The staff is very friendly. The physical therapist my mother worked with was excellent. The place is very clean and the housekeeping and maintenance has been great. They have the most activities of all the places we looked at. The lobby is very well appointed and impressive when you walk in. My mother came kicking and screaming in there. They were very flexible and helpful with her transition in becoming a resident. The location and setting we have found to be the best choice for our mother.

This is one of the places we looked at when we were touring. If I had been looking for places for myself, this would have been my pick. However my mom chose a different place. This was just a little nicer, newer, and just a little more upscale. They also offered a lot more amenities, and activities, different church services and such, which we really liked.

It's been just excellent. The people are wonderful, and the food is great! It's clean, and the staff is friendly, and we are very happy with them. It's just been wonderful.

We have enjoyed living at The Fountains for many reasons. First and foremost is the friendliness of the staff, and willingness to go the extra mile for their guests. Secondly, the food is outstanding; just couldn't be better.<br />The Fountains is a lovely residence with excellent facilities, activities, and security.

I really liked it; lots to do inside the community and lots of activities planned outside. Love the free transportation within 15 miles to all of their doctor appointments.

We didn't think my elderly aunt would be able to live independently due to her health conditions. But we took a chance and The Fountains has been just perfect for her. From The Fountains staff to the Carondelet staff... wonderful kind and caring service has been provided to her. It is so comforting to know that at just the press of a button, someone is there right away when she needs help. I would recommend The Fountains at Greenbriar to everyone.

My Mother lived at Rose Tree Place after deciding it was time to go into a place that could meet her needs. She actually made us aware of its existance since she had played there with her band. With the assistance of aides, for certian things, as she was very independant, she was able to get around with their help when needed. The amount of care needed does effect the cost, but we knew it would change, as she would need it. There were times she needed more care. She did not want to use a walker, so they would escort her to and from the dining room when she felt she needed them. All her meds were brought to her by the med tech and so she never had to worry about forgetting or even getting her meds. She had a beautiful apartment , and the whole place has the feeling of a fine hotel from the lobby to the floors of apartments. I was impressed by the staff of people who work there. All seem to be patient and loving to the "guests" but most of all respectful. My Mother commented so many times how kind everyone was to her. I stayed with her the first week and got to see first hand how they operate and saw the staff from the lobby, to the dining room, to her own room, and the activities they provide. You can come and go at any time there to see your loved ones. Mom was able to get to Mass on Sundays with the van provided, and go on some wonderful trips. The activities director there is amazing with the time and energy she puts into the things she is providing for the residents. We all could sleep at night not having to worry about Mom's care. My Mother said to me, "This is the best place I could be!" That said it all!

My father moved to Blue Bell Place about 6 weeks ago and so far we are very pleased with his accommodations, the staff, the dining and activity program. The staff is very conscientious about my father's health care, safety, personal grooming, and his studio apartment. They are on-the-ball and very reliable. Many of the staff members have been at the community for 8yrs -a telling sign. The social program is awesome. They have a variety of upbeat events and outings each week with a focus on music and life-long learning. They entice residents to attend workshops by offering play money and host a monthly auction whereby items can be purchased -clever idea! He feels comfortable and part of a special community. We are very, very pleased!

Overall we've had a great experience with East Village Place, I'd give them top marks across the board! The staff have all been very friendly, accepting, warm, and caring! The facility itself is well kept, clean, and it seems like they have a lot to provide for their residents.

My mother was in the personal care section of Rose Tree Place for a short time before she passed away. The attention and care my mother received from the staff was truly outstanding. The facilities and apartments are beautiful and the people are extremely friendly at all times. I highly recommend Rose Tree Place for personal care/assisted living.

The place has been really great. The community is fantastic, the majority of people living there are very happy. The staff is very nice and bend over backwards. Of the five places we visited, it was the least hotel looking and the most homey looking, and we saw the most interaction between residents and staff. The size of the room was nice, and was one of the least expensive for the size and the amenities. We have a nice view out the back to an area that is kept clean and well manicured. The thing I thought was really nice was that when we would be walking through, the lady who was showing us around, knew everyone's name. The nurse couldn't have been nicer, too.

Looks great, need prices. Appx 3500 to 4000/mth One time 4000.00 fee for new carpet, paint, etc. Transportation, on site dr, sounds perfect.

My mother was a resident of Rose Tree Place for almost two years. She started out in the assisted living part then moved to Pathways which is the memory unit. I just can't sing enough praises for the staff who work throughout this community. The care and attention that was given to mom was wonderful. When mom passed away, they all actually came to her to give a goodbye kiss or hug and I knew they cared. I would certainly suggest that you come and tour this community for yourself. As one of the residents said to me -"It's the best kept secret in Delaware County"

This was just a short stay, everything went well, and I plan on using them again a few times. I found the staff, Jessica and Annalee, the two nurses that were part of the medical staff were exceptional. I found them to be extremely professional.

I love it here, I tell everybody, that I love it so much I can't stand it. They have exercises and swimming exercises. The food is okay, I'm eating better now, than I did before. We have a casita and they have kitchens so I can cook when I feel like it. Everyone is very helpful. The maintenance man is really nice, and thoughtful.

We’re very happy with it! it’s spotless and I’m there all the time. The only down side is that the food isn’t really great so if your loved one is very picky eater or if they really had their heart set on gourmet food, that could be a concern. It’s perfectly healthy food, just more home cooked.

Very impressed with The Fountains. This is the third place my mom has been and it is head and shoulders above the other two. It is nicely decorated, full of activities, food is served in a respectful way (no trays of mystery meat here!) but most importantly, everyone at The Fountains has been a pleasure to deal with. Patient, interested and kind would be the way I would describe the staff, from the marketing person to the aides. I am very impressed!

I had a tour of this facility in February 2014. I was very impressed. This is a place I would be proud to call home. I had the opportunity to speak with a resident who lived there. I actually had a private conversation with her as I ran into her in the restroom. She had lived at other retirement homes in Tuscon and she said that this one was the best one and had the best food as far as selection and flavor. The price is rather high if you need special care but if you are still healthy, it's quite reasonable.

The facility and staff are wonderful. They are friendly, helpful and competent. It is a pleasure to have a place like this for our mother.

There is always something for her to do, I really like that. She loves the food! She looks forward to going to dinner every day. I can't think of anything they could improve on. Everytime we've been there she is just so different than when she was living at home alone. She feels safe there. When we looked around at our different options, the staff is what won us over they were very friendly, and helpful, and they answered all our questions.
