Ultimate Care Senior Living Management

My wife is very happy being apart of the assisted living community. They are taking care of her and they got her involved in some different types of therapy. The food is excellent. I eat with her twice a week and we enjoy the meals very much. We were looking for a one bedroom but we got a deluxe studio instead. There was not an available one bedroom at the time.

The property was very clean when I had taken my tour and everything was well presented by the staff member that showed us around the facility. She made sure to take her time with us and answer any questions we had for them with patience. The floor plan was open and was easy for the residents to navigate through which I was impressed with.

My aunt is still adjusting too her move to this community, but I'am pleased with all they have done for us. I wish she would take advantage of the resources they have available, but hopefully with time she will. The staff is good at encouraging her to get involved in the community. I haven't met one unpleasant person at this community. Everybody is very attentive, and kind. She loves the food, the meals are nice. They do a good job with the cleanliness. The community looks nice, and bright. Her room is nice, and well-kept. I know she is safe, and in good community, and I would recommend it.

I liked this community when I visited. The staff I met were nice and the community was clean. This community was one of our top choices, however they are not able to give insulin shots.

I really liked the floor plan at this community and how open everything was. They have a great activity program for all of the residents to enjoy throughout the week as well as a wonderful dinning experience. The staff where very helpful to us on our tour and made sure to provide my loved one and I with great information. Overall it was just not the right location for my father in the end decision.

[Removed] of The Bristal was excellent. She was the only representative of a facility that sent ALL the pertinent information on the first request. There is still one facility that has not been forthcoming with this information despite two requests. The response has been an invitation to tour the facility. The initial phase of signing and moving in has been fine, and dealing with management and the staff has been very good. Honorable mention to [Removed] who has worked diligently to make my mother's transition as seamless as possible. I'm very pleased with the process.

I have no complaints about the stay my mother had at this community. She was only there for a short period of time but she really enjoyed her self while she was there. The staff did a great job with providing activities for her throughout the week and served great meals too all of the residents. Overall we where pleased with her experience and would recommend it to anyone.

My father is still adjusting to this community, but I do feel he is in a very safe community. It has been a transition for the family with my father's move to this community. We do know he is in good hands, and receiving good care. They have a good staff. The director is very good. They are very responsive, and great with their communication. They have a lot of resources available for the residents. This is a community I would recommend, it is working out well for my family.

We toured this community when looking for my dad and it was nice. The meals looked good.The issue we had is there was no set price. There we additional costs for certain amenities.They wanted us to get an evaluation with the doctor before moving in and the price could have changed between that time because of care needs. We felt that the cost was too flexible for someone on a fixed income.

This a lovely community, and I'am satisfied with my aunts move to this community. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. She is still adjusting to the routine around the community, but they have a good staff. They are treating her well. The community looks beautiful. This community has a good reputation around town, and I would recommend it.

I have no complaints about the staff and the information they had given me about there facility. They offer a 3 a day meal plan and also have many activities available for all of the residents to participate in during the week. They have a housekeeping team to help with the weekly chores and maintain a clean building.

Very nice tour. Everyone was very kind, and welcoming. The facility looked nice. It was a good experience.

Everything has been going great here. Dad is getting adjusted well. All has been good and he likes it. The staff has been doing a good job. They do offer activities for the residents to enjoy.

I have no complaints my mom had wonderful care in the Reflection Program that is offered here. They were willing to accommodate the family and understood the situation. In the beginning they called me to explain their program and when I toured I saw good attitude from the staff and saw that the program is what she needed for dementia. It's not constant care but also not a nursing facility. During her respite my mom enjoyed the meals and the staff said she had a good appetite.

It seemed nice but the area is not nice. While touring I thought it was just not as nice. It seemed to be run very well by staff. The residents seemed happy from what I saw. They were very good with the tour.

This is a nice community, and my tour went well. From what I saw everything looked clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and kind. There rates were a bit expensive for our budget. It was a good experience, and my tour was pretty decent.

I really liked this community. My sisters and I got a good feeling from the place. Everyone was nice. The rooms are beautiful. I did notice there were no windows to look out and the lighting seemed to be dim throughout the facility.

My mother is doing very well here at this community. It is a very beautiful facility. They do a very good job with keeping the community nice and clean. The dining area is wonderful, it is just like a restaurant. She is pleased with the food. There are wonderful activities offered. They have been very informative. I know she is safe and enjoying her time here.

My mother moved into the Bristal in East Northport in August 2015. She was having difficulty getting around her large home and had given up driving the year before. She moved into a lovely one bedroom apartment that she decorated with her furniture and all her treasures from home. She loves her apartment, it is cozy, homey, and a perfect size for her. It is still large enough for friends and family to visit. The amenities that come with living at the Bristal have made her life so much easier. The girls that clean her apartment and do her laundry do a wonderful job and mom has grown very fond of them. Having to give up driving was one of the hardest adjustments mom has had to make. The Bristal bus and wonderful driver has given mom a sense of independence once again. She does her banking, food shopping, trips to Macy's, Chico'a as well as lunch outings. Mom has an outgoing personality who loves to interact with others. She has become friends with many of the other residents and enjoys the company of all the staff members. The staff are all friendly and caring individuals. Her days are filled with activities and social interaction. Although mom had to leave a home she loved and many dear friends ( she still sees them ) she has made a new and wonderful life living at the Bristal. We do not worry about her living alone anymore .
