Ultimate Care Senior Living Management

My dad was living at the Bristal Westbury for the last six months he was alive. The staff and facilities were fantastic. He had a great apartment, excellent food and care and was able to maintain his independence. He also made some great friends. Wish he would have lived longer so he could have enjoyed the community even more.

They do a great job here. Everything is always clean and nice looking, the staff are very friendly, and we've been very happy with all of the services they provide. We toured several options in the area and this one was the best by far, we would recommend it.

The attention was phenomenal. She had a very tough time adjusting, and they were wonderful with her. They would call me several times a week and they would send text messages with pictures of her participating in the different activities. She wasn't there long, but I couldn't have asked for care that made me more comfortable. The nurses and the social worker especially were unbelievably good.

We were most impressed with the staff: extremely professional and helpful on every aspect of the process. Beautiful facility in an excellent location for a person who wants to maintain independence.

The Bristal is a beautiful place that my mom now calls home. It has modern décor and lovely rooms with lots of windows in which to do activities. The apartment in which she lives is spacious with lots of natural light and very safe. She keeps snacks in her room but eats in the dining room with others. From my mom's feedback, the food is good. They even check to make sure she gets to breakfast by knocking on her door in the mornings. The staff seems patient and excited to be there. They know where my mom is at all times and they take great care of her. The place just opened and they have less than half the residents living there. More come daily. Once The Bristal is completely full, it will be interesting to see how the staff handles things. Since it is new, there was an initial issue with the cable connections. The director of maintenance was right on top of things. He stopped in the hall to talk to my mom and I about the problem and was so warm and friendly. He apologized for the cable issue (although it was really temporary) and had the issue resolved when he said it would be. By the way, this was on a Sunday.

My mother seems very happy there. Their care level isn't all inclusive, but it seemed like they have a calendar that seems to have a lot of activities, movies twice a day, and outings once in a while. The woman we dealt with was extraordinary, she made me feel very comfortable and I didn't feel like I was putting my mother some wehere they could lose her. She hasn't really complained about anything. I found the staff to be extremely accommodating.

This is a brand new community, and so far Mom loves it. Everything is immaculate, and I haven't noticed any start-up issues or hiccups, which is a great sign. Mom has been enjoying all of the staff and residents getting to know each other together, since it is so new. The staff are all friendly, and on top of things, and the activities seem great. The price was also lower than other places I looked at, better service at a lower price.

My mom recently moved into the Bristal at Westbury. The staff has been very attentive and has overseen the transition of my mother to her first assisted living situation. As issues have come up, the management has patiently responded to my and my mother's concerns. The entire building is "spic and span" clean and spotless, and there is a pleasant atmosphere throughout. My mom has enjoyed some of the group activities and has found the meals to be delicious. It has been a tremendous relief to have her medication managed by the Bristal and have her doctor and physical therapist available on site.

A wonderful facility. It is bursting with color and residents seem well cared for and comfortable in their surroundings.

Very friendly, nice place. Requires $1,000 deposit and one month rent to cover 'fees.' Need to find more economical option, although this place exceeded my expectations.

Great place

I met with the Director. The facility was very nice, clean, staff was very friendly, the suite she picked would be a nice size for my inlaws. The price seemed reasonable. The menu had a nice variety to choose from.

Very nice talks with staff. Smaller and may be great for mom. Mom wants to visit here.

The place was gorgeous and both my Aunt and Uncle loved it.

The room options are great-each with their own private bathroom whether you are in a private room or share a suite. Big windows and very comfortable. The staff demonstrates that they truly care for my mother or any resident at the Bristal. They always show her respect and love and my mother constantly praises them. The activities vary and my mother participates in everything! She is never bored and hardly in her room which is one of the best aspects of the Bristal. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is beautiful. It is truly a home for her!

The staff at the East Northport Bristal is always kind. They always have a smile on their faces and are genuinely sweet and loving to my mom. The facility is ALWAYS spotless and beautiful to live in or visit. The only area I see occasional improvement for is the food. It is not always hot and more fresh veggies needed. The personal care and overall facility is excellent.
