It is always a pleasure to visit Trinity Shores. [name removed] and [name removed] are always a delight, greet at the door. I love how much the residents love their community/home. I always look forward to my visits at Trinity Shores.

Although our circumstances changed due to a death-we felt very at home at The Landing. Everyone was so welcoming and west out of their way to help us. If in the future we need assisted living Landing of Long Cove will be our first choice.

Our family had an in person tour and even though we can't really remember what the rooms look liked it was still a nice tour and the people were very friendly. However it was just a little to pricey.

I was very impressed with our tour at Maristone of Franklin. The facility was beautiful and staff were nice. It just came down to the location and cost for us.

The apartment is a good size. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My loved one did have some episodes, and they were very kind, contacted me on at timely basis, and kept me appraised of everything going on. He tells me the food is good as well.

It is a great place for your loved one. My loved one was treated well during their stay. The director and staff have all been friendly and helpful to work with. The food was pretty good for my loved one.

This community is costlier for our family, but compared to our loved ones previous community we are much more comfortable with them being here. The assisted living side looks wonderful, but the memory care side is smaller. However they have at least 3-4 staff members every day, anda nurse on duty 24/7 which makes us feel at ease. This community is smaller so it reminds us of a residential care home. We finally feel that our loved one is in good hands and will be well cared for and safe.

We had a great tour with Maristone, we really liked the facility and there was not a thing wrong with it. The only reason we went another direction was due to the size, we wanted something a bit smaller.

Love that there are two options of living for memory care. They are licensed personal care, which is very important when your loved one reaches certain stages of dementia. Very family oriented. Lots of programs for all levels of memory loss. Our family was very impressed and hopes to call this home for our mom.

My loved one is happy here. It is a low key, and not swanky community. If you are looking for comfortable place this is the place for you. My loved one enjoys the food, and has no complaints so far. To my knowledge there are no activities currently due to the pandemic.

They have excellent care options as far as I could tell from our short time there. The staff is very caring, and flexible in meeting our needs.

I would recommend others check into the community. The one thing I would change about the community would be some of the night staff, but it is hard to get staff. Majority of the staff was outstanding. The community wouldn't be as accommodating to food requests. Due to this my loved one stopped going to the dining room and ate in their room.

The community had a great plan for covid and kept the residence safe. I felt like it was the best community I could have chosen. The community was good at communicating and kept us updated and informed. I absolutely would recommend this community to others. The community was well kept, very clean, and did not smell.

The community communicates well with me, I have never had any issue with the community. I would definitely recommend this community to others and already have. The community has a very home-like atmosphere.

Great place. Our dad was apprehensive to move, especially from out of state. He looked at and picked FHC, but was still unsure. He agreed to a 6-month trial. After 3 months, he announced he was "not going back." Great staff and facility.

They are on top of everything at Maristone of Providence. They take care of your needs. They are quick to answer questions and get back to you. The food is good.Room sizes are good. They have outdoor space.

We have been very pleased with the care and people at Forest Hills Commons. The people are very friendly and helpful and made the transition very easy. They have addressed any needs we have had very well.

After touring the facility we concluded that the Maristone of Providence staff were top notch, the facility was very clean and inviting and the dining and recreation activities were commendable. However, we have concluded that our needs haven't risen to the Levels of Care that this facility professionally delivers.. if in the future we need Assisted Living level of care we will surely revisit Maristone of Providence.

They come pretty quick if we push our button for emergencies or problems. They take very good care of us and are friendly and kind. The food is very good and easy to eat (not tough).
