Very nice facility. The staff was very knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful tour

Unfortunately, my mom passed away shortly after moving into the Fountains of Greenbriar. She enjoyed her time there, though and I wish we had gotten her in there sooner. Mom had her own 1 bedroom apartment with a small kitchenette. It was small, but really plenty of space for a single resident. And there were so many things to do in the building or through the trips planned - group trips out to eat, to the movies or dinner theater. Card games, bingo, exercise classes, worship - all included. The staff were very good to my mom while she was there - most staff knew all the residents by name. The other residents all welcomed her - invited her to their table at meals and asked after her when she was in the hospital. It was like an all-inclusive cruise where you could do as much or as little as you wanted and there was skilled nursing assistance on-site if needed. One big perk was the emergency alert buttons all the residents receive - so they can call for help wherever they are in the building if needed. The food was good and senior size portions - cold breakfast and 1 hot meal were included in the rent. Additional hot meals could be purchased for very little money. Guests were welcome and could buy a ticket at the front desk.

Our Mom moved to Rose Tree Place from another area Senior Living place and we could not have been happier. The entire staff was wonderful to deal with including the admins, aides, nurses, housekeeping, and dining room. The building and Mom's room was kept clean, the entertainment was good, and the food was very good. Most important, the people there really care and demonstrate their compassion and kindness. I would highly recommend this community.

We have selected Blue Bell Place because of the small size of the facility and the easy drive from my location to see my mother. We were impressed by the clean appearance efficient use of space.

The apartments are clean and neat, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the amenities that they offer are amazing. They have everything that anyone could possibly want. They also offer transportation services to Walmart or things like that. You know after seeing the place and noticing that they offer a computer room, a dining area, an exercise room, and a chapel I didn’t need to see any other properties. I quickly knew that I wanted my loved one here. They take people on the bus to Starlight theatre, they have to pay their own admission fee, but it’s nice that the schedule things like that. They also have free music entertainment. The staff is very pleasant and I am very impressed with them. While touring the location they were explaining how dinner is included with rent and they invited me to join as well on the house, which was thrilling. The food I experienced was really good and their menu provides variety of choices. I absolutely recommend this facility to other families.

My friend loves being in this community they are great. She needed to be around people and her mental health is already improved. She doesn't care for the food but they got a new chef so maybe that will improve. She love loves all the amenities there like the chapel,movie theater and a library. There are always coffee and tea on each floor. The laundry room is on her floor. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Elan is an excellent community. The staff is just amazing there, and they take such great care of my mother. She changed her mind overnight from not wanting to be there at to being a happy, active member of the community and I think that a large part of that is because of the great staff there. The manager, [Removed] is also incredibly helpful. She made me feel immediately at ease and made the community really stand out in my heart because of the connection she created with me. There is just sweetness and a comfort about this community that is definitely important to me. I would certainly recommend it to others.

This is absolutely an excellent facility. This was my second choice while I was looking for a place for my mother. The staff is absolutely first class top notch. It's a brand new facility that is beautiful and spectacular. The way they had things planned out was really nice. They had 2 community rooms that looked identical. They said that the first room was for basic memory care, and when the residents deteriorated, they would be moved to the second room. Just so it wouldn't cause confusion with the residents. They had a really nice athletic area and nice exercise machines. The dining room is gorgeous as well. They had very ambitious programs. I would recommend this facility.

We are so pleased with this community and the care that my mother-in-law is receiving. Her room in the memory care is very nice, spacious and there are currently 10 residents but they are set up for 20. This is a new community so there are kinks they are working out, but management is open about issues, they welcome resident and family feedback and I can see they are making great changes. I like that they keep my mother-in-law busy, she has an outside caregiver with her at all times and the staff work right alongside her. They are developing new activities and special events like horse therapy. The staff here respect and care about their residents and they interact with them very well. The grounds here are beautiful and the food amazing I would definitely recommend coming for a tour.

I toured this community for my mom. This community seems to be smaller than what we were looking for. The staff seems to be very positive. They do offer a good variety on the menu of meals. I liked knowing that they do have activities. We would recommend families to tour this community

We thought the staff were very friendly and did an excellent job with giving my parents and I a tour of their community. Rose Tree was one of the larger community that we had visited and they offered a lot of great amenities like a full kitchen and washer and dryers. We just felt that the geography was just too far away.

Fantastic views! Windows all over the corridors, 2nd/ 3rd Floors: New!! Food is really good. The staff is fantastic!! They really care about me!!

We did tour this community. We liked that the rooms were bigger and it was a close community for families to come and assist with her care. We did not like that the community was dark inside and did not have a home feeling. Activities are offered to the residents. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of loved

The staff here are wonderful. They offer daily activities. The food is good and they take good care of the community. This community is in a good location for us and they offered a better transportation option than other communities. I would recommend this community.

The location was the main factor for my dad. When we toured this community it was in another city. The tour was nice and the representative was respectful and informative about the community.

Beautiful and very clean facility. Numerous room varieties and all seemed very spacious with adequate closet space. When closets weren't available the facility provided an Armoire for the room. Most units had full kitchens from the days of independent living. It appears these are being replaced. The facility had a very "Home like" feel.

I can't say enough about this place. I have nothing negative to say. The staff goes out of their way to help mom. The community is perfect it looks like a luxury 5-star hotel. In the lobby, they have a piano for anyone to play and on Fridays, they have happy hour for people to attend. The staff brings the residents out to eat or to go shopping a couple of times a week which is good to get them out. As far as the food goes it's great when they found out my mom was diabetic the cook adjusted his way of cooking for her to accommodate her diet which I thought was great and thoughtful. They have a daily menu which the items change from day to day but if you don't like the options they have a standard menu which doesn't change so you always have a choice. They keep mom very active when she first went there she wasn't very sociable but that is slowly changing she gets involved in the activities. The main reason I chose this community was that it feels like home meaning the staff looks at you and will say hi and you are not ignored.

By the time my mother-in-law got here we had hospice set up. The community and hospice did a good job together. It went well we and they did fine.

The community has great staff that are doing good with my dad. He likes the meals and he has been participating in the art therapy, physical therapy, and watching the music performances. They also play music in different rooms. They have a calendar of events and each day is different. Since he has been her, there has been a turnaround in my dad. I would recommend the community.

This is a good community. The menu is appealing and he does liking being with the other residents at meal time. The community is very clean and enjoyable. They offer a lot of great activities for the residents to participate. I like knowing that his community is close to my home. We would recommend the care and value to other families.
