I want to inform you that the care and assistance given to it's residents are inconsistent with your goals and objectives. I have witnessed laundry in hampers untouched for weeks. I have heard of complains of clothing getting lost or left in washers for days on end. I witnessed a resident informing an employee that his toilet is stopped up and was assured that it would be taken care of quickly. The resident and I waited for over an hour expecting someone from house keeping to show up with a plunger. One employee was sitting at a table studying and others were busy in conversation that had nothing to do with care for its patrons. I finally asked the person studying to notify house keeping of the problem. House keeping was gone for the day so I asked her to locate a plunger to unplug the toilet. She located a plunger and handed it to me to fix the problem. It took me less than 5 minutes to fix the problem that I thought the employee should have done. I am upset that this wasn't taken care of in a reasonable time;

My mother was at Maristone of Franklin for a respite stay and it was a good experience. We were very happy with the care she received from the nursing staff and caregivers. I would recommend them because we had a positive experience.

I had a very nice tour of this community. It is a very nice place, and I enjoyed my tour. This community has a very homey atmosphere. The staff was friendly. It is a very nice looking community. The residents I met expressed their joy of living at the community. I liked this community, it is good community.

The staff at Chandler are awesome and they seem to truly love what they do. They are kind to the residents and enjoy coming to work everyday. They offer dining room style meals. The food is ok, however I think they could have a few more fruits and vegetables. They offer a lot of activities and the activities director is right on the ball. He is good at encouraging the residents to participate in the activities. The community is clean, bright, open and I would recommend it.

Pretty much on par with all the other places we looked at, but as it was right in the back yard of one of my brothers, and I didn't want all the caregiving to fall on just one person, I decided against it. Very clean, the residents are all well groomed, I would move in myself.

The Brookdale Long Cove Pointe was a very nice place. When we went for our tour, we noticed that the place had multiple stories and we were actually looking for something on one story. Other than that it was a very nice place with nice people.

Brookdale has a nice atmosphere and environment. My mom likes the staff and they make her care and atmosphere much better. They are dedicated and compassionate. They offer a variety of activities but mom in not too involved. We are working on encouraging her. She get nutritional meals and is just enough for her small appetite.

I didn't really get to see much, we were going to go there at one point but they evaluated my mother as needing more care than they could do, they only had a couple patients at the time. Other than that the place seemed nice cosmetically, and the people that I came in contact with were very nice.

This is a larger community and not quit what we were looking for. It seemed clean and the staff we met were nice. There are multiple levels and different staff for each level. This location was a little farther than we liked.

The people I met during my tour were nice and knowledgable. This is an older community and it did not feel like it was the right fit for us. The community is clean and I do not have anything bad to say.

I did like this community. The staff was helpful and answered the questions we had. They were not able to assist us with certain needs that my father needed, but were nice. I think others would be happy with everyrthing about this community.

My parents are doing very well here at this community. They have adjusted well to it, and so far they like it. I know they are safe and in good hands here. They have good staff, they are good at what they do. They do have activities offered. They are pleased with the meals. Overall everything has worked out very well. This is a community I would recommend, it worked out well for us.

Our tour of this community was a good one. From what I saw everything appeared to be well maintained. The community is nice and clean. The staff was kind and informative. It was a pleasant tour, but not the place for my mother in law and her needs.

I really liked this community and the friendliness I felt from the beginning. As a daughter, I wanted to make sure the people caring for my Dad were great and he got what he needed. This was a tough transition for my family and every day I'm thankful we made the decision to move him to Brookdale. The people truly are great and my Dad is happy and is adjusting well.

This is a fairly new clean community. The person that conducted the tour was nice and knowledgeable. There was a calendar of daily events on the bulletin board. I liked this community.

My Aunt is still adjusting to moving to Brookdale Long Cove Pointe, but she is doing fine. She does participate in some activities but hasn't ventured out to an outing with them yet since she is still settling in there. The staff is friendly and very responsive to requests or anything that is needed. They are quick to respond and have the best interest of the residents in mind. The food is pretty good and is good portion size for the residents.

Great meals and restaurant. The staff is wonderful and friendly. We are very pleased with everything and anything we asked, we got.

Management team does not respond vis email well if at all.

The staff is incredibly friendly at Emeritus Edgewood and just very nice. I do know that all of the residents complain about the food there. It is not good. That is all I would point out about this facility at this time.

We have been pleased that my Dad has worked out in this facility. We found out very quickly that we could not care for my Dad living with us. Bluegrass Assisted Living facility was the best bet for the money and the staff. I feel that Blue Grass could use a little common sense in doing things. 1. The TV mounted over the couch is an example of things gone wrong. How can you sit on the couch and stare at a blank wall with the tv behind you? 2. A better sign out sheet, listing whom/time out and of course time in. Saves a lot of turmoil when people are not accounted for. Again it is a good facility and I have had fun times working the management staff.
