The tour that we got from Carriage Court was great. We got to eat lunch and it was very good and we got all sorts of little gifts. While touring I noticed I did not see any aides in the hallways which was strange to me. We took my loved one here and after assessing, it seemed like they were not interested and wanted someone who was more independent. We did not get a call back from them until my loved one was already placed.

They were real flexible with us. They were able to transfer my loved one to a sister facility after a few weeks to be closer to her spouse. They were very accommodating and we appreciated it.

We chose Mallard Point because of the cottage arrangement they have set up. They have cottages that are separate from the main building and they are very large with an attached garage. The staff has been super friendly and helpful so far. We would recommend them to others who are looking.

This community just didn't seem to be what my husband needed. The tour was good just not what we needed for my loved one.

We were very pleased with The Madison, and out of all the communities we were exposed to they treated our loved one the best. Our of 5 stars The Madison gets 10. At times due to his dementia he was not the most well behaved but they treated him with dignity and were so patient.

We went with Montvale Estates because of the cleanliness and the ambiance of the facility, is has a very nice atmosphere. We like the apartment that he was shown and we were given a sample menu during our tour and it looked great. He enjoys playing bingo, going to concerns, and ice cream socials. The food is excellent, they are chef prepared meals and they have a nice variety. He really feels like he gets personalized service here. We would absolutely recommend to others.

I chose The Westbury because it was brand new in November when I moved in, I have a one bedroom apartment that was bigger than other facilities I checked into, and I just really liked the staff members. The staff is really excellent, I lived in a different facility before so I have something to compare them to, they are just super. I would definitely recommend to others.

We went with Vitalia Senior Residences because they were very personable from the start. While I was thinking about mom to go to a home, they would drop friendly cards but they were not pushy with me at all. The facility is clean, they were up front with everything, the rooms are a very nice size. The staff are extremely friendly, every single one of them is just fantastic and they treat you like you are at home. They always know who we are when we walk in, even when we had masks on. They know my mother personally and what her likes and dislikes are. The staff decorate the residents doors and always recognize their birthdays to make them feel special. They stress that you bring furniture from home so that your loved one will feel more at home. They are also a pet friendly facility as well. I would absolutely recommend them, my mom is thriving here and very happy. She is getting great care.

The aids do an awesome job. The kitchen is awesome. We compliment them everyday. They got my loved ones weight up.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The Township is the most active and independent community that we looked at and this was important. It didn't feel like a nursing home and it felt more like a high end hotel when we walked in. The staff have been good to deal with if we have questions or concern about our loved one. The housekeeping could use a better job and not just cleaning down the middle of the room. The menu is the same and this is the biggest concern for my loved ones. It would be nice to a rotation of menus for the residents in the dining room. Some of the activities are mystery, religious services and more for the residents to choose from.

Our tour at Vitalia Westlake was excellent. It was different than anywhere else I’ve been. The climate of friendliness is top notch. The staff were very nice people and very informative. If you had a question, they could answer it or they would get right back to you.

The Vitalia Rockside community is fitting our needs so far, it is a relaxing community and the staff have been really friendly and attentive to our moms needs. So far we are finding everything to be very positive.

We would highly recommend the Montvale Estates to other families searching for their loved ones, we are very proud and happy our loved one is here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our loved one always tells us about the three meals he is eating and how well he is eating and we are very jealous. He can only participate in a few activities due to his hearing, but he never misses a bingo day or ice cream social.

I would recommend to go to this community. If you have some one in need I would for sure go here. It is the best one that I have seen hands down. My mother is in the memory unit and they are magnificent with her. They have activities like singing, dancing, and non denominational prayer- reflection time. They also have gardening and so many more activities for the residents to do to stay busy. They take pictures of the residents and post in on there private page for the families to see. They encourage activity and my mom is happy here and is blossoming.

The staff are great and the food is really good. I don't get to see the activities when I am there but I know that they do have things for the residents to do. This is a very good place for your loved one to go. The care services are great and they do their best with all that they do for the residents.

We toured with Vitalia and the facility is very nice and brand new, it looks like a ski lodge. It is very fancy, they even had digital photos loaded on a screen in front of each residents door that they can upload pictures.

Our family had an in person tour and this community is just beautiful, it was a wonderful tour. The lobby is like walking into a fabulous. We toured the memory care side and as beautiful and spacious the rooms were, we did not see residents out and about interacting with one another. Everyone was just in their rooms and we wanted our loved one to have that human interaction and stimulation.

We have no negatives to say about this community, they were great the community was kept clean and the staff were very friendly. The food and activities were find and we would recommend this community to other families.

I think the staff has been spectacular. The medical care has been great. I think they really go out of their way to make my parents feel comfortable and happy. And the food is important. My parents tell me they love the food. My dad struggles with eating sometimes, and they're doing everything they can to help my dad eat. They call me almost every day to give me a report. It's expensive, but we're getting great service. And relative to everyone else, their cost is in the same ballpark.

We had a great tour. The facility was absolutely beautiful. It was just a little pricier than we were expecting.
