I like this community for the great care from the outstanding staff. The meals are home cooking and the atmosphere is wonderful. They do have activities that she does enjoy. The community is clean and always nice to enjoy. I am happy to know that my mom is in great care.I recommend this community for wonderful care and value to other families

Although this is an early response, Brookdale Edgewood seems a good choice for my wife. There she is close to her home, her family, and her friends that support her. She transferred to Brookdale just Thursday of last week. The staff members all seem anxious to help you help your loved one. The sales manager helped me through the preliminary details and my wife seems comfortable with her room albeit somewhat small. Food seem fine too. I am hoping more of her friends come to visit as they did when at the Rehabilitation. Those who have already visited seemed pleased and state that my wife seems content. I hope so.

I like the care at this community for my mom. The staff is friendy and very caring. I was happy with they were able to accommodate me with getting a bottom room floor for my mom. She likes the activities that are offered. We would recommend this community to other families for great care for a loved one.

My mother-in-law was in declining health and in need of full time support. After reviewing our options, we settled on Maristone to provide that care. Before all arrangements could be made, my mother-in-law fell and had to spend a few days in the hospital and a few weeks in a rehab facility to overcome her physical challenges. We finally got her moved into Maristone and the care was excellent and the people were all courteous and friendly. After a few weeks at Maristone, we have decided to move my mother-in-law back to the rehab facility (that does have long term patients) because she appeared to fit better in that environment and it it close to where she was raised. Maristone was very cooperative and helpful in making this happen and served us well even though we were leaving their facility. The program at Maristone is excellent and challenges the residents to be active and engaged. I can't say enough good things about how we were treated and the professionalism the staff exhibited. I highly recommend Maristone for any family looking for assisted living or memory care services for their loved ones.

My father is doing well here at this community. They have a wonderful staff, and they are taking very good care of him, and his needs. The community looks great, they do very good job with keeping everything neat, and tidy. There are plenty of activities available for the residents. The meals are great, he is very pleased with the food. This is a community I would highly recommend, it is a great place.

Clean and modern facilities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Residents that i ask state they like it there. Many activities for the residents to partake in.

I This was a nice community. My father did not felt that he did not want to move into this community. I found the staff to be nice and answered my questions. It appeared to be nice and clean. I suggest other families see this community to consider the care here for a loved one.

Loved the easy access of this location from the interstate. The one bedroom's living area is quite larger than other 1 bedrooms in the area. And the little kitchen area is also larger. The director and community relations counselor were very attentive and made me feel like they wanted my parents there only if they were the best fit, not just to fill a room.

Very clean and neat. Staff is super friendly, and my dad seems truly happy here. Very thankful to have found them.

This is a great place for my mother in law. We are happy with the staff. The community is beautiful. She seems to like most of the meals that are served. She is offered to do activitites to her each day. likes. I liked the home feeling that is given here. I would recommend this community for the great care they offer and value.

My mother loves it at this community. It is a very nice place, and she is doing very well. I like the staff, they have been very helpful and friendly. I know she is safe and in good hands with them. They do a good job with keeping the community neat and tidy. She has tired some of the activities they have available. They have nice activities like, bingo and church services. I've tired some of the meals and they are very good. She is being provided with great care, and we are pleased. I would recommend this community, it is a great place.

While I understand it is hard to keep everything clean with all the traffic there is a fair job done with the condition of the carpet.

My wife and I just recently moved my mother into Long Cove Pointe. From the beginning we weren't for sure how the transition would go. Since moving in, my mother's quality of life has improved tremendously. She participates in the activities and she is stimulated throughout the day. The caregivers and everyone that works there seems to truly care. This was a very quick decision for us and we couldn't be happier to have chosen Brookdale.

My Mother has been in Maristone for over 4 years. I could not ask for any better care than what she has and is receiving. The nursing staff is outstanding. They keep me informed and are always available for any questions. My Dad passed away at Maristone 2 years ago and the compassion shown by the staff was wonderful. They have shown Mother tremendous support and care since his passing..

So far everything is going very well for my mother with her move here. The transition process with smooth, she has adjusted well to this community. I'am very pleased with everything they have done for us. The community looks great, everything is very well maintained. They are providing her with good care. This community has worked out very well for us.

Beautiful facilty; [Removed] was very friendly and helpful. I gained a better understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of Memory Care. I was also happy to see that Respite Care is a possibility.

Friendly caring staff. Homelike environment. The seniors there love the meals. The space is clean.

My friend is doing wonderful at this community. He likes the meals they serve. They provide activities for him and the residents. He is living a great life at his community.

Everything has worked out very good for my mother in law here at this community. We are very pleased with all they have done for us. This is a wonderful community, with caring people. The staff is great, they have been very attentive and welcoming. They have many activities available for the residents to try. I've tried some of the meals, and the food taste amazing. I know she is receiving great care. I have already recommended this community to friends.

I was overly impressed with my visit to Brookdale Long Cove Pointe. The friendly faces I met on my tour, the warm welcome my Mom was given upon move in and the care since Mom has been settled has been great. I moved my Mom to Long Cove Pointe after her long time friend moved in and had such a positive experience. The care associates truly seem to care and are friendly which makes a difference! I struggled with the idea of moving my mom to an Assisted Living facility, but every person I spoke to was so understanding and was helping me each step of the way. I'm very satisfied with my experience and my Mom is happy, which makes all the difference!!
