Ultimate Care Senior Living Management

My Dad is in the reflections unit and has been very happy there for almost 2 years. The staff have all been very caring and supportive. It has been a relief for me and the family knowing that he is in the best of care. We just attended the thanksgiving family day and had a great time. Thank you to [name removed] and staff for putting together great music ,food ,fun and a fun day. My Dad really enjoyed the music and was responsive to all of it. [Names removed]

My mother has transitioned much better than I thought due to the wonderful people that have given her the extra care and help she needs at this stage of her life. Her daily Bingo game is the highlight of her day and she is finally making friends. Proof of that was the other day on her birthday i walked into her room and it was filled with cards and flowers from other residents. She has gained some much needed weight and her only complaint is she has to wait sometimes for her escort due to the fact that she is in a wheelchair 50% of the time. She also loves going to the casino-wish it was more than once a month!!

Very nice. Loved the movie theater, choice of family dining rooms, residences happy. However, it's too far and doesn't have enough support.

My mom is a resident of The Bristal White Plains and has been there for almost a year. At the beginning we had some settling in issues but overall it is a great place. It could use some updating in decor and food choices which I expect will be happening shortly. The new Executive Director is quite an improvement-[Name removed] has been responsive and attentive to my mom's needs and responds to requests and emails in a timely manner. Another standout is [Name removed] in the wellness center who has made my mom's stay there alot more comfortable and her nuring care in regards to my mom is outstanding. [Name removed] is the new head of the Wellness Center and a hugh improvement compared to the prior employee. She as well returns calls/emails and is responsive to my mom's needs.

I am writing this on behalf of a new resident at the Bristal. She asked me to say that she truly feels at home and loves this new adventure in her life!

The Bristal was at the higher end of the facilities we visited and had the nicest facility from a design perspective. The Director was very nice and stayed in touch with me by phone before and after our visit. The price was a bit high for our budget considering that every additional service would add on costs (medication management, insulin would be more as it was considered diabetes management, etc.) Beyond the cost, we barely saw any residents so it was difficult to get a feel for the "culture' of what it would be like to live there.

The facility was beautiful. The person who showed me the facility answered all my questions. But it was not the right fit for my Dad. The facility was a bit more luxurious a place than he would be comfortable in, and the costs were at the higher end.

The place is nice, but we just heard [name removed] the Rec Director is leaving. She is the best and we love her. Not sure how mom will do once she leaves. Find a way to keep her.

Beautifully appointed community right on the LIE service road.

Clean and airy. [Name removed] was very helpful and greeted everyone she met enthusiastically. Took her time with me and answered all questions thoroughly. Most competitive regarding price and costs. No entrance fee and offered $1000 off monthly rent.

Very well organozed and clean. Built specifically for assisted living and it showed. Seemed expensve compared to others perhaps because of location

Beautiful lay out, very spacious, game room, theater room, pool, resident rooms very spacious, lots of activities, love the daily trips on the bus. Residents all were happy and very out going.

[Name removed] was very informative and helpful and honest. I think it would be great for Mom. Only wish she agreed!!! There are services every Shabbat and news discussions every day.

Liked the facility, rooms are very small. The staff seemed lovely and many activities for residents. Did not feel like an assisted living facility.

My mother is very happy at The Bristal. I just love [Removed], the director. She is fantastic. She's such a lovely person, and she has been working very hard to get the programs running in the community. I hope that the activities here become more diversified as they develop. As of now, there are activities, but not a huge array of choices. The food is very good, but I often need to remind the staff that my loved one does have special dietary needs and that they need to be sure her food is cut up very small. Otherwise, the community is beautiful, it's clean, and everyone seems very happy there. We are very pleased.

Mom is doing very well since moving here. She is very busy most of the time doing the activities they offer she has made some friends. She loves the food here. The location is perfect it is not very far me where I live so I can visit as often as I like. The staff is nice very friendly makes you feel welcome when you're there.

My dad has recently made the move into this community and so far I have no complaints of how things are going for him. The staff are attentive to his needs and I am comfortable with him in there care. He is really enjoying the meals the chef has prepared for him and the dinning experience with the other residents. They have a great activity program with lots of things to keep them busy throughout the day. Overall I am pleased with this place and would recommend it to anyone.

We toured The Bristal at Woodcliff Lake and it is a very large and overwhelming community. It was clean and well-kept. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They answered all of the questions we had for them. We chose another community for a more intimate setting for my mom.

The Bristol at Lynbrook was a beautiful community. It was very lovely in appearance and the way it was decorated. The tour they gave us was very informative, The staff was friendly and it was clean and well-kept. We chose a community due to affordability.

I was looking for a one bedroom for my wife. I saw the assisted living area and it looked very nice and vibrant. After seeing other communities we felt this was not the right fit.
