This Alf has a wonderful and caring atmosphere. The entire staff is focused on the welfare and comfort of the residents. Everyone working there greets any resident they see by name and with a smile. The residents are thriving and the community is rich in activities which are directed towards the interests of the residents.

We toured Rockland Place when searching for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was great! Our tour was very good. The cleanliness, friendliness, atmosphere, and our tour guide were all great.

My mother moved into Legacy at Clover Blossom in [date removed]; we attended their “Taste of Legacy” event on [date removed]. What an impressive, organized, and fun-filled event for all! The food (from all 9 Legacy facilities) was absolutely delicious, the raffle gift baskets and Jazz Band delightful, and hospitality from all Legacy staff, professional and family friendly. We look forward to this and other Legacy events in the future and send our sincere thanks for a lovely evening!

Our father has been a resident at Rose Tree Place for the last couple of months. We toured several care facilities before making our final decision. We chose Rose Tree Place because of the proximity to family, the cleanliness of the facility, the type of apartment, availability of services, and the incredible staff. From the minute we walked in and was greeted by [name removed] and [name removed], we knew this was a place that cared about their residents. The staff knows all the residents by name and takes the time to communicate and laugh with them on a daily basis. [name removed] and the medical staff are great at communicating medical updates. We love that Dad gets treated by the in house doctors. Karen does a great job with activities and the restaurant has very good food and yummy desserts. Rose Tree Place is the best!

It's a fantastic place, staff very pleasant , the facility is clean, staff very accommodating, caring, great activities... mom is always busy and I feel it is a great value for the money.

We toured Blue Bell Place and the facility was very nice. The tour was great. The cleanliness and friendliness seemed great, as well. However, we were hoping to find a facility that was completely all inclusive.

Everyone is so nice and takes the time to say hi. Lots of activities to do and I have met so many great friends. I really enjoy the musical guests that come on Wednesdays and the fitness classes. They also have a pool!

I would give them 105 out of 5 stars, they are that good. Rockland place has been excellent. The sales director [name removed], activities coordinator [name removed], [name removed] who is the overall manager, all the way around they are all amazing! I went in and spoke with the sales director and they told me my mom did not need memory care like the doctor had said. They made me feel comfortable with that decision. She has been doing wonderful with the activities. Staff have been doing great making sure she makes it to all of the meals. They have a lot of great safe requirements for guests to keep residents safe. They have many amenities offered as well. I am able to call at any time and my call is always answered. The other thing that is really important to me, they know all of the residents by name and there are a lot of people there so that is awesome. They make a point of being familiar with my mothers situation and know the family too. Exterior wise it is in a very nice location. It is a block or so away from the hospital and there is a mall near here as well. It is a great area. It was truly a God send and I am bountifully pleased. [name removed] gets very high marks from A Place for Mom, he was phenomenal in helping me. The overall ambience of Rockland is very nice and maintained well from the lower maintenance level to the third floor apartment level, the building and apartments are clean, with bright colors and a pleasant aroma. The lunch and dinner menu along with the days activities is posted in the elevators. The dining room has linen table clothes and napkins along with an elegant setting for each meal ( no paper products) :-) My mother also loves the food and the variety. Lastly, the expense is very reasonable especially with the multiple amenities offered.

I toured Legacy at Clover Blossom and I really liked the facility, but my loved one was only looking at proximity to me and drivability of the area for herself.

We visited a few Senior Living Facilities but Rose Tree stood out right from the start. [name removed], the Marketing Director, is friendly, accommodating and helpful. My mom had a tough adjustment period after my dad passed but the staff at Rose Tree has been terrific. I definitely recommend this awesome facility.

We picked this community because, A Place for Momhelped me through it, when we walked in I thought it would be a great fit for my loved one. They really helped to ease my mind, and they me made feel good that I had professionals to provide guaidance. They offer daily activities, such as; Bingo,music, krafts, and movies. Also, they have a weekly calendar for the activities .I would reccomend to other families.

My mom has been in Personal Care at Rose Tree for about two years. It looks more like a hotel than an assisted living facility. It’s very clean, bright and never smells weird! The thing I think is worth mentioning is that many of the staff have been there for years, so mom has had consistency with her caregivers, which has helped me to be able to ask questions when I need to and receive real first hand answers. That’s important. Rose Tree also offers activities, musical entertainment, games, and outings to the movies and local attractions. I have even received photos of my mom enjoying herself at some of the outings texted to me by an activities staff member. I was especially grateful for that. Rose Tree also has a memory care wing in their building that is very bright and clean. Unfortunately, my mom’s Alzheimer’s is progressing, so it’s good to know I have the option to move her there if need be. Many thanks to the staff at Rose Tree Place.

My tour experience here was a 5!

We had a wonderful experience with the community. The community was clean. The staff was very friendly, along with the residents. There were three meals a day provided to the residents. The staff communication with the staff was excellent. This is a community I would recommend to others.

The staff at Rose Tree Place is very knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. They do their best to ensure that all of the residents have a wonderful experience. Everyone on their team always goes above and beyond to help their residents. Rose Tree Place is very clean and well maintained throughout. It is the perfect place for your loved one needing additional care.

Everything was great, although there was some staff turnover. But the things that stood out to me: the food is really good, and there's a variety of choices every day. It is a beautiful facility, and the units are very functional with a fridge, stove top, microwave and dishwasher. I would highly recommend it!

I loved Blue Bell Place. They have 24-hour nursing. They have actual menus residents can choose from. And if a resident has a meal in their room, they actually get served their meal on china. During my tour, I met the administrator, Director of Nursing, the chef, and the head of dietary, and everyone was friendly and nice. The facility was also very clean.

This is one of the nicest communities that I know of. They are updating the community as well. They are open to suggestions from the family on things to improve on. The staff communication with the family is great, and they are responsive to our questions or concerns. They are very caring towards the residents. The community has physical therapy and occupational therapy available for the residents as well. There is a podiatrist that comes to the community and is willing to see the residents when necessary.

My parents have lived at Rose Tree Place for the last few months and my family and I are so appreciative of the support and care they receive there on a day-to-day basis and as needed. Mike went above and beyond to help us with moving my parents in. My dad has had acute medical issues that have been supported at Rose Tree Place and we have been so grateful for the staff and nursing team, knowing he is in good hands. The staff are knowledgeable, patient and caring. There are daily activities for residents including socials, sing-alongs, performances, and games. Everyone is encouraged to attend and participate. My parents have also taken advantage of the physical therapy offered and my mom is looking forward to using the gym equipment soon with the support of the physical therapist who will teach her how to use the equipment so she can then use it on her own. We are so grateful to [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and all the staff at Rose Tree Place for caring for my parents.

Atria Almaden is a very clean community and the house keeping ladies are just lovely - that is one of the things I love about Atria I have never seen anything messy or out of place. The staff members know all of our names which I cannot believe it - they are very courteous, nice, joyful and they always have a smile on their face - that is another things we love about Atria. The dining and meals are one of the most important things to us in this stage of our lives - there has never been a day that I have gone to the dining hall and something be bad. There service is just wonderful, the kitchen staff is perfect and they always greet us when we enter the dining hall. They are very patient with us when we order and always explain the menu to us and any other specials they may have. The activities are fantastic - there is almost everything you can think of, there is always something to do from exercise classes, movie nights, arts and crafts. It is like a cruise ship that you do not get off of.
