I was looking for a place that could help with my loved one's care needs, and I think he is getting good care here. I like the building itself, and the location is wonderful. He enjoys the outdoors and nature, and the facility provides that very well for him. It's clean. I like the fact that I'm able to have conversations with the staff, and they provide me with good answers. The staff are very responsive, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They go out of their way to help whenever they can. I think that they're paying attention to my loved one and his needs, and they do a good job. Whoever is in the kitchen is doing a good job with the food as well, and my loved one is lucky to have that provided to him. It's certainly a worthwhile place to take a look at.

Safe unit, plenty of attention, wonderful garden, adequate staffing clean odor free environment, family considered, secure, doctor available as needed.

Woodland Creek was an extremely nice facility from what we saw on our tour. I would definitely tell others to check this place out

I thought Commonweath at Hagerstown was very nice. The only downside is they didn’t have any single rooms available at the time, and our loved one didn’t want to share a room. But the lady that showed us through was very nice. They were probably our 2nd choice out of the places we looked at.

My grandfather was a resident at Belle Reve and I couldn't have been happier. I saw the stress leave my parents as they transitioned him into the facility. The staff were so kind and so patient with him and really had his best interest in mind. As a family, we all felt like he was in good hands and we could trust the staff to take care of him.

The family is happy when we go to visit our loved one, we know he is being treated well. So far based on our experience we would recommend this community to others. For our first impression it was nice to see how attentive the workers are towards their clients.

They were the best at this community. They are excellent people and good folks to trust your loved ones with memory care too take care of.

Clean very friendly community. They are very caring at this community with my loved one. They have a lot of different activities and they set the activities based off of the residents ability to make sure that it is beneficial for them.

We chose The Retreat at Easley because of the location, it is central to the town of Easley which is where all her family is and the cost was affordable as well. The room sizes at the facility are adequate. The staff were fantastic to us, she was in hospice here and they were extremely accommodating and bent over backwards to help. I would recommend to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and the community was really nice, but because of the size we thought it might be too overwhelming for our loved one. We also thought because its so big, the personal one-on-one care wouldn't be there as much. However, the community was still really nice and very clean.

I am so very grateful for the very loving professional ,caring, excellent, care my parents have received from the nursing staff and Director of nursing at Cardinal Village. They have always gone over and beyond to be sure my parents always have had the best care 24 seven . The peace of mind I have to know such excellent care and concern has been and is given to my loved ones is something I am so very grateful for. The wonderful nursing staff and Director of nursing at Cardinal Village I do not take for granted , I am very thankful for them every single day .

We recommend Belle Reve Memory Care in Milford, PA. Over the past three years we have witnessed a profound change in our loved relative's personality and attitude as she has progressed from agitation and anxiety to a place of serenity and peace. We have personally witnessed the kindness and professionalism of the staff who interact without relative, from personal aides to physical therapists, activities and culinary staff, as well as ancillary staff including receptionists who often visit to chat with her. She participates in activities, celebrations and planned events as well, and her health remains excellent at age 92. Her sense of security, dignity and her charming personality have been restored by the caring attention she receives at Belle Reve. We are enormously grateful to all of the staff and especially to the Director of Memory Care, Simone Thomas, for the excellent care our relative enjoys and for the peace of mind which we enjoy. I couldn't be happier with the excellent Care my father has been given by the nursing staff and Director of Nursing of Cardinal Village . They have always gone over and beyond to help in every way . I am so very grateful to have such excellent care 24 seven for my Dad. Having the peace of mind that my dad is being given the best care ~ and always professional always very caring is something I am very grateful for everyday .

My mother in law has been a resident for over five years. She has received outstanding care all along the way. And when she transitioned to the unit where she needed much more care we were informed all along the way what that would entail. Also [name removed] was very helpful making sure we had the right hospice care. My wife could not feel better about where her mother is! They go out of there way to make sure the resident AMD family are completely satisfied!

Cardinal Village is a wonderful community with kind, caring staff. The care given to residents is excellent. My mother was in another assisted living and the care here is so much better. They have actually nurses here to care for the residents. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Your relatives will be well cared for here as they go over and above for all their residents and they treat them with love and respect.

We chose Hope Center because I really felt good about the place when I went in. It was the first place I went and I felt at ease immediately. I was completely comfortable from the get go. They are some of the kindest people I have ever met, they really were concerned and helpful the whole time she was here. I would absolutely recommend to others.

Heritage Hill has done an excellent job of taking care of my father. The entire staff has been a joy to work with. Their professionalism and care for my father is second to none. Each department cares very much about my dad and shows kindness and compassion to him. If you are in need of a special place for a loved one, I highly recommend this facility AND team. It was such a difficult choice to move my mom into assisted living. I did my due diligence and researched and visited several places and Cardinal Village stood out by far. The staff is amazing! I was really impressed with how long everyone has worked there. Many staff members have been there for over 15 years. They have a full nursing staff which I did not find at other communities. That really spoke to me. You get such a sense of community as soon as you walk through the front door. Everyone was so helpful with the move-in process and that made it so much less stressful for both me and mom. Mom fit right in. She participates in activities every day. She loves the food. She especially loves her screened patio and sits outside all the time. I am so glad that we decided on Cardinal Village. I know that mom is in great hands and I don’t have to worry about her at all!

Dad loves living at Cardinal Village!!! He is so happy. He has made so many friends and can't wait to go to meals, different activities, out on the bus... It has been a life saver for him. He has a full apartment with a screed in patio and he loves to sit outside. Everyday he goes on and on about staff and the other residents. Prior to moving him here he was so lonely and isolated, not anymore, he's just thriving. We looked at 6 other communities and chose Cardinal Village because it was so warm and friendly and had the best feeling. The staff is so friendly and helpful! We definitely made the right choice!!!

They've were excellent for us. I wish Mom would have had more time there, but she definitely liked it there, which I didn't think she would. She liked the other residents and the staff who worked with her, including the people who did her exercises and things with her. I think the value was definitely better than a lot of other places.
