The staff at Blue Bell Place are very attentive. They have a lot of activities, there is something going on every hour. The transition for my mother was very difficult, she was very hard to handle and the staff here just really helped out a lot. They keep in touch with me on a regular basis and let me know how things are going. This facility provides a lot of different kinds of Doctors, and we have seen them all.

Loved this facility! Staff were amazing! So much activity going on and the energy level was high. Food was really good. Top of the list for us.

Our family member was in the memory care unit of Rose Tree Place for 16 months. The staff members are very kind and did their best to find things of interest for him to participate in. He was spoken to in a cheerful, calm manner which almost always brought a smile to his face. Staff members, including people not directly involved in his care, made it a point to know what he was like before he got sick so they could reference other times in his life when attempting to engage him in conversation. They were spot-on in their efforts to keep him safe. The unit itself is clean, his room was neat and clean, his clothing was clean. Nursing staff was attentive and responsive to changes in his medications in an attempt to keep him healthy and happy. They were excellent at keeping lines of communication open. They were caring and thoughtful when he passed.

My mother in law loves it there. Loves the food and the people. Only thing she has not had her physical therapy yet.

I think this place is exceptional. Immediately upon walking in, there is a sense of community and the residents are wearing smiles. On each floor, there was some activity happening. The guide was very helpful and understanding and didn't bat an eye when my mother seemed confused or tired. I was very impressed.

They have done a good job so far. It's a nice place, the staff is friendly. They have plenty of activities, and the food is good. There was a little bit of confusion at first when it comes to the money, and which room we were getting. Compared to the other places available, this was a very good value for what you get. I would definitely recommend them.

I just think they have been extremely welcoming. They always try to keep her active in the activities. They make sure she isn't just in her room. They always have been proactive. My family and I appreciate them so much. They have been excellent. My grandmother is very happy here.

every thing over there is great no worries nothing bad to say or address i like the facility it is clean in and out side i gave the rating over all a 5 star rating i would recommend to other families in need to make sure or ensure the care of their loved ones

The staff and leadership go out of there way to insure the safety and happiness of their clients... My Mother is there and her adjustment is amazing... Thank you all for your tremendous effort...

We are very happy our mother landed at EVP. Mom needs a little more care to help her along in her recovery phase. They have been doing a great job providing what she needs and bringing in the extra such as PT and OT. She is happy there, which says volumes. We feel she is safe there as EVP practices resident safety to help prevent falls and injury. The food is excellent. Their efforts to work with our family have been excellent. Her room is lovely and renovated. She's been busy with activities when I thought it would be difficult to get her to participate. She has felt very welcome from her first minute there, and mentioned to me just the other day that everyone knows her name--"It's like Cheers" she told me!

Very nice facilities. Very clean and well taken care of. Price is all inclusive which is nice. Friendly staff.

My mother has been residing at Rose Tree Place (Pathways Memory Care area) in Media, PA. for two years and I’m pleased with the service provided. The entire staff, including the Receptionists, Resident Care Associates, Medical Technicians, Sales Associates and Activities Coordinators, is friendly, caring and attentive to her needs. She also enjoys the meals served at Rose Tree Place. The menu is varied and the food is appetizing, nutritional and plentiful. Additionally, the in-house FOX Rehabilitation staff has provided my mother with excellent Occupational and Physical Therapy over the years. The friendly, upbeat staff really connects with her and gets the best out of her. The therapy sessions have resulted in her having more energy and being more alert. It is comforting to know that my mother is being taken good care of in a clean and safe environment at Rose Tree Place.

Rose Tree Place is just terrific in every way. From the beginning of my search to accommodate mom I felt Rose Tree Place offered the genuine care we were looking for in a very clean, friendly and hospitable environment. The staff is fantastic, the amenities are great as are the activities and the food. The personal care is second to none. Having access to most every kind of non-hospital medical care from pharmacy services to nurse care and on-site physical therapy and physician visits makes Rose Tree Place very special. The accent on “care” is clearly evident from the first visit. I particularly like open and frequent communication whenever a medical need arises. Mom’s adjustment was quick and her assessment of Rose Tree Place is just as high as ours. A visit is certainly a good use of time in your search for a “new beginning” for your loved ones. It truly is a win-win situation for our family and I highly recommend Rose Tree Place for your loved ones.

The staff is very caring and they are all there with the residents best interest in mind.

It was a very smooth transition for my mother, who is 89. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Facility is excellent.

They are doing a fine job. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I really like it. The only complaint we've gotten has been about the meatloaf, other than that it's great. We liked the overall prettiness, and the safety measures they take.

They are doing a real good job. It's clean and the staff is friendly, they are great. It's clean, and they try their darnedest to help out if they can. The food is good, and they offer two hot meals a day, lunch and dinner. You can order a hot breakfast for an extra charge, but they offer a continental breakfast for free. They come in every two weeks to clean and sweep my floors, and clean my bathroom. They have pretty good parking here, and they do offer transportation, and a lot of handicapped spaces. I think they are doing a good job.

Things have gone very well with Rose Tree Place! It's a very nice looking, well kept, clean facility, and they take great care of the people who live here! The staff have all been very friendly as well! We really have no complaints! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking into senior living!

Right from the start these folks showed extreme acre in delivering a quality experience. They may not be inexpensive BUT I have great peace of mind knowing my mom will be well taken care of, and that is priceless. Knowing the Fountains are on my team enhances my experience with my mom's waning years knowing there is no aggravation with my support team. And she loves it so far! That is also very important.

The Fountains was the community that was the "best" fit for the priorities that were most important to my parents. Some of those were: affordability, location, convenience of covered parking, continuing care options located in the same campus area, dining facility, and the updated apartment amenities. There are common areas with books, computers and seating in various locations in the building. The unit patios are a nice amenity, along with the convenient laundry facilities placed throughout the building. Many of the residents have decorated the areas outside of their doors making the hallways inviting and individualized. Pictures and artwork can be hung in the units so that it feels like home. The Fountains has a staff member that helped my parents determine what pieces of their furniture would fit in their unit. It made the move much easier and my parents were so happy that so many of their things could come with them to their new home. I would definitely recommend touring The Fountains. I think you will like it.
