They have been very attentive to any of our needs. Have done an excellent job, it is always very clean and the meals are amazing. The facility is beautiful, very well maintained and everything has been fantastic all around. No complaints just amazing.

I toured Maristone of Providence, it was an excellent tour. We chose another community because they didn't have any beds at Maristone, and I liked that we'd be able to be on a ground floor at [community name removed], but not at Maristone. Truthfully, I was torn between both properties.

My only wish is I wished we would had chosen The Landing first. The best team and folks to work with. Communication - the care. Don't be foolish and choose because of chandeliers. 5 star all the way.

Maristone of Providence looked like a very clean and modern facility. The staff here were amazing and more than willing to help, It is a very big community and my loved one is not very social and is used to a smaller environment, so we did not think that the environment would be the best fit. It looked like a great place for individuals who love to socialize and they had a lot of great activities provided.

I have lived at Trinity Oaks in Pearland for six months. I have had previous experience with senior living facilities. Trinity Oaks is really special. Many of the staff have worked at the facility for more than 10 years. They really care about what they doing. Thank you so much for helping me feel safe, knowing that if and when I need more care, I can trust Trinity Oaks staff to go above and beyond, because that’s what they usually do! With a cheerful smile no matter what!

This place is more like home. The staff is friendly and always does more than expected. The food is great. The activities are well planned. I appreciate trinity shores making it feel more like I’m home.

This was a very nice tour and I liked the community but we wanted something for my loved one that was one story only and closer to my house to be able to see my loved one. The tour was nice and it was a very nice community.

We had a great tour with Chandler Park, we just did not get as much of a personal touch from the staff that we would have liked to have and that we got from another facility.

I go everyday sometimes twice a day, the associates are always friendly and take care of the residents.

They are very kind at this community. I had to speak to them a few times about keeping his room clean and changing linens and bathing him. Other than this they were very kind and very helpful and always met our needs when brought up.

This was a lovely and very nice community. The tour was great also and got all the information I needed in regards to the community.

Trinity Oaks has been my dads home for 3 years now. He is very comfortable and has met many new wonderful people, (staff and residents). The staff are caring, attentive, and communicate well. We love the variety of activities, good food and nice facilities. We are so very grateful for Trinity Oaks!

upon first impression, I thought that the residents appeared further down their assisted living path. during my tour I initially didn't think that The Landing would be a good fit, but I was wrong. although my loved one has only been here for a short while, we're confident that my moms needs are being met. she was previously at another community and there is a huge difference between that staff and the staff here. we think that they're doing an amazing job. if you or your loved one has advanced (care) needs, this might be a good place. if you're younger and more independent, I would suggest looking elsewhere. the value for the cost is here, they all act as a team. if you have a parent with significant needs, this is the place where those needs will be met.

They gave us a great tour at Charter Senior Living. The reason we did not choose this facility was because it was on very little land. We grew up always having land and mom loves to be outdoors. It just did not have that country setting feel to it that we were looking for. If I remember right, they also did not take pets.

Beautiful facility with lots of trees and green space. A church is right next door and hosts many activities for the residents. I have met many of the staff (on different shifts) and they all are caring, loving and attentive. It is obvious that they love caring for elders and it shows in the energy of the Trinity Oaks. Last year, we needed to select an ALC for my father and Trinity Oaks had everything we wanted. As soon as we walked into the doors, we noticed a calm, loving environment. It did not feel as heavy as other facilities we toured. I visit my Dad every other week and the energy and the people are always the same: loving and kind. Dad participates in many of the daily activities and stays as busy as he wants. He can be his best self at Trinity Oaks, and I feel so grateful.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They are patient, kind, and work well with family. They are quick to resolve any issues we may have had. They have regular hot meals for the residents.

It is always a pleasure to visit Trinity Shores. [name removed] and [name removed] are always a delight, greet at the door. I love how much the residents love their community/home. I always look forward to my visits at Trinity Shores.
