs greater care later on she will have to move

Very nice new but they added Asst Living only recently (Nov 2015). It still feels like a mostly independent living place.

I think they do a great job overall at Parkview! The staff here is friendly and courteous, and they'll always go out of their way to help. The service is very good in general! It's a nice looking, clean place, the rooms are a nice size, and they've got a pool. I also think they do a great job with the food. It's not fine cuisine, but it is always tasty!

I think that the place is kept immaculate and it looks fantastic. The workers have been pretty friendly. I am not crazy about their prices, I think they are a little on the high side. Other than that, in comparison to other places, it is by far the prettiest and the apartments themselves are the nicest.

We are very happy with it. I think one thing that could be a little better would just be a smidge more follow up. Other than that I think they are doing a pretty good job.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought Rose Tree Place was a very nice looking assisted living facility! It felt like it had a somewhat younger more active crown than some other places we saw. I don't think it would have been the best fit for us in terms of care, but I'd definitely recommend as being worth a look for someone looking for that active senior community atmosphere!

We are very happy with our mothers placement at Grande Vie. When our mother could no longer live at home after our father passed away because of her memory issues, grande vie was able to provide outstanding dementia care. Caring house has been our saving grace and we are pleased with the community and the caring staff.

The staff at The Fountains just seems to be real open. Whenever we have had issues or concerns in getting in touch with them they have jumped on it immediately and have gotten it taken care of, which is good.

The facility itself is really nice. It's clean, and everyone is nice. The food is pretty good. Getting settled can take a little while, it's a big transition, and getting everything set up like medication and things can take some effort.

I looked at Parkview in Frisco six years ago when it first opened - I loved everything about it. But, my parents felt they were 'too young' (mid-70's) to move in. Fast forward to now - six years later - and they are in their second month of residence. Over the last six months we looked at many, places in person (and dozens via the internet) - but none of them had 'the entire package' except Parkview. For US, that meant: Low Entry Fee, Curb Appeal, Resort-Style Amenities (pool, exercise room, activities, beauty salon/barber shop, movie theater {not just chairs in front of a TV}, library, game room), Well-maintained Grounds, Large 2 Bedroom Apartment (higher ceilings, normal-sized kitchen), Restaurant-Style Dining (with good selection, good food and large portions). Parkview was the last place that we visited in person. We had put a deposit on another property, then decided to revisit Parkview at the last minute. The moment we walked in we all realized that it was THE ENTIRE PACKAGE. We had a meal in the beautiful dining room and the food was great. We followed that up with a tour of available apartments and found a perfect two bedroom, with two full baths, and huge kitchen with lots of storage space, a balcony patio and a small 'bonus' room they could use as an office and storage room. The process from there on out was swift and pleasant. They provided us with numbers of people who specialized in 'senior moves', they were excellent and reasonably priced. The entire apartment was recarpeted, painted, and almost renovated prior to the move-in date. My parents have interacted with, and had real conversations with, more people in the last eight weeks than in the last two years while in their own home. They are beginning to participate in activities - poker and 'brain' games for Dad, and exercize and puzzles for Mom. I really believe that this is the BEST place for them to live. Oh! I almost forgot - Parkview is building a Memory Care building that will be complete sometime in 2016. This is important because we were also looking for that aspect in our ENTIRE PACKAGE! Perfect place - Parkview.

They have done everything well at The Fountains at La Cholla as far as I am concerned. About my only complaint is that sometimes when we have to the food brought to us, it is cold and we have to heat it up.

It was nice, and they had great entertainment. They had music groups and trips to museums, people coming in, magicians. Though it did get to be very expensive.

I think the East Village Place is lovely and intimate. The apartments are very nice. The grounds are beautiful. The communication with the staff is pretty good. They offer various activities. They have live entertainment, singing groups, crafts, bingo, church service, and more. They also have a van that is able to take the residents to different places. On the 4th of July, they had an ice cream social.

I toured here while I was looking into options. It was really nice. It was really big, and the hallways were long. I think it was bigger than she would have liked. There was a lot going on, and I think she would have been really overwhelmed.

Very nice property, with good amenities. The draw back is that the assisted living is completely separate from the Independent living, and is quite a walk, with some locked doors. So the best and largest part of the property is really geared to independent living. A good choice if we can't get into Atria.
