5's across the board, except my mom didn't participate in activities and one chef wasn't' good. .

The dining room could be more well kept , it was a time in which they had not swept the floor. My loved one likes the food. They can eat from 7am to 7pm, and there is no assigned tables, and you can order off the menu, and the food is served by servers, which is similiar to a restaurant. It's very nice, and my loved one loves the community. It's diferent tha any other place, and feels like a resort. I really like, how accomodating they have been. It feels like home.

They have been wonderful, my mother in law can be difficult at times. The staff has handled everything wonderfully with grace and are very caring. Making it much easier for our family to know that she is in great hands and safe.

Care services: is 4. Only because my mom says that "they are on their phones" when they come to see her and that makes her nervous. I've never seen this phenomenon myself, and I always have great interactions with them: Comfort Care that is. I told her that maybe they are just checking in and out, as required by their jobs. Not sure on that.

The staff is very friendly, very patient, and willing to work with your loved one. Everything is nice and clean, it appears to be very organized. In regards to transportation, they always take my father and are with him, there are no problems there. Everything to me is excellent!

This is a very good community. The community has restaurant dining, and this makes it nice if a resident has allergies, as they can pick and choose what they want. The food is really good as well. The staff communication is really good and they are responsive to the family's questions. Fitness classes, coffee and chat, movies, water aerobics. outings, and more are some of the activities offered to the residents.

Vitalia Senior Residences is probably the best community my loved one has lived at, out of all the places in Cleveland!

The staff at Carriage Court are very friendly, helpful and professional. The facility is very nice and inviting. Would highly recommend them.

The community is very good, however; my loved one has not been there that long. Overall, it has been a good experience.

Even though my Mom wasn't at Carriage Court long, and never met their definition of 'independent' for assisted living, the staff were flexible, courteous, and understanding. My sister's, especially, were appreciative of the care and attention Mom received during her stay.

I would rate the Princeton top notch. I would tell them it is working well for us and have zero complaints at all.

Our family had an in person tour and immediately we were sold - on Friday's they have happy hours and from what we could see of the food and they way it smelled it was fantastic. Great quality meals. The cleanliness of the community also really stood out

I loved Vitalia. I thought the layout was great. And I Liked that they had food available all day, not just at specific mealtimes. It was just too expensive.

This was our favorite, but Mom couldn't afford it.

My mom was a resident at The Princeton for a short time before her recent passing. The care she received from the staff was amazing. My mom was a woman that prided herself on how she looked: hair done, lipstick on, clothes clean, shoes white, nails done. While at The Princeton, they made sure she looked like best. She participated in activities and spent time in the common area with the other residents (which she never did at the senior living community she moved from) and was so happy. She ate very well and actually gained a few pounds. Thank you to [name removed], the director, and her wonderful team!

Vitalia in North Olmsted is by far the nicest assisted living facility I have ever seen. Spotless, modern, and tasteful. The staff was wonderful to our family member. He started in independent living but quickly became sicker and had to move to assisted. The staff went above and beyond to move his belongings to the assisted room so it would be ready when he was discharged from the hospital. It was a bit more expensive than some other facilities we looked at, but so much nicer than any others in the area.

I would 100% recommend not only using "A Place for Mom" to help the family find the right placement but I also cannot even provide enough positive things about The Madison. All of the personnel are so nice and helpful to mom. They go out of their way to keep her engaged in the community and to listen to any issues she has. Mom was set that she was going to not enjoy the move but her quality of health and her mental health has improved so much.

It is a very clean modern facility with nice size units. The food is better than average compared to other facilities. Management was very understanding to the changes in my mother-in-law's health which required her to go into assisted-living.

My mother at age 96 reluctantly agreed to move out of the condominium she occupied for 32 years. My wife and I visited the senior living options in Ankeny where we live. There was no facility that had a small one room for Independent living with options to add services as needed. RC is like a family resort where approximately 60 residents live in a wide variety of rooms. Her rent has not been raised after a year and with three added services, her rent is still less than $3,000. Because of the size of RC, it is possible for the nurses and staff members get to know each resident. If my mother should need assisted living , she could stay in her current room.
