Mom has been there for only a few weeks. I've been very impressed with staff at Chandler. We shopped several facilities and what I liked most was the care is comprehensive and unlike some competitors there were no add on costs. The apartments are modern, clean and sound proof. The walk in shower is especially helpful. Assistance with medications, toileting, bathing, and dressing have been perfect. Housekeeping and laundry services have met our needs. The food is abundant and of better than average quality. The transition to assisted living has been difficult. Mom doesn't willingly participate in activities or make effort to get to know others. I am there frequently taking mom around to chit chat with everyone. I'm hoping she gets better acclimated soon. It would be nice if they did announcements of activities and resident and staff milestones at lunch. And a prayer would also be appreciated. Love the place and hope to be there for a long time.

I needed to find an assisted living facility for my 99 year old mom, as I could no longer care for her in my home. Mary [Removed] was magnificent in helping me to get Mom placed. Maristone has truly fit the bill, and I feel it is the right place for her. I like it because it is small, and all of the staff gets to know the residents quickly. When the receptionist, office staff, housekeepers, and even the plant supervisor all know the residents, one can be sure this is a staff who truly cares! There are many activities to participate in, and Judy does a great job of trying to get the residents involved. My mom has only been there a short time but is adapting quite well. The therapy that is in house is wonderful, and with her advanced age, Mom is making great progress. The goal of the entire staff is to keep the residents as independent as possible and let them have dignity. It is wonderful to not have to worry about Mom getting good care and to have the stress removed of having to care for her in my home. I love that there are actual nurses on staff, and they definitely know what is going on with their residents. I love that there is a NP who visits the facility weekly and is in communication with the staff about the residents' health care needs. I truly could not have found a better facility to place Mom, and thanks also go to Liz [Removed] at a Place for Mom, who was able to help me start the search for placement!

My sister has been communicating with me about my mom's care here. She has no complaints so far and it has been very good this far. My mom is happy. She keeps herself busy with the activities that are provided. I believe she is getting proper care and she is safe in this community.

My mom and dad are both at Maristone. My father is in a wheel chair and my mom is in the memory care community. I feel grateful that they are both in such a compassionate place. My father likes to watch the birds in the courtyard and he visits my mom every day. My mom loves music and she gets to participate in the musical events; she claps her hands and sings! It is wonderful to see her so delighted!

Mom has made friends since moving into this community. The staff are friendly, caring and take good care of her. The food is good and is homemade. The community is clean and they have a nice courtyard in the center of the community. They have daily arts and crafts, play games and offer morning exercise classes that have helped her with her walking.

My mother really loves going to the adult care center during the day. They really keep her busy, she is exhausted when she gets home. She says the food is nice and the staff is kind. It is a nice and clean center, they do a job with cleaning. There nice activities through out the day. The location is good and convenient for me. Everything is working out very well and I would recommend this adult center.

The Brookdale team has done an amazing job transitioning from Emmeritus to Brookdale. The new leadership is making sure everyone is cared for properly and treated with dignity and respect. The tour is extremely informative and everyone that works there really wants to be helpful and really seems like they love being there. We moved my Mom in and it has been such a relief to know she is well cared for and happy. There have been no problems or issues and Mom has really changed for the better since moving there. FIVE stars!

We used Maristone for a brief respite stay for a loved one, and our experience was a very positive one overall! The staff is friendly and attentive, the facility is clean and well kept, and I thought the food looked very good! We were happy with the service, and would definitely use them again.

This place is absolutely spectacular except it doesnt have a large outdoor area my dad really needs. If it had more of an outdoor area Id 100 go here.

My mother is suffering from severe dementia and was getting to be more than I could deal with. With your recommendation I decided to get a tour. They have been so helpful and seem to be really concerned about my mother and making her comfortable. Its a beautiful place and the workers are great. She has been there about 6 weeks and I have no complaints. Every time I have been there they appear to be really attentive and friendly. At first I was worried about leaving mom there but now I trust them totally. They have taken a lot of worry off my shoulders.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Maristone, I'd give them high marks across the board! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they're really on top of everything. I like that they have meetings that they invite all of the families of the residents to, so you can get a better idea of how things work in the facility.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Maristone of Franklin! It's a nice looking, clean place, and the staff has been very friendly and accommodating. They're really giving it their all trying to get her settled and comfortable after the move. It's just a very nice place, overall!

The staff is incredibly friendly. I like that everything is on-site, so I don't have to take her out of the facility for anything. All of the providers come to the facility, even as far as getting her nails and hair done, it is all right there. I like that is small facility, it seems more family-oriented.

We toured facility and immediately noticed how staff were on the floor helping residents. All were friendly and eager to talk to us. We ate lunch on a visit with our loved one. She liked the food, which is great, and noticed how nice the staff and the other residents were that day. After moving in, we had about another zillion questions. Each question was answered with patience and kindness. We have never left with unanswered questions and a smile from any of the staff. We are very impressed with the level of staff to resident ratio as well as the level of care.

Had a good feeling right from the start. Best ratio of aides to residents of all the places I toured.

I wish I could remember her name but the lady from A Place For Mom was exceptionally. She understood what I needed (which was not the typical care). I would recommend this to everyone. Oh and also, it's not just for moms. I thought that in the beginning but this was for my father.

I really was impressed with this facility. The residents seemed to enjoy it. One actually said she would not rather be anywhere else. They were playing bingo while I was there.

We have found Maristone to be a wonderful, caring community. They are small enough to provide individualized care, while large enough to create a competent multi-faceted environment. The staff and administration is hands-on and super easy to communicate with. You are not one among hundreds who must wait for a corporate official to respond to your questions and requests. The administration returns calls and messages immediately, listens to your needs, and provides answers and solutions in a timely manner. In short, my parents love their new home, and we love the manner in which they are provided care. I whole heartedly recommend Maristone!

I haven't really been there that long, but if I have any kind of problems they seem to take care of the them. The menu and food is excellent. The majority of the staff are friendly and nice. My loved one seems to like to do the activities.
