This facility is very nice. They have a deep concern for the residents needs and entertainment.

The personal care gives a lot of freedom to the residents. The meals are wonderful. It is a good fit for the folks that are higher functioning. They have a lot of Independent folk there. The room sizes are very nice. Memory care is a much smaller area and has more intense care.

I think they are super friendly and accommodating. My mom seems to really like it. They have always been ready to help me and answer any questions. My mom likes the food. They very quickly got to know my mom and been able to give her very personalized care.

This facility looks to be a great place and location, but it is too far from home

Pretty good. The price is good. The residents are very friendly. We had a lot of problems due to a particular service that they didn't provide, but even so, the staff did what they could to work with us. We only ended up leaving due to my grandmother needing more care. Lovely events and community. Food is great.

Trinity Oaks is a very caring place and a great place for my mother in law to live

It's like a family at Bluegrass. The food is great. Everyone gets along with most people. My family member is getting ready to move in because it is so small.

Overall this facility is beautiful and has so much to offer to not only clients but the workers as well.

Very clean and accommodating. Nice decor. Not much diversity in clientele. An intellectual seeking company would be lonely here.

The facility is smaller but very welcoming. My Dad felt very comfortable with the facility, staff and location.

My wife is doing pretty good at this community. The staff were helpful in getting her adjusted to living at this community, however I think they could use some more staff. There are not a lot of activities. She does not really like the food. They do offer a daily exercise class. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

Very friendly and lots of activities with willingness to tailor activities to their clients. But, to me, they did not seem as happy or cohesive as a team as the facility I chose. Apartments are very nice. Facility very clean and well taken care of. One of the best I looked at but just not a good fit for my parents.

We liked this community when we visited. This community was our first choice, unfortunately they said they were not able to accept my loved one. This is a beautiful community and the person we met during the tour was nice.

I had recently spoke to the staff at this community for a possible living situation for my mother in the future. They where very kind and knowledgeable about there community as well as answered any questions I had for them. They just did not have the available bedroom that mom wanted. They only had studios and that would not work for her.

My loved one lived here for a few months. The only thing is they have employee turn overs really fast and the food was at a lower grade quality. For example hot dogs were served more than usual. It is a smaller community and it was cheaper. Overall it was okay and no complaints about the care.

I toured this community for the care of a friend. The staff was nice and helpful to answer the questions I had on the care that is offered. The meals were appealing and they offered a lot of nice activities for the residents. I would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one

I really liked Brookdale when I toured. The facility was nice and the person that took me round was friendly. They were upfront with me and told me they would not be able to handle my uncle's level of care, which I appreciated rather than having to move him to another facility later.

The staff at this community were friendly and the community seemed clean. The rooms were not as big as the community we chose. This community was a little more expensive than what we were looking for.

My tour of this community was pretty pleasant. The community was nice, and clean from what I saw. There were many factors that played into where to move my mother too for her needs. Unfortunately this was not the community for us, but our tour went well overall.

I was there visiting a resident for his birthday. The staff was informed the date of his birthday and that 3 family members will eating lunch with him. We arrived for lunch and a table wasn't set for us to have lunch. People in the dining room were notified that we would be eating lunch that day. I thought it was disheartening that nothing special was done for his birthday. I thought a little birthday cake would have been nice. Totally disappointed with the event. Just thought you would like to know.
