Our mother (96 years old) has resided at Rose Tree Place for 8 years. We found consistently the entire staff is caring, friendly, loving and accommodating to her needs. Her care and attention to details of care & awareness has been of the highest quality. The setting of RTP has the feeling of a fine hotel on a hill surrounded by woods from the lobby to the 3 floors of the apartments. RTP is the perfect size as each staff person develops a personal relationship with each resident. The daily jammed pack group fun activities schedules has bettered her life being active & social. Mom living at Rose Tree Place has added to her quality of life and given the family quality time to spend with mom. All levels of management communicative & easily accessible for questions and concerns. We highly recommend Rose Tree Place for your loved one.

If you are looking for just the right place for your Mom and/or Dad—Rose Tree Place is where you want them to be! It’s a challenging time when sons/daughters/parents have to come together and “make the decision” that it’s time and your parent(s) can no longer live alone and need a little assistance. It’s a hard decision taking your loved one(s) from a home they know for so long, their personal property and most especially their independence. This was the case with my Dad. He has Parkinson’s and mobility issues and falls frequently. After 2 years, many visits to the ER, coaching to us by his Doctors we finally had to sit down, talk and make that decision. My husband and I started the process by researching and making appointments to tour several facilities in the Media/Rose Tree area. Upon arriving at Rose Tree Place we were greeted by Michael [Removed], Director. Michael was awesome! He couldn’t have been more professional, pleasant, helpful, explaining the facility, how things work and helping us get things in place. He said hello to every resident we passed and knew everyone by name. When we found Rose Tree Place we knew this was it! But to be fair we took my Dad to a few places my husband and I had selected and asked Dad to pick since this was going to be his new home. He picked Rose Tree Place! Rose Tree Place is a beautiful community situated in Media on lovely grounds with walking trails. Once inside you walk into a marble lobby with grand piano that overlooks an outdoor patio courtyard. The library just off the common room is stocked with books where residents can relax and take in a new read. The residents come together to eat in a dining room that looks like a restaurant and overlooks the courtyard. Residents order from a menu that changes daily and their food is delivered right to their table. When they’re done they can walk-about the place, get involved in one of the many activities going on or go back to their apartment. The resident’s quarters are nothing like I’ve ever seen. Most residents live in one bedroom apartments that have high ceilings, windows, full kitchen and lots of closet space. And residents can take their stuff from home with them to their new apartment. So while it’s not exactly ‘home’ it sort of looks a bit like home. And I have to mention the smell—the air is so clean and fresh. The place is immaculate! Truly Rose Tree feels more like a quaint Bed & Breakfast then an assisted living facility. Most important to the “aesthetics” is how the residents are treated and cared for. Everyone knows everyone’s name. Residents are treated and cared for with the utmost respect. If you’re looking for an Assisted Living Facility in or around the Delaware County area—Rose Tree Place is a MUST see and THE place you’ll want your parents to be.

My loved one moved in here a little while ago. It's a nice place, it worked out pretty well. She seems happy there, I would give them a five out of five.

I recently visited the fountains at Millbrook for my aging parents and we absolutely loved it . The staff couldn't have been more helpful, they made us feel at home, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience . Ruthie and Susie were absolutely amazing and welcomed us with open arms! Finding the right place for your parents is one of the biggest decisions you can make and and I couldn't be more happy with our experience. Thank you again and my parents look forward to enjoying everything the fountains has to offer.

The food at East Village Place looked good and I did not hear any complaints. The staff were wonderful with my mom and the other residents. They are very caring, kind and treat all the residents with respect. The community is clean and well taken care of. While mom did not participate in any activities there was a variety available. I would recommend this community.

After visiting several assistant living facilities I could not be happier with the quality of care my parents have been exposed to while staying at Rose Tree Place.

All of the staff in Pathways(memory care) have been exceptional. They genuinely car about all of the residents. I have never seen any of them get upset with the residents. They are all amazing. When I took my mom and 5 other ladies outside along with the activities director for pathways, one of the marketing people came along to assist, Can't say anything bad.

The RN, Bobbi, is fantastic and really took the time to understand the needs of both of my parents. We were able to move them in together, and it has been a blessing for the family to know they are well taken care of. Patrick [removed], the Director, was very professional and helped find a solution for us. The cost is on the high side, but the facility, the food, the staff, are excellent. The staff really seem to enjoy what they are doing and have a purpose. I walk away justifying the cost each time I visit.

Was a very good experiences eirking with senior advosors. Between them and a family friend we have found the perfect place for my mother-in-law. She's enjoying where she is and is very happy we made the move.

Impressive ,positive staff,lots of amenities,good food

My wife loved the facility. It was very clean and well maintained. Local shopping along highway 291 provide a good variety of restaurants and groceries.

Very happy with the services and level of caring at Rockland for their residents. I am extremely pleased with the staff and their care for my mother.

It is good, real good. No complaints whatsoever. I have been her now for a month and a half. I enjoy it here, the facility is well maintained, and I am well taken care of here. The staff and the residents here are great.

The thing that impressed me the most at The Fountains at La Cholla is the attitude of the staff and the general feel of the facility on a purely subjective level. So that was good. Bringing my mom from another facility on the east coast, comparing the two, the people here are interested in doing things rather than just sitting around getting older.

Overall, I thought that they were very friendly and very nice and very helpful. They explained things very well. When my dad left they had closed the upper dining room where he lived, so that was inconvenient. Other than that, everything was pretty good.

I loved The Fountains. My Dad has passed away, but I think he did enjoy being there. He was there for such a short time, but I think that staff was wonderful with him. A Place for Mom was also very helpful in finding the place. The recommended three places and we loved them all.

She is happy with it here. It was a really good experience. No major complaints. I would give them a five so far.

My Mom has not even been there a month. In the short period of time that we have been there, they have been really wonderful. My Mom is in rehab and they have come to check on her at the rehab facility to see how she was doing. The facility is nice, the room is priced at a reasonable rate. Anytime we call, they are there to help. The staff really cares.

It's wonderful. They are really good. It's an assisted living place with two levels of memory care. The staff is wonderful. They are truly concerned. The food is good, and the rooms are nice, and more homey. They have the in between for memory care and assisted living. Take the time to go back two or three times, and just sit and watch, and look around some more, I know you are busy but that would be my advice.

I am very happy to have my sister at Rose Tree Place. I cant think of anything that needs improving. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. The overall experience has been really good. It gets five stars.
