Nice, friendly community. Everyone seems well trained and helpful. Could ask for nicer employees to everyone. They have gone the extra mile for us.

The facility is excellent. The rooms are a great size. Their style of cafeteria type food with the menu is great as well. The amenities and what they have available such as movie room, food and drink station for after hours etc. is great. It is very secure. The only negative I have is just the fact that it is so expensive. Overall I would recommend them to others.

We had a very positive tour experience with The Boulevard Senior Living of Wentzville. It was a really nice place and would have been a good fit, but my father in law is 88 and we did not feel comfortable with him driving this far to visit.

Be patient, and let your loved one adjust to the new setting. The staff is willing to listen to your concerns. Overall I think they do a great job.

Based on our families experience so far we would highly recommend Vitalia Active Adult Community. It is a very beautiful community, it is very appealing, it is very clean and both staff and residents are very friendly. It offers so much and a tremendous amount of activities all throughout the day and our loved one has really started to shine. However we do know staffing is a struggle and so because of that the meals have really gone down hill since our loved one has moved in. Not all the meals but the dinners at times can be almost inedible.

My mother was in assisted living and it was a great place for her. She was able to eat and avoid her allergies and eat healthy food. The staff was very attentive and caring. It was very clean and lots to do

Wow, The Princeton Senior Living includes so much at a reasonably rate. I have toured the building with [name removed] and [name removed] and think they are wonderful ladies and think the whole community is great, they have so many events, gym, fitness center, pool so you can discover a world of life-enhancing amenities and services for seniors in Lee's Summit, Missouri. They said that they have maid service once a week and everything is included in the price which makes it so much easier for me when I do my bills. Perfect destination for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care for seniors, our pet-friendly community offers personalized support and assistance with the activities of daily living, as well as a full menu of everyday activities and special events to enjoy. The food is so awesome. If you are looking for place to settle after retirement than I recommend Princeton Senior Living. The place is new and it is beautiful place for my mother to age in place within a loving community.

I want to offer my sincere thanks to [name removed] and the other staff at Carriage Court in Hilliard, when my sister and I were looking for a retirement home for her. As many know, this is a difficult choice to make and all of them were enormously helpful to us! Not only did she answer all of our questions with openness and candor, she answered questions that we should have asked, as well as offering sound advice. [She] was wonderfully attentive to us in every way. Carriage Court is a very attractive retirement facility and reminds one of southern plantation architecture, very gracious and pretty, complete with rocking chairs on the porch. Thank you for the excellent and thorough tour, including lunch in your dining room. I was especially impressed that your staff called every resident by name.

We chose The Madison Senior Living mostly because of the location and it just felt right after a visit with them. What has stuck out most about this facility is the friendliness of all the staff members.

The community was very helpful with additional information, details and questions the family had about the facilities. My loved one has dietary restrictions and the community was able to accommodate their dietary and mobility needs.

The staff members at The Boulevard Senior Living are absolutely fantastic. Our loved one loves the meals and dining service - it is very much like a restaurant style dining service so our loved one can sit down at a nice table, order his own food which is made fresh. Our loved one has not been able to participate in the activities yet but every time we come to visit we see so many different fun things going on. They also have this great Facebook page where you can check in on what is going on. The value is great - it is actually lower costing then what we were paying at a previous community and yet we are receiving so much more - at the end of the date it is completely worth it.

It's a community that offers independent living, which is like living in an apartment. It's a community for people 55 and up. There has been no complaints. Everything is pretty well so far. Everyone is friendly. They are working on building a clubhouse, which will include food and activites. The value for the money is worth it. There is no long term contract. They are still doing construction, so it's not complete yet.

My loved one is getting very good care, and I am very satisfied.

All categories get 5 stars minus the food which gets a 4. They seemed to be out of items often....very slow and sometimes you didn't get everything ordered. The facility itself is very clean and new. We have been overall pleased with the experience.

The community is clean but we do not believe they actually dust our loved ones room. Based on our loved one the meals are a hit or miss on quality.

The staff was wonderful. My loved one loved the food, which was good. They don't have too many activities, available for the residents. They had a room availble when we needed it. It was clean, nice, and the staff was great.

Our family had an in person tour and it was nice, but expensive and tiered

They did a very through job at getting to know my mom and stepdad and identify what their needs were before they moved in. Because of that, I feel their needs are now being well met, which gives me a lot of confidence and comfort knowing they're being well taken care of. The facility is awesome. I was really impressed by how much technology and safeguards they have in place that we did not experience with another home. For instance, they have a device they put between the mattress and box spring to monitor breathing, heartrate, getting up and down in the night, etc. They also have an infrared monitor in the room that can tell if somebody is on the floor or bent over for a prolonged amount of time. And we got to see that in action. It registered my mom when she was bending over for a while unpacking, and the staff came to check on her to make sure she was okay.

Compared to other places, it was less expensive. I am pleased with the value for the money. We picked this location because of, the location, what they offered, it was a bit of a smaller communty, and I liked the sizes of the rooms, and bathroom.

I was very impressed with University Living in Ann Arbor. Very nice place and people, but it was only a tour so much harder to say what the real deal would be. My father had more unique behavioral issues. For assisted living or more typical memory care it appeared to be a wonderful value, great location near best hospital in the state, beautiful modern surroundings.
