It is nice living here all people are nice and the staff is very helpful.

I would recommend this community to others. The caregivers that were coming to the house to assist our loved one recommended this community to us. We had no issues during my loved one's stay at Vitality Court.

We chose Atria Park of Baypoint Village because of our initial impression, it looked like there was better quality of care and it was a nicer facility. It was on the higher end of the pricing scale out of the ones that we were looking into. The room sizes here are more than adequate for a single person. I have eaten here twice and the food was pretty good. Overall, I would recommend it.

We chose Atria Elizabethtown because my dad was here for a while and we really liked the staff, they took good care of him. They also had availability when we needed it. The room sizes are adequate, she started out in a studio and now she is in a 1 bedroom that overlooks the lake and the outside garden area. The best part about the community has been the staff members, they make it feel comfortable and like home.

My father and I are both pleased with the facility. We are happy with the way they have handled covid and they adapted well. The rooms have plenty of space, a kitchenette, a balcony, and 2 closets I would recommend definitely this community.

My mother resides at Atria Stoneybrook. She is treated quite well and enjoys staff attention & care. The apartment is reasonably attractive and efficient. The food, however, seems to have gone down in quality since resident confinement to rooms during COVID-19 pandemic. (I overheard several other residents besides my mother saying this when porch wasn’t allowed.) I would be more flexible but my mother is paying high rent for her assisted living apartment & services.

The staff has been good, there have been some that got a little snippy. We let the community know, and this was taken care of. There are some aides that are dears. There are times that my loved one has needed extra care about open wounds, and the community tries to change the bandages, but the few times I have seen them change the bandages it was so tight, that I had to loosen the bandages for my loved one. The activities have been good, as far as working with the residents during COVID. They would bring puzzles and small activities for the residents to do in their room. The residents are starting to be able to socialize again out in the common areas. I feel this community has done an excellent job with COVID and keep and control of it.

The activities director at Brickmont community is very good, they have bingo, card games and exercise classes for the residents to participate in. The rooms at this community are pretty good in size, and the quality of the food is pretty good.

It is in a good location, staff friendly, I haven't had any problem with my mom being there. the room sizes are nice, the layout of the community is okay. They have a porch and a patio for outdoor space. My mom does not like the food.

The staff was the best part. They are very friendly and kind, very human. The bathrooms were way too small. The food was good. They had nice outdoor space for residents to use. Overall it was a positive experience.

The rooms provided at Brookdale are pretty good in size, the food was just okay. The staff that served the food in the dining room weren't very friendly, they didn't seem very interested in the job or the people. The building has a very nice appearance to it. The overall staff members are very warm and friendly.

We chose Atria because it had the proper memory care facilities for my mother. The room sizes are small. The food is nothing to rave about, it is very ordinary. My favorite part about this community has been the fact my mother and father are there together. I would recommend Atria Park of Lake Forest.

We haven't been in the facility since COVID, but it is a great place the staff is friendly as well as very attentive. It is very clean, the food seems very good. The head of the nursing staff is amazing, she is constantly following up on things and keeping us updated. It is a little on the pricey side, you get what you pay for. My parents really like participating in the activities they provide. The memory care side, have a variety of different activities such as. If it is national ice cream day, they would make ice cream. If it is national cookie day, they would make cookies. Since COVID the activities director makes sure to spend one on one time with each and ever residents.

Overall it is a really nice facility and the people are really friendly. The food has gone down hill since COVID. The activities prior to COVID they celebrated birthdays, happy hours, and keeping everyone involved.

Very nice. Would consider if we decide to do assisted living near me.

I think it is a good place. The food is okay, not great. The room sizes are really good. They have a front porch and an outdoor courtyard in the center of the building. They also have a veranda for residents to use. The staff has really improved recently.

It is a great place. My parents have been happy. The food okay. They have different floor plan. The care staff has been great. The administration is not easy to get a hold of. They have done a good job during Covid-19. My parents have felt safe.

this is a very nice place, but I dont think it is a good fit for my sister. I love the fact that the dining room is open all day and you can go in it when ever you want but my sister needs more structure.

Lovely - like a ski chalet - upscale. Outside pool/hot tub. Pool table, happy hour, lots of activities. chapel, bingo/card room, library. Have studio’s available - $2200 mth, plus Med package $500-700 month. Laundry/housekeeping included/cable. Needs bed, dresser, night stand, recliner, TV, small refrigerator. Dining room was amazing, guests can eat 2x mth or blot $66.09, lunch/dinner $10—very reasonable. Lots of green space/trees. Small exercise too. With recumbent bikes. Small dining room for family gatherings- 8 people it much larger activity room available for big celebrations. Care staff wear red shirts. Wide hallways for walkers, wheelchairs and motorized scooters.

This facility looks fantastic, but it is too far from home
