There is always something for her to do, I really like that. She loves the food! She looks forward to going to dinner every day. I can't think of anything they could improve on. Everytime we've been there she is just so different than when she was living at home alone. She feels safe there. When we looked around at our different options, the staff is what won us over they were very friendly, and helpful, and they answered all our questions.

Excellent tour - Dave had answers to all my questions - impressive facility with extensive amenities - certainly on the top of my list.

They have been absolutely wonderful! They just really personalize the experience for them. From the maintenence guys, to the move in coordinator susie, who made sure she had all she needed, and the nursing staff is just super. The food is delicious, the salads are just incredible. I found them to be extremely competitive in value, and they have a non-cookie cutter approach. If I were to express anything to families it woud be, look at several, take the time to set up the appointment get a feel for the staff, try to be there around mealtime so you can get a sense of what the service is like and how they handle everything. It's hard to understand if a community is a good fit unless you really look at many.

Mom's happy there, it's good. Very nice atmosphere. It's a smaller atmosphere, with less people than where she was before. It was similar to what she had before, we thought the change would be a little easier. She enjoys the food there. She likes the fact that on fridays she can bring a bottle of wine and share with her friends. She does wish they had a little more bridge, there aren't as many bridge clubs as she would like. They offer a lot of crafts but she doesn't do a lot of crafts. The fountains will bring your meal to your room if you don't feel well. It's quiet, but not that far from the village at millbrook. Everyone cares there it's like living in a small town. They will bring you into town if you need the pharmacy and grocery, or just want to go to the bookstore. .

It was a positive experience. For activities they have a little bit of everything; games, music, a ton of stuff, just everything. I was impressed that out of 100 residents they recognized me and my dad right away and knew exactly where he was. I chose this community for two reasons, they have two levels of memory care which he will need in the future, and the speech therapist he needed was there full time.

They're a pretty good outfit. I've never seen it dirty. It's expensive but they offer so much built in to that rate. They take them to doctors, they have some kind of excursion everyday, all kinds of activities, and the meals are included too. According to my mother the food is just okay. I've eaten there a few times and I would say it's just okay too. The care is fantastic. I really like the way the place is set up. On each floor will have something like a movie theater and a library. There is a dining on my mom's floor so she doesn't always have to go down to the main dining room.

I was very impressed by this facility and the staff. The facility was clean and 'homey'. I was particularly impressed by the size of the room and the decor in the memory care unit. Additionally, I was invited back to visit, participate in crafts, etc. and/or to have my parent utilize the respite care component! I loved this location and it remains high on the list of possibilities.

Toured it today. Have scheduled a tour with Mom for Nov. Really liked the facility and it's the closest. About 100 independent living and 40 assisted living. Currently have one 1BR suite available and that's it, hence the interest in moving up the lunch. Have nursing/aide staff onsite during the day, security is EMT-trained. Saw lots of staff. Residents very sociable. Smaller rooms but still nice and the grounds are very nice.

They're very clean and the value is hard to dispute becasue dad definitely needs to be there. He doesn't engage in a lot of the activities but they do have a lot. They're going really good. The only problem and that's not with The Fountains, it's that Arizona state law, they can't have side rails on the beds. My dad keeps falling out of bed and the Arizona state law is against restraints. If anybody can change the law they ought to because he's falling out of his bed and his wheelchair. It's not their fault - they can't watch him every second.

Beautiful, tranquil setting---gardens, calm colors throughout, smiling faces everywhere. Many relaxing spaces for one or a group. Very impressive.

We chose The Fountains because it offers the best value for what you get. The community is beautiful it is surround by different types of farms which really adds to the country relaxing feel. The grounds are very well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly I would give them 10 out of 5, seems like they know what is about to happen before it does, they are just so efficient. Does not matter what the issue is as soon as you as for assistance someone is there. I think A Place for Mom really nailed it on the head when recommending The Fountains to us.

A Place For Mom recommended Rose Tree Place about a year and a half ago. When mom was ready to move we contacted Mike Rasmussen at Rose Tree Place, after looking at four other facilities. When you pull into Rose Tree it's a great, nice facility. It is well taken care of, everyone is friendly, there is a friendly receptionist, I had a great first impression. I saw the residents there looked happy. Also, the apartments are very nice and very spacious, bigger than others we had toured, we liked that about Rose Tree as well.

This place was like living in a 5 star hotel. The staff was especially attentive and had all been there for years. It was a little pricier for less benefits but comfort of living was excellent. Very peaceful and all the people living there looked very happy.

Scheduled yearly rent increases of 4-6% would put this out of my comfort zone. Otherwise, I was very impressed with everything I learned--sounds like a lovely place to live!

The director made me feel like I was giving mom over to a safe place and I really enjoyed listening to her speak. She seems to really love what she does and why she does it.

Liked staff, liked the facility, and she likes Independence. A definite possibiity.

This is an independent living facility. Great place though.

Nice facility, with alot to offer with activities, lunch, continential breakfast, dinner, transportation. Everyone is really friendly. Opportunities to volunteer-example the library; Can reserve dining rooms for events.

Our favorite! People were friendly.

Very good for price. Lots of activities on first floor. Deaf friendly, but not ASL certified. Breakfast and one meal provided, but for more can have 3 meals/day. spacious rooms for money. Dishwasher in unit. Very nice dining.
