This was a good community. It has smaller rooms and further from family.

The staff are attentive. They seem to be caring towards the clients. They have activities daily in the day room. They watch television together, and have different community events. They provide tactile stimulation in the form of puzzles and crayons and coloring books. Recently they had a sparkling wine and cheese event in the afternoon.

The decision to move my mother into a memory care facility was not an easy one. My father had hoped to keep her at home as long as possible but, as her situation worsened, we had to do what was best for her. Heritage Hill made that decision so easy. From the moment I began communicating with [name removed], I knew this would be a good fit. When we toured the facility, we knew for sure. Mom has been at Heritage Hill for three months now, and ever visit proves that she is safe, happy and well cared for. [name removed], [name removed] and staff are so friendly, patient and kind. I HIGHLY recommend.

We went to 8 senior centers for our parents before we decided on Cardinal Village. We felt the most important aspect of a senior home was the staff. Cardinal Village was the most caring and nurturing staff we met. From the directors and marketing staff, the skilled kitchen staff and the house cleaning staff, our parents have made friends for life. The activities have enriched our parents lives, with Bingo, live music, plays, shows and animal therapy, to name a few. Thank you Cardinal Village, for your excellence in senior care!

We were lucky enough to be able to move my Aunt into this wonderful community for independent living March 2018. She absolutely loved the people; getting her hair done every Friday, the dining staff, the aides, etc. When it was time for her to be in assisted living, they did everything to get her moved over in record time! The nursing staff is EXCELLENT! My Aunt was happy and taken care of very well. They really paid close attention to her and all her issues. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. We were definitely happy and comfortable that she was in such a wonderful place. As I said in my title, Cardinal Village is the Most Caring Senior Community!! I will miss seeing everyone there…

We could not have made a better decision then when we moved mom into Cardinal Village 11 years ago. She went from Independent Living to Assisted Living over the years. The staff is so caring & loving. It one big family that mom is so happy to be a part of. It is amazing to us that the same staff is here year after year. This has provided mom with the greatest level and comfort! We really can't say enough about how wonderful the staff and this community is and her apartment is lovely & spacious and the screened in patio is a big bonus! You can take great comfort in moving someone here!!!

The community is very clean, and our loved one is really enjoying the meals and dining service, she is doing much better here than being at home. We do get to visit often and so care the care services and everything has always been good. Given the circumstances you can tell some of the workers are under a lot of stress and having to work harder due to the staff shortages, but they do a great job caring for the people. However, being a physical therapist myself, I am not sure why they do no have railings in the hallways for the residents to hold on to.

We had tours at several different communities, and they were all great. The folks at The Terrace at Chestnut Hill did a great job with our tour. They answered all of our questions. Nothing was held back. They were very honest and forthright.

My mother has been a resident of Heritage Hill for the past 5 months. From our fist meeting with the staff it was obvious that everyone at the facility cared deeply about the residents. The facility is in outstanding condition, it is always clean, maintained at a comfortable temperature and inviting. It has a very homey atmosphere through out and no where does it feel at all institutional. The staff is always upbeat and caring and they adopted my mother, into the Heritage Hill family, almost as soon as she arrived. They started a PT regiment the first week and it dramatically improved her ability to get around. This is a top notch facility and my mother is very happy to be there. She always says "They take good care of me here", and that really is what it's all about.

the whole staff is very friendly and accommodate all their needs and wants. The food is very good and they serve 3 good meals a day. The price is very good for the facility. also the whole facility is very clean and easy to get around.

My Mother was in the Memory Care unit. I was very pleased with Heritage Hills from my first interview, when I was completely overwhelmed about the decision I was about to make. My Mother needed more care than I could offer her and I was happy to find this facility. I visited often and got to know the staff and others living there. The food was good, my Mother had a nice room. The staff was very caring. There were activities and I was happy to see my Mother engage in them. While she still said she wanted to go home, she acclimated and her last days on earth were surrounded by family and very caring staff.

I found it necessary to have my wife entrusted to a care facility due to her Alzheimer's condition. Heritage Hills turned out to be an excellent choice. The staff are friendly, concerned and caring. My contact with them has been in person, phone and email.When my wife speaks of her experince there, she tells me she likes the food and people she sees every day. I have been kept informed concerning her physical condition and medications.. Due to fainting spells she was promptly taken to the hospital via available ambulance service. The condition has been successfully treated. My wife is well cared for and I can recommend Heritage Hill

Heritage Hill Senior Community Is one of the best Senior living facilities in the state of Pa. Their Staff has their patients safety, Well being their top priority. They made sure My dads every needs were met. His level of care was better than I could of ever given him at home. They offer programs on a daily basic from exercise, Bingo, and Religious services for those you want it. The food there is also top notch. They also prepare food for patients with dietitary needs.

Lincoln Manor was amazing while our loved one was there, the staff and facility was amazingly wonderful

They provide truly heart-felt care for the people who live there and their families. This is my loved one's third facility overall and 2nd assisted living facility, and I just wish I had known about them from the very beginning. They've been fabulous. Really my favorite thing about it is the area called "Wandering Brook," which is specifically designed for dementia patients who wander and walk around. There's an outdoor patio area that's locked from the outside and gated. So my loved one can go to that outside garden area whenever he wants to. There's just a lot more freedom and flexibility while still keeping an eye on him.

I could not be happier with the care my mother is receiving at Belle Reve! She is being treated with dignity and respect. The staff from administration on down are friendly and courteous while also doing a terrific job.

My mother lived in the independent living section of Cardinal Village in Sewell, NJ for approximately three years. She enjoyed her time there very much. The apartments nice and the screened-in porch is a plus that you don’t get at many residential facilities. My mother enjoyed the meals and eating in the dining room. The staff and management are fantastic; very welcoming, kind, respectful, and helpful. Both the inside and the outside the facility are well maintained and there is a pleasant atmosphere that is conducive to feeling comfortable. Whenever an issue arose such as a stopped up sink, a repair person came very quickly to address the problem. The management was also good about providing important information to the residents in a timely manner. Overall, the Independent Living section is very well-managed/well-run. (Note: My mother and our family did not have any experience or interaction with the Assisted Living section, so I cannot comment about that section of the facility.)

Have lived here for the past 4 years and have had a very positive experience living here. People here are very friendly and helpful. My wife and I do not regret having chosen to live here at the Hearth.

Commonwealth Senior Living gets 5-stars across the board. We absolutely love everything about this community and the staff members. Anytime we have a concern it is addressed immediately and they explain how it will be fixed. We are so pleased with the love and care our loved ones are receiving. We finally have a peace of mind. The staff members do this because its a job, but they genuinely care for these residents are treat them like family. Also the location is very convenient for us to visit, and they are very open for families to visit.

There came a time when mom was unable to stay in her home alone. We found Heritage Hill and it fit perfectly how we wanted mom cared for. Concerns had been what and whether she was eating, only one bathroom on the second floor, taking medications, and basically her safety and well being. Heritage met all of those concerns, but not only allayed our concerns, they went above and beyond our expectations. When we first toured the facility, the director told us that this would be her home. And that has been our experience. They quickly learned who our mother was as a person and engaged her in activities that fit her personality. And that makes Heritage a very special place. We feel happy that she’s being cared for by people who know her and genuinely care about her physically, emotionally, and mentally. The director was correct about Heritage being her home. She has caring, loving people around her just as she would at home. I highly recommend Heritage Hills.
