I would recommend to others. The only thing I would add would be a full sized refrigerator. We picked this community because of the location.

Bridgepointe Gardens is nearly new, having been open only a little more than one year. In addition to being a beautiful facility to look at, the amenities are superior with its own movie theater, extensive work out space and equipment, library and private room for family gatherings. The atmosphere is richly spiritual with emphasis on prayer for residents who have injuries or illness, a morning devotion held in the library after breakfast each morning and regular Bible Study sessions with the Activity Director. There is a "family feel" displayed by staff and residents alike. The Activity Director is outstanding in attitude, creativity, compassion and effort. She seems to have endless energy! She takes a personal interest in each one of us, and can bring out the most introverted personality to the point of participating in activities.

This is a wonderful community! Absolutely gorgeous with spacious apartments and tons of amenities and services. The life enrichment program is outstanding in both the assisted living and memory care communities. Good quality is very good and the staff are very caring.

It's an excellent facility. The staff is very caring, and always willing to help. We were given a tour and I knew the facility was the place for my mom. Nice rooms, clean, and the staff was very friendly.

This is a great place for your loved one. Nice people. Good quality. As far as food goes, I think that they need to serve something better than cold sandwiches for dinner. Maybe help the residents pick out food they like instead.

5s across the board, Chandler Memory Care was great!! My dad passed in September but the month he was there they did an outstanding job with the transition

My mother was previously a resident at Bluegrass Assisted Living Bardstown and her experience at this facility was very good. The staff were very good and very responsive. The housekeeping and the food could have both been a little better, but overall were okay. This facility is a good place for the cost. I would recommend Bluegrass Assisted Living Bardstown to family and friends.

My loved one is currently a resident at Trinity Shores of Port Lavaca and everything has been great for him at this facility so far. The cleanliness, friendliness and staff are great! The staff goes above and beyond to make everyone happy. The care services, meals, activities and value for cost are also great. I would highly recommend Trinity Shores of Port Lavaca to others. This was the best move ever for my loved one!

We toured Maristone of Franklin during our search for a facility for my wife and I. This facility seemed great! The cleanliness was great. I liked the overall atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly. Nice place!

We toured Bluegrass during our search for an Assisted Living facility for my loved one. This facility was clean and cheerful. The people were professional and helpful. We liked this place. We only chose a different facility because they offered more financial help. Otherwise, we would have chosen this facility!

Chandler Memory Care facilities are extremely clean, no urine or gross smells anywhere. Everyone at Chandler are exceptionally friendly, from custodial, to kitchen, to activity leaders, front desk personnel and especially the administrative staff. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and help my sister when she was there. They truly care about the residents in their keeping. The activities kept the residents physically and mentally engaged with the activities. Chandler Memory Care's monthly fee is well worth the money! The residents are treated with dignity and respect. Excellent place for your loved one!

I would live there and enjoy myself! I recommend it. It was one of the closest to her home, came with good reviews, and was available right away. I recommend this facility. It's a safe, nice place with wonderful caring workers.

Bridgepointe Gardens has amazing amenities such as: Game Room, Chapel, Daily Activities, 24/7 Fitness room, beautiful walking path around lighted pond, amazing staff and chef prepared meals. This is the best place to be in Southern Indiana.

I would recommend. Convenient to area doctors and various shopping outlets if needed. Attention to detail. Not perfect, but they quickly correct any issue. They listen. We picked this community because, the tour was positive, the cleanliness, and attention to detail.

I visited as a Nurse and I was very impressed. The residents were all gathered doing a game together and seemed very happy. The community is clean, no odors, and is welcoming. All the staff are helpful whenever I am in visiting. I met the fairly new Director and she has a number of years experience in managing Assisted Livings and Memory Care and seems dedicated to excellence. They value Veterans as well. The location is great, close to a hospital and clinics.

Trinity Oaks is wonderful! My loved one loves all of the people who help take care of them. They always answer any questions that I have and put us all at ease. We had a few problems with our loved one (socially) and the staff were quick to solve the problems and make our loved one feel better. We so appreciate them.

They are wonderful. They are good to my dad. The staff is fantastic, and I feel like they really care about the residents. They are not in a hurry to blow people off. The chef prepares any meals, that the residents want on their birthday. They plan games throughout the day, and the last activity is around 4:30pm. The family is encouraged to stay and participate. We picked this community, because the residents are being encouraged to continue living. They have a physical therapist, and a person that comes in to cut their hair. Overall, they are really great.

We have been very pleased with our experience with Trinity Oaks. The community has been able to assist my loved one in helping my loved one out of bed and this has been great! We have had no issues with the community. The community has transportation to doctor appointments Monday through Friday. There have been times the community has accommodated a request to assist the family and our loved one in getting to doctor appointments as well. The staff communication with the family has been wonderful! There are three meals a day served and there are choices to choose from for the residents.

Very good experience and great staff. My family is pleased. My dad was not happy to be there when he first arrived. The staff were empathetic and helped him integrate into the community. He now has friends and enjoys interacting with the staff who help him.
