For our loved one, it seems to have worked out. It's always clean there, and the staff is pleasant. Our loved one has no complaints.

The living grounds are very nice and variable according to needs. The food is tasty and well prepared.

With my limited experience, I would absolutely recommend it. We received very high quality care during our short stay here. They handled everything really well, and they helped us through a really difficult time. The pandemic made things so difficult, and I was happy we found such a good place for our loved one during all the craziness. Some places were not even accepting new residents during that time. It was my understanding that Woodland Creek was a brand new facility, and my loved one was one of the first residents there. They were not fully occupied yet , so I think the fact that there were not as many residents there helped her. She had a semi-private room without a roommate yet. At the time, there were just very few residents there. Since it was new, it was very clean. Most of our interaction with the staff was over the phone. They were very reliable over the phone. I did get to meet the administration. They were very good and very helpful. I wasn't able to have much interaction with the day-to-day caregivers due to the pandemic, and my loved one was not in the state of mind to give feedback. For activities, they had a portal where you could log in to see what was going on. My loved one didn't participate a lot, but they really made an effort to keep the residents involved. The cost was high, but it's for your cherished loved one, and it was a great facility. I felt my loved one was very well cared for. I believe there was good value there because it was good quality care.

The community was very clean and neat. The staff was very and mad you feel comfortable. Communication was good between the staff and our family but there was room for improvement. I would recommend this community to others.

Put your loved one in traditions without hesitation. Communication between the staff and our family was excellent and they kept us well informed and up to date

They were awesome. I liked the way that it was set up. It was very clean and tidy. The people were courteous. The cost was a little bit higher here, but this was my first choice. My loved one knew people at a different place though, so she chose to go there.

The sales staff and the director helped us arrange everything and move in, and they went out of their way to help me in every way to get us taken care of. So I would recommend Oak Pointe to anybody. They've been great. The care they provide is fantastic. The staff I've talked to have been very good and very helpful. They keep the residents quite busy with activities always going on. The food is fantastic.

We are very happy with The Retreat at Easley and she is getting excellent care here. We chose this facility because of the convenient location. The room sizes here are pretty good size for what she needs. The communication from staff is pretty good, they do have their own medical staff here and they do everything which has been very helpful. She is very happy, every time I see her she tells me how happy she is. She has her own social group and they have a beauty parlor, bus service, etc. so they are doing the best they can to keep residents active. I would absolutely recommend them.

The community was outstanding! They were wonderful, helpful, they helped us get to know the community. The staff and director went out of their way to introduce people to me. The community was calling to keep me updated. They moved my loved one's entire room by themselves. They worked well with Hospice for my loved one. This was all within 10 day period. They allowed us to come in and see our loved one each day they were there. The staff was very comforting to the family during our loved one's transition. They sent flowers and called the family to check on us after the passing of our loved one.

Our experience was great, the director was very hands on and had great communication. The nursing staff was very professional and experience which we appreciated. The rooms were pretty good size for the money.

The staff jumped through hoops to get us into the community. They went above and beyond to secure our loved a spot. I would recommend this community to others

We chose Traditions of Cross Keys because the layout was bright and airy, they have a gorgeous central court yard with a walk way, and everyone here also seemed very kind and happy. From the director to the food servers, they are all polite, courteous, and cheerful. They are definitely trying their best given the circumstances and I think they have a done a great job. I definitely think we chose the right place and I would recommend them.

The pricing has changed recently due to the pandemic. I would recommend to check the community out. This is a smaller community. It is nice for someone to watch over their parent, but not strictly nursing home care. This would be a great place for the staff to help the residents. I felt very secure with my loved one being here. The staff are responsive to requests, questions, or concerns. They even make suggestions to help the family with their loved one.

Our mom has received wonderful care at Belle Reve. The entire staff is dedicated, kind and personally attentive to mom’s changing needs. Dining, personal care, nursing, activities, maintenance, OT, PT, housekeeping, receptionists, and administrators all keep her safe and happy as well as keeping our family informed and involved. This has been the best decision we made when mom couldn’t live by herself anymore. She loves having her own furnishings with her and we love how social she is now in her new home. We have been so pleased with the particularly the communication that they have kept with us, and the care they show their residents. It is very easy to get a hold of the nurses to check on my loved one.

I would highly recommend this community. They are friendly, clean atmosphere. It was all in all a good experience.

My mother moved in [date removed]. What a blessing to know she is well cared for and still have her independence.The food is awesome and the staff is so loving..She is 90 and she picked this place because of location.I could not be more satisfied.

We have been very happy with the love and care our loved one has received. When we were able to visit the community was very clean and there were no fowl smells. the staff has been wonderful and they treat our loved one as we would. They are very good to him. During COVID when they would usually be getting visit from families, they were trying their best to keep everyone active and engaged.

We wish we would have known about this place from the start. The care is above and beyond and the communication is amazing, They send us photos to us and my father in law is at ease because she is taken care of so well. I would recommend this community to others

This community is an excellent place for your loved one to live. The friendliness of Commonwealth Senior Living is amazing. This made me feel comfortable during the pandemic to know my loved one is cared for.
