I would recommend. We picked them because they were nice and new.

My mom passed in [date removed]. Maristone of Providence was great in every way. The facility and staff were excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone.

They are hands on and call me if anything comes up with my sibling or the facility. Very nice and help the tenants with a variety of needs. Especially like some things in place that avoids daily stress .. like assigned seating in the dining room. We've seen it the other way somewhere else.

My mom did very well at The Landing. She liked it, and so did I. The people there were nice and took good care of her. Unfortunately, she had several medical issues pile up on her in August 2023, and ended up passing away in Hospice. If [name removed] is still there as the concierge, she is fabulous! The nursing staff is also wonderful. Because it's relatively small, the staff members get to know the residents quickly and look out for them and their needs. They have nice daily activity programming for a range of interests. They had a good partnership with Buckeye Health when Mom was there - really helped with post-acute rehab. The rooms are a nice size - plenty of room for bed, dresser, seating - generous closet space too.

Staff has always been friendly in communication; email, text and verbal. I have witnessed interactions between the staff and residents and never been worried about my parents being there. The facility has always been clean well maintained.

Great place for your loved one. Nice people. Good quality. As far as the food goes - something better than cold sandwiches for dinner would be nice. Maybe help the residents pick out food they like.

While this is always a hard thing to do..:::maristone of Franklin has been a wonderful experience. [name removed] the director has been there every step of the way and the staff is friendly and kind. My dad is very happy there and adjusted quickly and he really likes their food too!! Highly recommend

Summit is a great place. My sisters and I feel very comfortable with our Dad living there. The staff is very caring and loving with the residents. Any concerns we have are addressed immediately. The admin staff was great to work with when filling out all the paperwork for dad to live there. We are thankful that there is a nurse there 24/7 to help with my dad's medication's and any other needs he might have. They take the residence out on outings, My dad enjoys that. They have different activities throughout the day that the residence can engage in.

Talk with professionals and not people that are in it for the money. I would recommend to others.

Solid staff and management. Little changeover from what I can tell. The facility is old, but they do a good job of keeping it maintained. The rooms seem to be larger than others I looked at at a similar price point. They're in a fairly quiet part of town but still conveniently located. Other than that I can't think of anything Objective to describe them. Subjectively, I can say my mother never complains about her life there (other than things that are out of their control) and she's complained about things in every other facility that she's lived in. She is happiest at Trinity Oaks.

I highly recommend Cardinal Landing Memory Care to others. The facility has a homey feel because it seems as though everyone is a family there. The place is exceptionally clean and everyone, director to cleaning staff, are friendly and attentive to the residents.

I would say it's a lovely, safe space for safe living. I feel it's an upscale place to be, close to many amenities in Bowling Green!

Tina and the new team at this facility are above average. I have worked with Tina for over 5 years and has ALWAYS shown compassion concern in the care the residents receive. Families will be glad the trusted their family to such a caring group of people.

I visited Maristone of Franklin last week. I was impressed with this assisted living community. The community has a warm, pleasant inviting environment. The staff were kind and attentive to their residents. The Executive Director, [Name Removed] gave me a tour of the community. [Name Removed] was very friendly, professional and informative about the community. I could tell that [Name Removed] sincerely cares about the senior population and wants the best for her residents! If you're looking for a place to call home, with assisted living assistance or 24 hour memory care staff, Maristone of Franklin is the place to be!

I have a family that remember who I wouldn't trust here with the care of the staff and the cleanest of the facility if I were to relocate as I'm considering in the future. Even the web information is great concerning the kindness of staff members, pictures of patients. I would have no problem having my love one homed in this facility.

The difference in this facility compared to previous Management is astronomical !! As I was visiting the Demeanor of the residents was noticeably much Happier than in the past . The new manager, [name removed], makes sure they know, this is THEIR home and herself and the staff are there to make Certain they FEEL at home ! The facility is beautiful And we'll cared for. The meals are delicious, the Residents participate in daily activities. Live music Is played each Friday for even greater entertainment. I know can rest easily knowing that my Family member is in a facility that goes beyond My expectations!

My family was starting to be overwhelmed with the care for my mother. She was diagnosed with dementia and was needing constant supervision. We contacted A Place for Mom and was informed about Cardinal Landing Memory Care. An appointment was scheduled for us to tour the facility. We were very impressed and scheduled another visit for my mother. She liked everything about the facility. She is going on her 3rd month as a resident and we are very happy with the choice we made. Although my mother has trying days due to the dementia, the staff still treats her with respect and helps with her needs. There are many activities for the residents if they choose to participate. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Cardinal Landing Memory Care has given my family some peace of mind with knowing she is cared for and in a safe environment.

I truly appreciate everything that Trinity Oaks has done for my grandma and my family. The staff is so supportive and help us every step of the way.

Our journey began with the placement of our beloved mother. And now our aunt is a resident. My mother always raved on how delicious the food was.The staff has been very accommodating to our needs and does a beautiful job on special events. The facility is always decorated to reflect the season.

My home is a true blessing Since January of 2023 the Mansion On Main Street in New Albany, Indiana has been my home! A little heaven on earth! Comfortable apartment, great food and dining, helpful friendly staff and loads of entertainment! Have made some wonderful friends and couldn’t be more pleased. Come visit us anytime!
