I would highly recommend The Cambridge. Staff is very caring and responsive. They take a personal interest in the residents. There are ample opportunities for residents to be involved in activities if they wish.

Everyone seems to lookout for each other. If my mother does not feel like going to the restaurant for dinner and decides to eat in her room she will have some of her neighbors calling or checking on her by going to her room.

When it comes to the meals and dining, the service is slow, and the food has not been as consistent as expected. I will say regarding the food, they have been responsive every time a concern has been raised of a suggestion made. I would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Staff at Montvale provides excellent service to all of their residents. They have always been helpful when I needed anything for my mother.

They were very helpful and prompt on helping me complete paperwork. Even when I told them we weren't sure what we wanted to do they called me once a month to check on my parents and if they could help in any way.

I would recommend Castlewood.

I give them a five overall. Although I did express concerns because my mother has dementia. There is no assisted living. It is all independent living. That is something I did not realize when I moved her there.

My loved one is currently a resident at Pinnacle Groves and the experience has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services and meals are also great. Based on our experience, I would recommend this facility to others. It is the very best place that we have been to.

Great place for memory care. They keep the place very clean. We enjoy being able to keep our own doctor which allows us to stay on top of any drug changes. Think of it like a dorm room. You have to provide everything outside of food but the cost is much more reasonable than anywhere else.

I absolutely love Wildwood and so does dad. All the staff are very friendly. Really Care about the people who live here. The facility is not like a nursing facility. It feels like a home. It is beautiful. And kept completely clean

Castlewood Senior Living is a very nice facility. Well staffed and friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Moms is very happy there. The location is great, it is in North Olmsted and only a few minutes from my home so i can visit often. I would recommend Vitalia North Olmstead to others looking.

The staff are very friendly and genuinely care about the residents. They are very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. They assigned another resident to be an 'ambassador' to show my mom around when she first moved in, which was super helpful. An area of improvement would be meals, but they just hired a new chef, so I'm hopeful that things will get better. I would definitely recommend Cambridge for other families.

Well, as I driving down 150 highway every day to go home it brings me so much joy to look over and see a beautiful senior living facility in my area . I was really inquisitive on how the inside look. The outside was Luchious, so the inside was also simply gorgeous. Also, when i saw the name of the dining hall. 18th and vine I chucked that was such a special touch. If my parents were alive I would recommend them to live there at the Madsion Senior Living .

Parkway Senior Living has been absolutely fantastic! There is really nothing but positive things to say about them.

It was a wonderful place. The staff that were there at the time were truly caring people. The Director was always available for conversation. Staff appeared to be engaged with residents. In house therapy is a great discipline to have on site.

The process of getting Mom in was smooth and they worked with doctors quickly to get her meds sorted out. Mom is now getting care at Vitalia that is very difficult to get by driving her to all the different care providers. The place is lovely, clean, and has a lot of activities going on.

From the first moment that I inquired on Country Squire for a place for my Mother until current, everyone has been so extremely friendly and helpful. When I stepped in the facility it was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the atmosphere was welcoming with a friendly smile on both staff and residents. The staff has been so very accommodating and helpful making my Mother’s transition a pleasant experience. I am extremely grateful that my Mother is able to be in such an amazing facility as Country Squire.

The Executive Director and staff are genuinely helpful and caring. They have been very accommodating with regard to my disabling health conditions. IL studio apartments are available with a washer/dryer in the apartment, which I really appreciate. This is a SMOKE FREE community, which is significant to me because I have allergies, asthma, and multiple chemical sensitivities . Residents are kind and helpful, too. I have been here for almost three months, and am very blessed to live here.

The administrator is really great. Dad likes the food. The availability of food all day long is a great thing. Everyone has been amazing helping with all the moving details.
