Well, it seems like whenever we have a need they respond to it quickly, and that's about all you can ask. The people genuinely seem concerned about my dad and they're helpful and they handle memory care real well.

Trinity Oaks of Pearland is a very nice looking facility! I have a loved one who stays here, and every time I visit I am very impressed by the level of quality! The staff are friendly, the place is always immaculate, and the price is lower than other places I have seen that don't provide nearly this level of service.

The staff is very friendly and sweet to granny. The place is extremely clean, the food appeals to Granny, and Emeritus is well priced compared to similar places. I was so scared of putting her in assisted living but I trust Emeritus.

Having had experience with several assisted living facilities, I have to say that Maristone at Providence has really gone the extra mile. They have gone out of their way to make dad feel welcome. They are very willing to do anything and everything they can to assist. It has really been a great experience all the way around. I would highly recommend Maristone at Providence.

I was told about "A Place For Mom" after my Mother was unhappy with the place she was living - I called "A Place For Mom" and the lady was so nice and caring and told me about Maristone in Mt. Juliet. I called my sister and told her about it and we went to visit along with our Mother. She has been there for about 3 months now and really likes all the friendly care persons there as well as the staff. We know she is in the best place and to have her like it is the main thing as it gives my sister and me a good feeling that our Mother is being taken care of.

So far our experience with Emeritus at Edgewood has been a great one. The staff are all very friendly and professional, and I've been very impressed by the degree of communication they keep with the families of the residents. I was impressed how the woman who gave us our tour stopped and greeted each of the residents by name. Our loved one had to go to the hospital at one point, and they handled everything exceedingly well, they kept us completely in the loop and everything went very smoothly. They also provide excellent physical therapy here, we've had quite a bit of experience with various physical therapy services, and they are near the top of the list.

They've done a fantastic job here so far, we love it! The staff are all very friendly, and do a great job taking care of the people that live here. As an example of how friendly everyone is the day they moved in was the day off for the chef, but he came in to greet them anyway! And the food he makes is excellent, once he learned that Mom likes sweets he is always adding little extra treats to her meals, and she loves him for it! They also have a very reliable medicine service, we've never had any trouble with it whatsoever. We would definitely recommend this place to others who are looking!

I have to give them fives for everything!! They are very help and very kind to residents. They work with any issues that a loved one has – they take care of everything. I’ve just been very pleased with. My mother has no complaints about the food.

Maureen, Valerie and all the other staff members at this facility were amazing. My sister and I were in a time crunch and very emotional state looking for a "nice" living facility for my father. Maureen met with us on very short notice and was able to answer all our questions and we had a sense of calm that Dad would be taken care of in this facility. One thing that we noticed right away was that all the residents we met were actually in a positive frame of mind about the facility. The entire staff, especially Jan at the front desk always greeted you by name and was ready to help with anything you needed. Unfortunately my DAD was only in the facility for a short time before he went to be with my MOM, but I feel his last days were made much more Dignified and Comfortable by staying at this facility.

We toured several places over two days and Emeritus by far was the best place for my grandmother. The staff was wonderful, answered all of our questions and the community itself is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend anyone looking for an assisted living community to go to Emeritus at Long Cove Pointe!

As clean & efficient as any facility I have seen. Caretakers take time to answer my questions any time I visit or call, Caretakers geniunely care about the people who live there.

I highly recommend them. I have told several people about them. I like the atmosphere for the residents. It's light and uplifting. I think the front desk people are phenomenal. There are a lot of residents that hang out in the front area and they always have time for those residents. We've had a problem with the person that I am POA for, the resident there, because she doesn't respond well with the staff. It's not their fault; she has behavioral issues. They're patient with her and do what they can for her. When I went there I liked them immediately and actaually cancelled my appointment to see another place.

A great place for mom to stay. She enjoyed her stay and I was impressed with the facility and staff.

Nice size rooms in independent living area. Everything under one roof. A little pricey but we think worth it. Going for a 2nd visit.

Facility specific for dementia clients. Great place-no medicaid waiver for dementia.

Very nice building, grounds & apts. Offers 24 nursing, licensed to administer medicines, has PT. on site. Most neccessities are included in the base cost. Staff was wonderful. #1 choice

Forest Hills community was very good and we never saw anything dirty. Overall we liked this community, they were all very nice. Our loved one loved the staff members on the memory care side, they were very good to her.

The food is excellent and the organization is top notch. They all go out of there way to make sure your loved one feels welcome and not abandoned. They are professional and on top of their game. On more than one occasion they have taken extra measures to help or come to the rescue of my 93 year old mother. Everyone has an inflated title but they all seem to want to live up to the titles by exhibiting autonomy and professionalism in discharging there duties with kindness and authority....a necessary but essential pairing often very difficult to balance. Transitions are rough for anyone but the programs and outings and games all tend to keep the place a happy place to be in spite of the circumstances. My Mother needs help keeping track of her meds. They take care of everything from refills to administration. Of the literal hundreds of available activities I could only wish for one additional thing. Maybe a class on managing your smart phone. I know even I could use that. Mom was able to keep her little Shitzu who gives her great comfort and the courtyard is a great place to let her run around because it's a large manicured enclosure.
