The steadily declining sues and activities are making MP a very unattractive place to live. Staff member disappear and mgt says "I don't like to give you too much information" Would not recommend MP to anyone and since the 2 incidents of bedbugs, my family agrees and are actively exploring other options, none with this company. No TV again, off on 4-6 weeks

They are short staffed, the food is bad, and the once a week apartment cleaning is more like once every 6 months I moved my mother to [facility name removed] about 6 months ago.

Our dad's experience has been less than satisfying. I've not found the management to be too responsive or proactive in his care. We have thought about moving him several times as he has been very unhappy. But so far we have not. It's just really sad that he doesn't have excellent care and service for what he's paying.

Caregivers were great. Administrators were disorganized, unresponsive and changed frequently. No follow thru with issues. Seemed to not care about problems. Clean except when the housekeeper became a care tech. They couldn't get a replacement so she went back to housekeeper. Care techs excellent. Med techs so so. RN supervision sketchy. There was constant food and snacks. Good quality and amounts. Activities - Bingo, Bingo, Bingo. In memory care all they did was nail care and bingo. Kept saying they would go on outing to aquarium or zoo but never materialized. As far as value, they all cost about the same. After trying to work through the problems and seeing they really didn't care enough to follow thru on their commitments. We transferred him to <name removed> in January. Except for the food he and we are much happier.

I would tell others looking into Vitalia Active Adult Community North Royalton to get a lawyer to look into the contract. The administration needs to be available to discuss any issues. I would not recommend this facility to other families.

Some rules change depending on who you talk too. Be careful not to get charged for things that they say are included. Some people working in cafeteria will tell you that they don't have somethings and then give it to other residents they prefer. Not many snacks provided. Sometimes office workers will hide in office so they do not have to answer a question. Don't pay for covered parking, there are too many birds that nest there. Not very many activities. Is pretty clean and outside is well taken care of. If you like quiet then it is a good place to be. Most people are friendly.

Hudson Grande has been struggling to keep staff. They are just now starting to call my mother by name. One of their activities is run by a resident. We asked that mom be woken up for activities and they insist that she prefers to sleep. Not sure if that's her disease progression or what. She is in memory care now, but very healthy and mobile with a walker. Hudson recently got new admin person, not sure of title. And their rent went up! One of us 7 kids goes nearly ever day. We have yet to have anyone respond to the emergency cord pulled in less than 45 mins because mom had an accident. And, they keep giving her other people's laundry when her name is in all her clothes.

Beautiful new facility but not enough care for residents in Memory Care. Residents getting out of locked unit. Need more activities for residents and better food quality. Very disappointed with the care & service we received.

Memory care unit is not good. no activities and food is never on time and always COLD!!!!!!! It is just sad. I would not recommend Wildwood Senior Living to others. I am so sad I picked this place for my mother!

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. My mother was there for 5 months. Her room was not kept clean. The communication with the staff was beyond inadequate. In my mother's final days of life Hospice prescribed comfort care meds and the staff at the Wellington neglected to keep her meds on schedule and she went over 17 hours without comfort care on 2 occasions. I will say that some of the staff, including [name removed] , were extremely supportive and caring. But the overall Administrative staff were extremely poor at communication. I would hate for other families to have to endure the experience we did.

Wasn't told the truth about what the apartment had. The sidewalk patio was really cracked. The cement on the driveway is very poor. Food is very mediocre. Housekeeping not up to par. All windows were extremely dirty when we moved in. Need more variety in activites. Expect more for the price.

The staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the activities are all very good at The Westbury Senior Living. The reason why we had to leave was because my mom was in a wheelchair and she kept falling and the physical needs were just too much for them to take care of her. So I would say if you're a family that has a loved one that needs to go there that can walk but just has dementia issues or can go to the Assisted Living part and can walk and talk, then it's a great place. In our case with my mom, it wasn't that we didn't like the place. They just weren't able to take care of her physical needs not being able to walk, and she really didn't fit in mentally with the Memory Care unit. She needed Skilled Nursing, and the facility said that they could accommodate her needs. That just wasn't the case.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Wellington Senior Living. Overall, our experience at this facility has been poor. So much to say. Long story short, I would not recommend this facility to family and friends.

I am not sure what comes with the room charge because "care fee" is outrageous once they have your loved one in their facility. The current care fee is going up by 296%. Who can afford that kind of increase? The company Arrow Senior Living Management is all about the profits and not about the care of the residents. Their point system is out of wack and unfortunately it is legal for them to do it. There is not cap on how much they can charge. The assessments are done every 3 months so watch for your invoices to rise for things that should be included in room rates over [removed] a month.

They have a whole new staff - it is terrible and they all cover each other by lying. There has been a lot of turnover so they have a lot of contracted staff. I would not recommend it. When I toured them they told me they did skilled nursing and they could do whatever the individual requires - they already put my dad out because they cannot care for him. They do not follow through with they told us in the beginning. No skilled nursing, no hoyer lifts nothing.

We toured with University Senior Living and it was just totally not for us. The staff were very kind and did their best - but the room sizes here were SO small. They were like college dorm rooms. It was just not where I wanted my loved one to be, he would feel too contained.

We were very impressed with the facility, the meals and dining services was excellent and the staff members were super nice. They were super good about signing all the papers and explaining all the care that was going to be given to our loved one - however once our loved one moved in it was nothing that we expected. Our loved one was supposed to go on walks twice a day and they did not do that. There was supposed to be someone there every time our loved one bathed and no one was ever there. There was supposed to be someone to change their leg bandages daily and during the weekends that did not happen.

I toured Carriage Court and my experience wasn't very nice.

Our family was told we could have an in person tour, and when we arrived at the community because of covid we were not allowed to see the community. That was off putting right away, and the person we were speaking with was not prepared for any questions. It was just an off putting experience.

The community is not as advertised. They don't follow through with what is promised. They publish an activities calendar but then dont follow through with the activities. I would not recommend this community to others
