Great Community with some great people both the residents and staff are very pleasant. Can’t wait until they finish the renovation project they recently started! The place already looked very well kept.

The staff is very friendly and always in a great mood from what I have seen. We picked this community because it was closer to my house and had very accommodating staff..

Mom absolutely loves Holiday Mallard Point. The Activities Director is so good. She has lots of energy and ideas. There are new things happening each week and not the same things all the time. The staff and residents are all super friendly. We are thrilled with our choice. We really felt that Holiday Mallard Point had the best bang for the buck, as well as the best opportunity for mom to meet people and to stay active. She's also getting physical therapy on-site. Services are excellent.

I’m a new resident at holiday Montvale estates! Really nice independent living apartments with assisted care available! Includes meal service! 3 meals per day! Really good restaurant quality chef prepared meals! Servers are friendly and nice ! Never an issue getting more coffee or whatever your need! Free shuttle transportation works great! I arranged a shopping trip to Walmart for apartment basics! Easy trip to and return! Spacious apartments! General manager [name removed]and sales manager [name removed] were very helpful arranging remote signing lease and details! All the staff are friendly! Great device! I very well managed overall! I love my new home at montvale estates!!

A great place that my mom really enjoys. She has made many new friends and love all the things to do. She has told me several times and I have seen it myself, that the staff goes above and beyond. I can’t image having found something better.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Summit at Chenal Valley and everything has been great so far! The staff is friendly and accessible! They are amazing and helpful! The food is good most of the time. But the service in the "restaurant" is not always very responsive, causing some consternation for some residents. Overall, I would certainly recommend The Summit at Chenal Valley to others.

My dad is currently a resident at Holiday Mallard Point and everything has been great for him at this facility so far. The move in process was fine. The staff is always friendly. The meals are good. The cleanliness has been good. The activities and value for cost are great. Overall, we have had a very good experience so far. I would recommend Holiday Mallard Point to family and friends.

All categories above have met and exceeded our expectations! The KentRidge Senior Living community has been the best decision in all aspects. The experience of the staff and openness of the community is wonderful. The difficult transition was made extremely easy with their expertise and smiles.

My loved one is currently a resident at Vitalia Senior Residences of Strongsville and everything at this facility has been very good for her so far. The cleanliness and the meals are good. The friendliness, staff, care services and activities are great. The value for cost is also great. This facility has been very good for my loved one! The montvale community is a cozy community in which to live. Aside from friendly residents and staff, delicious meals and worry-free maintenance there is a greater feeling of personal security than living in an average apartment complex.

We picked based on cost and having all levels of care available. Right now my dad is in independent living, but if he needs more care we can keep him at the Madison. I would recommend to others.

I absolutely loved my tour at Montvale Estates. The community was very very clean. The staff was exceptional and answered all of my questions. My tour was very informational and I am looking forward to the time I can move in once my current lease is up. [name removed] invited me to stay for lunch and it was very good, it felt as though I was at a restaurant, I can certainly get used to this kind of service daily!! VERY GOOD JOB MONTVALE. The sales manager went above and beyond with my tour A++++++. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The community was clean, employees welcoming and knowledgeable, restaurant open 7:00am-7:00pm (no set mealtimes allows flexibility), spacious rooms. [name removed] was caring and absolutely lovely. Medical staff on site is a plus. Absolutely a great value. So glad my mom is living there!

Mom has been at the Township for about 4 months now and she is thriving! I would give each category a 5. I'd give them higher is it were available. I have never seen staff or resident without a smile! Mom is safe, secure, and happy living there. She is well-cared for and that is worth every penny we spend there.

I have been happy i have met a lot of good people. I enjoy my time here. All of the staff here and are always willing to help and answer any and all questions i may have. Housekeeping are in weekly to make sure my apartment is clean. I am happy i chose montvale estates.

My father was very hesitate to move, but realized it was needed and someone recommended Montvale Estates. Long story short…we scheduled a visit and he has now been there for two months and doing great! He seems happier and healthier. Those who work at Montvale estates have gone above and beyond to make my father feel comfortable and welcome.

I have lived at Montvale Estates for almost four months now and my experiences here have all been excellent. I am so happy to call Montvale my new home. All of the staff members go above and beyond to make sure that I feel welcome. Whenever I am out of my room, I always see the sales manager and the two building managers interacting with residents, making sure that all of their needs and expectations are met. I have definitely seen some major changes in the community since the new sales manager started working here, as all staff members seem to be working together as a cohesive team, who genuinely care for all of us residents. I would like to mention that this community has many great programs and activities that we can all join in as well. In addition, when I have any issues in my room, maintenance always takes care of the problem quickly. I would like to take the opportunity to thank all staff members for their professionalism and going above and beyond for all the residents.

I have just recently moved here but the staff has been very helpful and caring. One of the Sales Managers has been the staff member who has assisted me the most and she is just fabulous - so knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to help me.
