Prior COVID they had games, they would take the residents on outings. They would make special meals for the residents on special occasions. My mom loves it! The reason why we chose Blue Bell community was because of the environment. It had a very open and inviting feeling. It felt like home!

The staff at Rockland Place are very nice, we are very pleased with the overall value of this community. For activities prior to COVID they had live music come in once or twice a week, discussion groups, as well as a prayer service. When you look at the front of the brochure the food looks like its from a five start restaurant, but when you get there its just above cafeteria service. The rooms are good size, similar to a hotel room. The have studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms. The staff has great communication between the residents and their families especially now during COVID.

They have hired outside service to come in and sanitize the community during the Covid-19 pandemic to ensure the safety of the residents. The staff is very friendly and we have never had any problems. They are always very patient with the residents as well. They have a ton of activities during normal times. The activities calendar is always full every day and they take residents for off-community trips very frequently. Rose Tree Place, while not cheap, seems to be worth the price, especially given the level of care. As a nurse, I would absolutely recommend Rose Tree Place to other families. The food and dinning room experience is also very nice. My mother-in-law very much enjoys going to the dinning room and meeting new people. Her apartment is also quite nice. They have both assisted living and memory care available.

Rose Tree Place is in a great location. It has a quaint, quiet environment. It is clean and has nice decor. The food is good and the dining room has a nice restaurant feel. The rooms are spacious and adequate size for the resident.

Large beautiful apartments. Very excited to have FIL join the community. It is truly a “homey” environment- lots of seating areas and socializing among residents-

From the start, the staff at The Fountains were absolute professionals. They left no detail of my parents moving in to chance. They a friendly, helpful and very good at what they do, from first visit to insuring everything is right AFTER move in. My parents, by necessity, needed to move from their own home, to a community that offered safety, comfort and a social atmosphere. We were able to resettle my folks in a matter of weeks. Without the amazing staff at The Fountains, we'd have never been able to manage it. Considering the rapid transition they needed to make, my parents are settling in very well and like where they now call home. If you or someone you love need a place, check The Fountains and ask for Ann!

[name removed] did a great job and has moved up nicely at Elan. This is a nice, new inviting place. My husband said "I could live here!"

I recently helped a close friend transition to living at Rose Tree Place. After living independently her entire life, she realized it was time to give up her home and live someplace where she has options for support when needed. Rose Tree was the perfect choice. My friend and her beloved cat have a beautiful apartment in a quiet, residential setting. However, when the need arises, medical help, rehab and the caring staff are there to meet her individual needs. She has made friends, gone on group outings and can just be in her own place reading a book when that is her choice. The setting is lovely with trees and gardens surrounding the building. There are about 100 folks living there and you never have the feeling of illness, hospital, lonely people in wheelchairs waiting for help as I have seen in other facilities. I visit once or twice a week and each time I come away feeling good about where my dear friend is now living. It is truly her new home. Special thank you to [name removed] , the facility director, for working with me to make this happen and to continue being so kind and caring to my friend.

The minimum for Resprite care was too long for our immediate needs. They were very helful.

Two months ago, my 90-year-old parents moved to Elan from an independent living retirement community in Houston. Even with this major change in their lives, they have been very satisfied with Elan. The staff is warm and responsive, the health care quality is good, the property sits next to a field with trees and is conveniently located close to Southpark Meadows. My brother and I visited several assistive living communities in Austin that were also impressive, but we chose Elan because of its qualities, convenience, and proximity to me. My parents, my brother, and I all feel that we made the best choice.

Great care in memory unit. Clean, attractive facility with excellent food. My husband has dementia and it's his 1st time in a facility. He was apprehensive about it but with encouragement from staff, within days he began participating in exercise (loves it) and other activities and having lunch with several men who took him under their collective wing. Most importantly, the nurse and caregivers are kind and personable, and pay attention to my husband's individual needs and preferences. They are respectful, patient and reassuring when he's confused and he's gotten comfortable with them. The nurse, without my asking, sends me updates on how he's doing. This is a great place for my husband and gives me peace of mind!

My 90 year old Dad recently made a move to Rose Tree Place from his home in NY. From the moment I made contact with the staff at Rose Tree until my dad’s actual move in date, I felt that I was never alone in this difficult journey. Not only is the facility beautiful; but the staff are extremely caring and attentive to my dad’s needs. The communication is excellent. I have received daily calls regarding my dad’s adjustment and care plans. My questions are always addressed in a timely manner! My dad is comfortable and well cared for. He tells us that he feels he is receiving excellent care and that all of his needs are being met. I honestly feel that I have found an extension to our family with the staff at Rose Tree. . I would highly encourage anyone who is looking at senior care options for a loved one to check out Rose Tree Place! You will not be disappointed!

I lovely facility and [Name removed] has a true vocation in this field. Our family's search was put on hold and throughout that time [Name removed]reached out with genuine concern and no pressure to decide. In the end dad needed a higher level of care so unfortunately he did not move to Rose Tree. I recommend this facility wholeheartedly to anyone who is looking for their level of care.

My guide was knowledgeable, energetic, and sympathetic throughout our time together. I received a thorough tour of the facility, had the opportunity to ask all my questions, and never felt rushed. What a beautiful residence!

Upscale living at reasonable price. 2 floors with elevator in lobby. Due to small size, finding activities is easy and carers are accessible.

The Fountains at Millbrook is beautiful. The staff are caring, knowledgeable and friendly. The building is very clean and the food is delicious! I also know it is a great value for both Independent and Assisted Living.

My father-in-law refused to go and decided to stay at home with home health care help. He did love the place but couldn't bear to leave his home. Please note, Rockland place was number 1 of our choosing. Their help was invaluable. Thank you for your service. Angela Davidson

When [Removed] called me I was 5 minutes away and he did not hesitate to say come right over. He was absolutely honest and very understanding. He showed me everything and was very accommodating to my concerns. What a cozy environment. everyone knows each other The menu was awesome also!
