Great - love it. Number one pick at this point in time.

I was very impressed with this place, especially with the fact they specialize in memory care. I like the fact that they are willing to have her come in for a few hours just to see if she gets adjusted and it would be complimentary. Also the fact they do day care and weekends and for respite care they can accommodate them anywhere from one week to a month. I wasn't able to watch any activities because they were having lunch at the time.

I took her on tour and lunch today. What a great place. You check list was great and they passed.

I have toured this facility and was very impressed.

The facilities are nice. The top level management is excellent. And the rest of the staff is very good as well. They take care of my aunts with a level of dignity. I would highly recommend it for assisted living.

All of the community spaces at Elan including the hallways and tables were kept very clean, however, a little more attention to the resident rooms would have been appreciated. The community staff had a consistent culture of love. Our family when they visited were also very impressed by the care here. The assisted living side was a little more sophisticated than the memory care side. They seemed to have better care and communication on the assisted living side. We would have appreciated if they had paid slightly more attention to the smaller details about my mother's care. Compared to her previous community, for the same money we were able to get my mother into a much higher level of care and she got a lot more attention here. They also assisted with getting her to her desired off-community events. The activities director was also good about getting my mother engaged in activities. The executive director is also amazing and very responsive. All the key staff were very accommodating and communicative.

We were at Legacy Clover Blossom for 3 months respite care. Great community, very clean, friendly and flexible staff, amazing food service, very spacious and homey place. We were in a studio apartment, that is quite large and convenient for a budget conscious single resident. We could not participate due to the type of an injury, but we have seen almost daily entertainment activities with a lot of participants. Beautiful very peaceful backyard, actually like an inside park area. Great area to spend a few hours in a warm weather. We have seen a lot of family members, visitors that is always a good indicator for a quality senior facility. Would like especially recognize Dining Service Manager and his Team. We have celebrated 2 family events there. Both times we were very impressed with the exceptional service arranging and conducting our events. Great variety and quality of the food. Dealing with the Dining Manager, Rod Wasicsko, is like being taken care by a good friend. Strongly recommend Legacy at Clover Blossom for short term, respite care, and for long time residency.

The staff was friendly and welcoming

We started with respite stays of 2-3 weeks for Mom when we had to travel. After her third respite stay - having thoroughly enjoyed the facility, the activities, dining services, and comradery of the other residents - Mom decided that she'd like to be a permanent resident. The facility is modern, bright, and well appointed. Mom's studio apartment is spacious and bright. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The weekly activity schedule is varied with fun and interesting projects; they have field trips that range from local shopping outings, movies and plays, dining out at restaurants, to tours of Lancaster County, etc. Transportation to mass on Sundays, and in-house prayer services. Mom is really enjoying her new home and acquaintances that she's made while at Blue Bell Place.

This place is very new and very beautiful. However, when I took a tour they were still growing so they weren’t as established as I would’ve liked for my Mom. The management looked like they were on the right path with hiring the right people and the person that took us on the tour was able to answer all of our questions. The rooms didn’t come furnished and the residents would have to provide that, which is something I didn’t like. Overall, it was just a question of their newness and if they would be able to provide exceptional service from day one.

Our Mom moved to Rose Tree Place from another area Senior Living place and we could not have been happier. The entire staff was wonderful to deal with including the admins, aides, nurses, housekeeping, and dining room. The building and Mom's room was kept clean, the entertainment was good, and the food was very good. Most important, the people there really care and demonstrate their compassion and kindness. I would highly recommend this community.

We brought my my mother-in-law to East Village Place after visits to three area memory care centers and 6 months of trying to convince her husband that this was a better option for her than he could give her himself in their home. Her behavior had become erratic and his frustrations very real. She would not allow any of us to clean her and even fought feeding. She spent most of her days laying in her recliner staring at the wall. Finally she is in a place where she is kept clean and happy, with activities throughout the day to stimulate her mind. She has people to talk to and her caregivers have the patience of saints. Her husband at first had trouble coping with the move, though he himself had said he could no longer take care of her himself, but he has come to terms with the arrangement by going to visit her twice daily during meals to feed her. The staff are always welcoming and patient. They provide activities that get her up on her feet. She went from barely able to walk to the bathroom to participating in games with the other residents. This is not a nursing home, but a memory care center where she can live in safety. We are very happy with the arrangement.

This is a smaller community and the staff are great. The food is good and if you get there early enough they have a good variety of choices. They offer several card games such as poker, bridge and pinochle. They also have other activities available. The community is close to the Northwest hospital. This community is well taken care of and I would recommend it.

I looked at a number of places, this one seemed to stand out. Firstly they do a good job with Alzheimer patiences. Nobody is in bed all day up and out of their room. Price was reasonable

Choosing an assisted living facility isn’t easy. If faced with this task take into consideration Physical proximity to your family, physicians,and overall medical needs of your loved one. I strongly recommend choosinga location that is close to your family. Most places have a pre assessment evaluation for admission to their facility. If your needs are more medical then there will be a limited amount of facilities that can handle all their needs. The “Blue Bell place” meet all the criteria in my instance looking for a facility for my Father. I have looked and toured quite a few facilties. The one thing that that took precedence after all was done was how convenient it was because of how close to everything it was for us. It even had a Pub near by and believe me you’ll need a drink after it’s all over.

I am so glad I did not read these reviews until after I made my decision. I never would have came in and we love it here. We moved Dad in about a month ago and our biggest factor in choosing Blue Bell was the cleanliness. There are no odors and the place appears VERY clean. The transition was difficult. Dad had a very hard time at first but their activities people have done such a good job with him that he has settled in nicely. He loves all of the beautiful outdoor areas, the food and most of all the trips. Everyone is so nice. We really couldn't be any happier.

My mother recently moved into Rose Tree Place after spending her entire life in the same house......the staff at this facility went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and safe. Which in turn, made her children feel the same way!! Mike [removed] was more than gracious and extremely patient with all of our questions and requests. He is a pleasure to work with and has a heart of gold!!!! If you're thinking a moving a loved one, I would definitely suggest Rose Tree Place!

I would recommend The Fountains to my family and friends. After visiting I was ready to move in myself! This was the first community we looked at and it definitely set the bar high for other communities. My mom is still getting settled but already loves the community. I have had the opportunity to enjoy meals with her and the food is great. We received great service and the dining room staff was very helpful. My mom is also looking forward to attending the exercise programs available. Her room has a great view and she is very comfortable in her new apartment. The entire staff is very friendly.

This facility is really big, and they always seem to have a lot of activities for the residents to do. It is always nice and clean. The staff is professional and friendly. The other residents seem to be thriving and happy.

The fountains is awesome!! Wonderful place!????
