Good overall. Some areas could be improved. Would recommend for the price.

I feel very safe here, and I'm mostly paying for that, as I have personal reasons involving my safety. I love that this is a locked building with an overnight security person. I would have rated almost everything higher but I think the quality of food is very below average. The cooks are not experienced and I'm told that the former chef served wonderful meals. He has passed away and the old-timers here say the food has really gone down! Everyone seems to think the food should be way better for a 'Five-Star' facility. There's a great deal of turnover and many of the servers and kitchen help is expected to do it all. I also feel that our BG bus is too limited for medical visits, with only two days per week allowed. There are far too many residents to have to try to keep their appointments on either Tuesday or Thursday! The other days are Monday for shopping and banking, etc., Wednesday until noon for errands, etc., and on Friday usually an out of town trip is scheduled for a casino, etc. I think the laundry facilities leave much to be desired. Even today, I had to make several trips to find a vacant washer, and I'll be up until way late tonight by the time I can have them dried.

I was in a terrible time bind and really had few options for Dad. They jumped into action and made suggestions, offered advice and ensured we could get him into a place quickly! We got him into a temporary unit while the permanent one was set up. I could not have been any happier with the service and time given to me and the situation I was thrown into. Plus Dad is now really enjoying his new home!! Thank you!!

What we like the most about Overland Park Place is that there is a lot of opportunities to connect with other residents. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Overall, I am satisfied with the experience. The caring staff is really caring and establish genuine human contact, which is the most important.

It's a very nice place, comfortable, people are friendly, staff are very accommodating. I highly recommend Overland Park Place to anyone looking for retirement living.

The weekend staff does not always respond quickly to my Dads buzzer. He is a level 3 meaning he needs help with all transfers and so is dependent on someone to help him go anywhere or get things . The building is clean, Dad had to raise some hell to get his room on the cleaning schedule. Everyone is friendly enough. I feel most of the employees do a good job. Dad isn't always happy with the meals. The activity directors come and go quickly. My dad loves bingo- so in between directors, the residents do it on a schedule themselves. it is very expensive so I wish some of the help were more responsive on the weekends. Overall- I would pick Tiffany Springs again though

It is nice that there are all private rooms on the unit where my Mom lives. They have daily activities to engage and stimulate the residents that are quite varied.

I recently visited my sister and find her apartment very nice and the staff friendly. They recently have a new chef and she is interested in the residents opinion and found the food appealing. I find the elderly hard to deal with so each have their own opinions whether it be nice or not.

It was more homey than [community name removed]. There were a couple of ladies there who tried to make friends with mom, that was nice. I am not sure we would recommend this community to others, it would maybe depend on the health of the person going in and if that person would be willing to participate in the activities Then it would be an okay place to stay better than [community name removed]but not as nice as [community name removed]. As I remember the time when mom was there , there would be a lot of pros and cons

Morningside of Sterling is visually attractive inside and out and I would recommend the facility to other families.

Many residents to have left because of no proper care or assisted living. New residents pay less than long time residents. Need more activities after dinner at 7:00 PM.

The overall experience, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff has all been positive, positive, and positively awesome. My mother-in-law is currently in independent living, but she really needs to go to assisted because of her dementia. But there is not an assisted room available. Food is amazing !!!! A few more activities would be nice. Not everyone plays cards. Cost is pretty similar to every other place

The staff at Jefferson Manor are wonderful, very friendly and helpful!! There seems to be a big turn over in some areas, but there are some constants. They know my parents and talk to them a lot. The housekeeping is one of the areas that had lots of turn over, they have 2 great ones now, very pleasant and efficient. The food is fair and they really don't like dinner at 4:30, they are used to 6:00. Jefferson Manor only has one elevator, so when that goes out, it's a BIG deal for my mom. That is a concern for our family, since they are on the second floor. We all are overall very happy with "the Manor," as my parents call it.

My loved one is currently a resident at Park Place of West Knoxville and is adapting. The staff have been great. The facility seems well maintained. My loved one has commented on them being short staffed, but I think that was a temporary issue. The other residents seem friendly. The facility offers numerous activities that seem to be interesting and fun. They are flexible with the food schedule and take out/delivery options. The cost seems fair to me. This was quite an adjustment for my loved one, but he seems to be doing well.

Very friendly place to live. I use an electronic chair and the facility allow me to be able to move around comfortably as well as in my apartment ! There’s plenty of activities to keep you visit as well as the transportation services and the friendliness of the staff!

The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make sure you know you matter. As far as the food goes, I think they could offer healthier choices for meals and have better quality food. Overall I would recommend Church Creek to others looking.

My husband and I have been here a little less than 2 weeks and are very pleased so far. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Most residents have been friendly and welcoming. I am looking forward to getting more involved in activities.

The staff is absolutely great they are patient, cheerful, and kind. They always acknowledge you and tell you hi! I really enjoy the staff overall and having them run and help in the community and serve the residents.
