After an extensive and thorough search for a place to take care of Mom, we found Traditions Of Cross Keys. From the first visit and interview we knew this was the place for her...and we were right! My mother is now being helped by a thoughtful and loving staff; they take care of her and keep us updated on her status. COVID19 has made things difficult for all of us, but we are glad we have this wonderful group watch over her. Traditions of Cross Keys team, we thank you!

My mother has been an AL resident for a year and a half and our family has been so pleased with her care. The staff has always been true to the mission of treating residents like family. I believe that the success of a community like Traditions begins with its leadership and from [names removed] and the rest of the staff. We constantly feel confident that my mother is safe, happy, and well cared for.

My mom moved into Traditions almost 2 years ago and absolutely loves it there after being very difficult for the first few months. The staff is very caring, loving and supportive. The staff is always thinking outside the box on ways to engage the community, most especially during the past few difficult months where residents have had to quarantine in their rooms. My mom will tell everyone that she was very mad at me for putting her there, but is so glad that I did as she loves everyone there and is very happy.

My loved one was on the memory care floor. The activities kept the residents active and they were repetitious for the residents. I didn't compare the everyday activities to the other communities I visited. My loved one was happy at this community. She felt very comfortable.

My Dad moved to Cardinal Village at the beginning of the year. The staff has been incredible from the beginning. So welcoming, warm, and responsive all the time. They go out of their way to help him whenever they can. The apartments are large and spacious, and the best part is that they have screened in patios so that I can visit from outside whenever I want. That has been a blessing for our family and dad during the last several months especially. I can’t thank the staff enough for always keeping us up to date and making my Dad’s life so much better!

My uncle was a resident in Assisted Living at Cardinal Village for over two years. While it was difficult for him to make the transition, it was the professionalism and caring attitude of the management and staff at Cardinal Village that made this transition go smoothly. All healthcare providers involved in his care were total professionals and took a special interest in making sure he was comfortable, especially the nursing staff. Since they are on-site, 24 hours, it gave us peace of mind that he would always receive the care he needed, 24/7.

Our family loves Cardinal Village!!! My mom has been a resident there for 7 years and calls it her home! She moved into Independent Living which she just loved and then to assisted living. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care that my mother receives at Cardinal Village. The nurses are some of the most compassionate & caring people that I have ever met. All the staff is amazing. They are always so helpful, respectful, kind & understanding to her. They really go out of their way. They always keep me informed of things going on with mom. We made a great choice in coming to Cardinal Village!

I'm so happy with our families decision to move my mom to Heritage Hill. They take such good care of my mom, she's happy, has a nice group of friends and always busy. It feels good knowing my mom is safe and well taken care of.

After having a stroke, my mom lived at Heritage Hill for about 3 years. During that time, the folks at Heritage Hill became like family to us. My mom was very well taken-care of and was treated with kindness and respect, always. We trusted them with her care. In fact, we now have another family member living there!

The community is a good choice. The food is very good, and better than expected. The staff tries very hard to have the residents participate in anything they have available. The room is nice and cute.

I can say what a great place after such a short time I got a tour thru FaceTime saw them interact with patients how gentle and caring they are Every staff member is sweet and helpful to patients and family of patients I get updates whenever I call and best of all my dad likes it there. Staff was very friendly, the activities they provide are bingo, exercise classes, they sometimes take trips to the library. They have informational talks as well. We haven't tried the food ourselves, but we know the food has made big improvements from where it began. The layout of the facility is very good, its separated into three different areas according to the needs of the residents. My mother is currently sharing a room with another resident. She was able to take her own furniture when she moved in. Their services fit our needs, we felt like we are getting our moneys worth. With the COVID pandemic happening, we get an update every week with how the facility is doing. They so far have not had any cases, they are very on top of it. They are protecting everyone! They have done a fantastic job!

The community provides activities such as entertainment musicians, exercise classes, they take the residents outside frequently. Food is very good. I would rate the room sizes a 4. The staff really stood out to us, they were wonderful. Would recommend this to a family or friend.

I want to make sure you all at Belle Reve know how much you are appreciated for the day after day job you do. I'm sure everyone whose loved ones you care for feels the same way. Your place is sooooo much better than any other I've ever been to and I've visited a few. I've been telling people since January how great Belle Reve is, not just the place itself but more importantly your staff. Everyone I've come in contact with since January from the maintenance man to the front desk staff to [name removed] and anyone I've talked to on the phone, everyone has been wonderful. I only wish my mom had more time to spend with you. I hope I live home until I'm 100 but if I need to spend a few years somewhere besides home, I hope it's Belle Reve.

seeking repute care I was astounded bu the Heritage Hill. [Name removed] went out of her way to show me the facility and introduce me to staff during our zoom meeting while explaining the available activities. [Name removed] brought us lunch so my mom could sample the food - which she loved. Along with the look and activities of the facility it was the above and beyond caring that [name removed] showed that convinced me the Hertitage Hill would take excellent care of my mom during any stays. Our plans changed so at this time I do not need respite care however I. The future I would not hesitate to contact [name removed] and have my mom cared for at Heritage Hill.

We are on the waitlist for a two-bedroom unit. They are our number one choice. Last year we did one month respite stay. The food is okay, we would have one meal a day plan. We have looked at options in the area and this was the best fit for us. It is cost-effective. We liked that you could still cook in your unit.

From my first visit to Belle Reve in Milford,PA, I knew this would be a great fit for my Mom's needs. A small, well maintained facility where everyone is known, respected and addressed by name. [Name removed] went out of his way to make my Mom feel welcomed and genuinely cared about her needs as a person. The receptionists were also caring and friendly. The staff went out of their way to help my assist me whenever I called to check up on her after her transition and move in. They paired her with a wonderful roommate, and they formed a sweet friendship. It was great to see my mom get renewed life and a sense of belonging and purpose that she was missing living alone. She especially loved the delicious food and all the activities they provided. It was so good to call her and hear the happiness in her voice again. I'm grateful to the dedicated staff here that go out of their way to make the residents comfortable, safe and loved.

My Mom is 93 and has Alzheimers. She moved from Campbell Hall Rehab to BelleReve in Milford 6 months ago.The difference between the two places is remarkable. EVERYONE I've come in contact with at BelleReve has been nothing but helpful.From Director to Maintenance man they all seem genuinely happy to be there; even through the nightmare of Corona Virus .Everyone joined in (even the Director! ), worked hard, and kept my mom safe. Everyone is smiling and happy there.The staff contacts me all the time about anything to do with my Mom.The place itself is always spotless with a beautiful homelike environment. I still can't believe I was able to find such a great ,loving place for my mom. A bonus is that Milford,Pa is a beautiful town!

The community was overall very clean. We also appreciate how well they have handled the Covid-19 pandemic. The staff is awesome. In general, they are respectful and they have done a good job with keeping the residents safe during the community lock down and making sure we as the family are still able to have contact with our loved one. They do run a lot of varied activities and we do think the community is worth the price.
