Some residents have not had air conditioning for over 6 months. They have lied about the food here and what they have to offer. Pool is mess hot tub has not worked in months. There is a lot of work to be done on the inside of vitality. It's starting to look bad on the outside . This place needs a lot of work. It's ok but nothing like it use to be. But one thing for sure!! . it could be . Very easily done..

I would not recommend that place to anyone! Memory care is awful you have to hire private care because they don't have enough staff. All you're paying for is the room!!! Never leave your loved one there.

The everyday caregivers were very nice but the administration were unhelpful, unsuportive and clearly cared about filling the rooms, but lacked the support once those rooms were filled.

In our experence this memory care residence does not provide the basic quality of care for residence suffering from dementia. Due to the lack of communication, inconsistent staff/not enough staff and limited activities we have been dishearted by the quality of care for our loved one. Are there some good things probably but when there is consisency with unfamilar faces, unclean rooms, no communication or solutions about issues and you witness your loved one declining in a space where you just want basics. While I do not want to belittle but this memory care residence it needs significant attention to the care of it residence. How can a demitia resident feel a level of care when each day, week, month there is a new face. How can they feel care if their room if not cleaned or dirty clothes remain for a duration of time. How can a resident feel a sense of love when majority of the time there is no one attentive when they don't remembering what to do. We have not been satisfied with GOG

Look elsewhere, weren't very understanding of my father. Booted him out for comments he made. Old people speak their mind and places and people who work there need to accept that and let it go in one ear out other. Still have not gotten back with us to pay my father back probably [amount removed] owed , won't respond to calls or return calls

We have been very disappointed with the overall experience, and the cleanliness. Also have been very disappointed with the quality of the care, the meals are disgusting and there are no activities. We pay a lot of money to have our loved one ignored. To have our loved one sit in a wet, dirty, diaper all day and send to bed that way. So when our loved one wakes up the wedding is covered with excrement's

My main concern is the check ins that they promise to do with the residents. Before mom moved in, they promised that they check in on loved ones four times a day. That doesn't happen and has never happened. Some days they check in on mom once a day, but she often goes several days in a row without a check in at all. I've talked to them about it numerous times and it just doesn't change. The food is terrible, my mom hates it. I end up taking food to her a lot of times. She doesn't want to eat there at all. They do have activities and mom seems happy with those. They also provide housekeeping services and do a good job with that. Overall, I would not recommend.

No staff scheduled per rules, new owners July horrible management and decrease in staff. Was told that the staff works unrealistic schedule And management doesn’t care. Resident care is horrible and sad.

Constant Flux in care staff. Always short staffed. Front desk often unattended and phones unanswered. Asst living director position continually changing or left unfilled. Client never attends activities as no one reminds, encourages or prompts when time. No creative programs to meet needs across interests. If client wasn't opposed to change, would move immediately.

Loved one was recently at this facility for rehab. Our experience was really bad. Lack of attention bordered on neglect. Long wait times for assistance after ringing call button. Nursing staff great, but CNA’s uninterested in helping patients, made our loved one feel like an imposition. Sanitation was an issue too; CNA’s did not always change gloves between patient rooms and masks not always worn either. Beautiful facility with lovely patient activities, but definitely has staffing issues.

This was a horrible experience for us. They mispresented themselves. The emergency cords don't work and nobody monitors it according to the staff. This all took place in the first week, and things went downhill for us. The clothes were misplaced and not even done for a few weeks, along with the bed linens. I ended up bringing my loved one home after such a bad experience and went against my expressed requests. There was a woman in the same unit that my loved one was in and this individual would spit in my loved one's face, and the staff would not do anything about it. The staff were supposed to check on my loved one every 15 minutes and that wouldn't happen.

I called on 01/08/2022 and notified the receptionist that my grandmother is sick and most likely has COVID. She had visted with my sister 3 days before who later tested positive. After a few more phone calls, I was told they did not have any COVID tests available and it will have to wait until Monday, 01/10/2022, when the executive director and head nurse return. In the meantime, she was quarantined. I called on Monday after lunch time to find out why she had not been visited by medical staff and what the status was on getting her COVID tested. I spoke to the executive director. She did not know anything about my calls on Saturday and stated there were plenty of COVID tests available. My grandmother was tested right away and, sure enough, she was positive. Keep in mind, this was 2 days after I originally notified them. No one can tell me why my previous calls were not taken more seriously .

My experience has been horrific. [name removed], the director, is so hateful. She has ignored emails asking about my mom’s weight gain and is extremely unprofessional . It’s way overpriced. My mom pays [amount removed] to go here and the staff treats me like I’m a red-headed step child. [name removed], the wellness director should not be over the care of my mom. She has a horrible attitude, is extremely mean. And unprofessional, and raised her voice at me and my husband and refused to listen to my mom’s son-in-law of 22 years. She’s a nut case! There has been extreme turnover here. Communication is horrible. No one gets messages. I would not recommend this place at all.

Our mom passed away here after falling as workers tried to put her in a wheelchair. She was in the previous place for several years but needed more care. Not a good place obviously.

My mom moved in two months ago. A few things have come up when I call I can’t get anyone to answer the phone and they said the phone is broken.and the ac keeps going out on her unit. when We visit the patients are always watching tv instead of activities. They have music performed. She likes that. My wife and I went to meet with the director but he was to busy. He said he would call me back but it’s been three weeks.It takes me and my sister and my brother to help out to pay for her rent.

We toured this community and it did not go well. They were late to do the tour and no one knew we had one scheduled. Overall it was a bad experience.

They put her in assisted living when I told them she needed memory care. She did not want to come back here and I told them that she was going to be moving out. They said that I would have had to have it in writing so I paid about 3 months and she was only here a week. They were not helpful or did not work with us. We did not have a good experience here and I would not recommend them to anybody looking.

Distinctive smell of urine upon entering. ED was nowhere to be found, when she did arrive, she was disinterested. Food was putrid during our lunch. Staff barely spoke English and was impossible for an older person to understand. Residents did not appear happy, most seemed bored. Awful lot of money for an aged facility. No thanks!

The community cheated us, they had to have my mom leave due to her condition but continued to charge us. They have not refunded us any of the money that they owe us. I would not recommend this community
