The staff at this community have been wonderful at helping mom with her memory loss. They make sure she is always bathed and help her get ready for the day. They have made the best of her situation and made her feel very comfortable. I have no complaints and would recommend this place to anyone need of a senior living.

This is a wonderful community with great people. I know my loved one is in good hands. She is still adjusting to the community, but she being cared for well here. It is really a good place for her to be. Everybody is great, and the staff is wonderful. There are nice activities available for the residents. She loves the meals, the food is good. I know she is safe and I would recommend this community.

I toured this community for my mother and her needs. My tour went well, this is a nice community. The community appeared to be well maintained. The staff was nice and friendly. There were many factors that played in my choice where to place my mother. Unfortunately this wasn't the community for her, but it is a nice community.

We really liked this place

Mary [Removed] was a kind and personable tour guide. There is no current availability for Memory care at this facility. I really liked the gated courtyard. Residents can go outside and walk unaccompanied. Most rooms are semi-private. There were more gathering places/sitting areas in the facility than its memory care counterpart. Did not see many activities occurring in memory care. Rooms were spacious. No bathing capability in the facility.

I liked this facility. The coordinator is absolutely fantastic. She is very attentive and gathers information about your family and the prospective resident in an effort to make sure that both the family and the resident will be happy with choosing their facility. The facility is clean, friendly and inviting. The facility is a little older than some others in this area, but they are already planning renovations which will further enhance the residents experience there. The staff-resident ratio was good. The residents were up, clean, and well dressed. None of that plaid and polka dot nonsense you find at some facilities. I did not see a courtyard for the Memory Care residents so that is a drawback, but I definitely think this facility should make your touring checklist. This facility has 24 hour access to its residents which is also reassuring.

My husband and I were afraid the economical cost of Greenfield would mean substandard care and living accommodations. We were very surprised by the kindness of the staff, pleasant furnishings, cleanliness of the facility and the ease of the admission process. The Marketing Coordinator was very helpful and made the admission of our family member very smooth. Admission occurred within 3 or 4 days. The nursing evaluation and prescription review were done on the first day of admission. Follow-up calls were returned and appointments with doctors were made in a very timely manner. So far, our family member's care has been good, and he is happy with the placement. It has been too short of a time to completely evaluate the nursing and assisted care.

The staff at Greenfield Senior Living is friendly and helpful. My Dad has adjusted well at this facility. There are activities daily that the residents are encouraged to participate in. The facility is clean and very nice.

Overall our experience with Southern Manor has been a good one! They're taking good care of our loved one, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the facility is clean and well kept. They're worth a look, if you're looking for senior care in the area.

It's a great location with a pleasant view. Workers at this location are pleasant, competent and helpful. The lunches are usually good!

They are really good at some things at Allzwell Assisted Living. But some things are lacking. When I brought her in the first two weeks I feel like she needed a sign saying, "I am new, these are the services I get." I had to remind the staff several times to check on her with regards to her incontinence. The correction was made very quickly though and I am really glad for that. They just need more guidelines for new patients. The facility is very clean and friendly overall and the are very attentive in the dining area.

The staff goes out of their way to help you through a very difficult time. Their compassion and understanding makes the process so much easier. They never hesitate to stop what they are doing to answer questions or address your concerns.

Liked the atmosphere of the facility. Loved the feel of the courtyard so very serene

We have been very pleased with Graysonview. We are trying to work out a few kinks yet like my mother-in-law refusing to take a shower but other than that we have not had many issues. The people are very friendly and always helpful and kind to our mother. She really likes it there so far.

Dont like where it is, too far from my home, not sure Mom would like it there, very safety minded, good staff/client ratio, activities for residents

Overall our experience with Hope Memory Care Center was a good one. It is a nice looking place, and the staff are friendly and caring.

Nice facility. Roomy common area. I didn't see a separate memory care area. Staff seems pleasant and great feedback from a family member I spoke with in the parking lot.

They are all very friendly and very helpful. If we ever do have a complaint, they do everything they can to take care of it. The food is a hit or miss. Sometimes my mother likes the food, sometimes she does not. The activities are very good. The only thing I can think of where they could improve would be with communication among the staff. There have been a few incidents where it seems as though the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. All in all it is a very good place.

We toured this community when we were looking into memory care options for a loved one. This place looked nice enough, and the staff all seemed friendly and professional. However at this point we had already seen facility that we liked more.
