The care services have been so far so good, and our father likes it there and that is our number one thing. Based on our experience so far we would highly recommend the community to others, it is a great place to send your family.

Our family had an in person tour and we loved their memory care unit, but the price was just to far out of our reach

This community has been working with us in a difficult situation to meet the needs of our loved one. The aid workers are caring and meet the needs of the residents that are there.

the commons was a very clean, inviting facility. the staff was very friendly. I loved the programs they had for the residents to keep them engaged.

This community was in the running and this was my number two. There was another community that just followed up with me and showed that they cared about my loved one and it swayed me another direction. Very nice community and the pricing seemed to be a-la-cart. Location was also important for where my loved one was. The tour guide spent a lot of time with us and answered all of questions in regards to the community.

I thought Heritage Hill was very nice. The staff were very responsive to any questions we had.

This community did not have any private rooms and did not have any openings when my loved one had to have a place. I liked this community but it just did not have openings and we were on a time schedule

They took really good care of my loved one at this community and made sure that my loved one had a lot of personal attention. They had activities at this community like flag games, ball games, hand eye memory coordination and more to help with any needs of the residents.

It's a good place to place a loved one. I would suggest a single room if at all affordable for you. The rooms are small for 2 people, especially if they use a hospital bed, it takes up most of the space. The single room provides more space. The provide a lot of activities. This is all listed on their monthly calendar. They do a lot art projects that they hang up on the walls. They do have a gardening group weather permitting and bible study as well to name a few.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought The Hearth was absolutely beautiful, we loved the community right away. However the community was jut a little to far away and they do not accept pets.

The Hearth is certainly a friendly community, our loved one has been back and forth from rehab so he hasn't had the chance to really experience everything like the activities, but from what we have seen they look great. The entire organization and the staff are just amazing, we would recommend this community to others.

From the first time we went and visited to after my family member was placed, The Terrace was amazing. [Name removed] the Executive Director took us under her wing like we were a family member, as did the rest of the staff. I would tell anybody - and in fact I already have - if you need a place, Terrace at Chestnut Hill is the place to go.

Our loved one will be moving in soon and we can already say we are so happy with everything we have seen with this community. We met with the staff, directors and nurses and they all are amazing. We are happy with the entire facility. The cleanliness is just wonderful, and the place is somewhat newer. The staff is just fantastic, everyone is very professional and they have incredible response time.

It's been a pretty good memory care experience. The four different wings they have with different types of care have been beneficial. The facility itself is good, and the staff are about average.

It is a very nice place and we have had no complaints at all. The facility is very clean and there is no smell when you walk in. The activities director makes it a point to stop by and ask if dad is interested in going and trying to encourage him. Everybody is so friendly, if you ask somebody about something they always check on it right away and get back to you quickly. I would recommend to others looking.

We've been very happy with our choice. I feel they've kept us well informed with any restrictions going on with the pandemic. And that's been a big relief. Making the move was a much easier adjustment than we were expecting, for Dad as well as for our family. All the limited care provided in independent living has been good - cleaning, meals etc. My dad tells me everyone on staff is very friendly and kind. He's happy there. He seems to enjoy the food. He likes going on walks, attending music activities, and watching football games with other residents. He's meeting people his age and making friends. They have exercise classes, and transportation to church and appointments and things. We're very happy with them and how Dad has adjusted. He's very comfortable there, and it has gone as well as we could have ever hoped. I have no worries about him. I fell like we're getting a good value, and it's nice to know that additional assisted living services are there if he ever needs them.

We're very pleased with them. We couldn't be happier that we found such a good place for my parents. The staff and the residents seem very friendly. The food is good. It's a nice place, very clean and new. There's a nice courtyard where they can get outside if they would like to. It's the next best thing to having their own home.

Everyone is happy and engaged we are happy for our mom to be in such a nice place.

My uncles was a resident of Heritage Hill for 3 months. His care and the staff were exceptional. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a caring facility and staff for their loved ones.

Our loved one was mostly on a liquid diet but even being on a liquid diet he seemed to enjoy it and we were happy. He wasn't able to most of the time participate in the activities but what we were able to see when we visited looked great and the residents were kept busy a lot of the time. We thought the value for cost was great.
