Watermark Retirement Communities

We chose Legacy at Clover Blossom because of the convenient location and it is very pretty, near elephant park. We also like the size of the facility, it is a larger facility. The apartment sizes are a little on the smaller side, she is in a studio but is wanting to upgrade to a 1 bedroom. It is nice that she can be social with the other residents who are there and she has the support she needs. They have tried to do the best they can with activities during covid. I think it is a great value for the money and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

Words can NEVER adequately explain the debt our family owes to [name removed], and Rose Tree Place for coming to our rescue. At a time when we needed them most, they were able to provide a safe, caring and loving environment for my aunt, who was in the early stages of dementia. She was very hard to please, and was not at all agreeable about the need for professional help in her care. My aunt lived in Rose Tree for about 3 years. During those years she was happy, content, and extremely well cared for. Our family had a support system in place, by way of Rose Tree, that alleviated ALL of our worries. To have such a professional, loving and caring care team was such a blessing for us. Our prayers were truly answered! She was protected during the Covid pandemic, and covered with God's perfect peace, as she quietly and peacefully slipped away to be with him.

I chose The Fountains because I liked the way that the cottages were separated from the main building. It is also away from a lot of traffic and surrounded by trees, there is a lot of space to walk and it is beautiful scenery. My cottage is 1 bedroom with a kitchen, a study and living room but they do offer different sizes as well. The staff here are very friendly and they do also have assisted living as well as independent living. I would absolutely recommend them.

We chose Legacy at Clover Blossom because it was less expensive than other options and the staff were very friendly and very willing to work with us. They were very accommodating with letting her make her place her own. I would recommend them.

My mother has been a resident since the place first opened as Harbor Chase of The Park Cities 3 years ago, then changed management and became The Preston of the Park Cities. The place is gorgeous and they are far more creative with their food and menus than any other place we initially looked at. Although there has been turnover in staff over the years, the best key players on staff stayed & have become real assets to the place. When Covid hit we were tremendously concerned about how this would be dealt with and how the residents would be protected. Watermark, who is the management company have done a phenomenal job handling the pandemic and keeping residents safe and their families well informed. The staff & residents were fully vaccinated by late January. Finding a great place for a parent, spouse or relative who needs assistance can be a very trying time in everyone's life. You'd be hard pressed to find a better place for them than The Preston of the Park Cities.

I looked at probably 20 places, I walked into the facility and knew this was the one. She had a studio apartment and it was very handicap accessible for her. They were also willing to put up any type of grab bars or anything that she needed. I would absolutely recommend this facility, she loved it here.

This community does not have a memory care facility, the community is in a beautiful spot and in a good area. the rooms are nice in size, and the food is great. I would definitely recommend this facility to others

We have had a great experience here and my mom is very comfortable. Their activity program is amazing. The activities have actually increased since the lock-down, so they are keeping the residents very busy every single day. The best part about Elan Southpark Meadows so far has been the care that my mom is receiving here. Whether it is the chef or the medical team, everyone is taking care of her needs and is very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed out tour at the leasing center and decided to move forward with moving my parents in to tis beautiful community. The process was easy and we are looking forward to visiting the community and hoping my parents will enjoy the transition into modern senior living. This community has so much to offer. Really excited to see my parent thrive in this environment.

We had the opportunity to meet the Culinary Director when we toured the leasing center with the Sales Directors. [name removed] the culinary director advised us about where the food will coming from (locally grown) and how the food will be prepared. We were so disappointed in the food at our current community that having great food options was a priority for us. We are really looking forward to moving in and tasting the food.

My mother is 88 years old and continues to fall regularly. She now uses a cane. Unfortunately, her current home has stairs. I'm looking forward to this beautiful community opening so that home will be cared for properly. The staff at Atria Almaden is so caring, I feel that this community is perfect for my mother and I'm happy with my choice,

The activities at this community are what sold me! My father is 86 years old and struggling with depression from all the isolation. Very difficult for us to get to him with the pandemic happening. We were blessed that this community is so close to us here in Almaden, it's perfect! So excited for the opening of this beautiful community.

I'm very excited to have my mom in a community where I know she will thrive. Atria Almaden will be the best place for my mother, a retired school administrator. My mother has been isolated for so long that her health has declined. After visiting and depositing with Atria Almaden, I know my mother will obtain all the social interaction she needs. Very happy with my choice.

Had a virtual tour with the sales team. They were extremely knowledgeable about their community and were very helpful. The virtual tour only lasted about 10 minutes but we had so many questions that it ended up taking over an hour. Our parents will be moving in at the opening in December. So excited to see that our parents will be so well cared for.

[name removed] and I can't wait to live at Atria Almaden. Attention to sales detail has been very good. We trust this team and feel that Atria Almaden is the right fit for us. If I had one complaint it would be that we want it open NOW! Don't want to wait until [date removed] to start our new adventure.

This place is the "Four Seasons" of senior living communities! Service and sales team is a "10"! I'm happy to place my parents at this community and can't wait for it to open.

Aria Almaden is a God send - I have been looking after my parent for the past 3 years and am extremely thrilled that this new community is so close to my home in Almaden. The amenities are one of a kind and all the food/alcohol is included. I'm especially fond of the 4th flow Sky Lounge with live music and happy hours. The kitchens in the apartments are beautifully appointed with stainless steal appliances and quartz counter tops. I'm so happy that my parents will be living at this beautiful community.

I would highly recommend this community. They have been very responsive with COVID situations. The community is great at communicating with the families of residents. The staff and is very friendly to the families as well.

We chose Legacy at Clover Blossom because of the location and when you walked in, it looked like a palace. The room sizes seem average compared to some others we saw. My mom said the food is hit or miss. My favorite part about the community has been the attentiveness of the staff members. They know everyone's name and are always cheerful. I would recommend this community.
